Abstract

This study aims to gain an understanding of the influence of leadership behavior camat on the motivation of employees working in the district of Boyolali Cepogo and determine the influence of leadership behavior camat on the motivation of employees working in the District Cepogo Boyolali. The results of the analysis describes the motivation of employees working in the District Cepogo where the motive factors (impulse) is the highest of 105,7 aspect, this suggests that in increasing the motivation of employees working in each run the tasks assigned by management to provide the best possible service to community. Application of leadership behaviors camat oriented tasks, relationships, and changes that take place at the District Office Cepogo has been quite good, but not optimal. There is a strong influence and significant correlation between leadership behaviors camat on the motivation of employees working at the district office Cepogo District which is indicated by the value of the correlation coefficient of R = 0,858 and the coefficient of determination (R Square) which showed that motivation of employees affected by the behavior of the leadership of camat by 73,7% and the remaining 26,3% were caused by other factors not examined.Keywords: leadership, work motivation

Abstract

Sociopreneurship is an effort to build a business or business with the main aim of achieving a positive social impact. This approach does not only focus on financial profits, but also pays attention to social welfare, improving people's living standards, and inclusive economic development. The targets of this community service activity are members of the Dahlia Women's Farmers Group (KWT) management and 30 village government officials in Prawatan Village. This activity was also attended by the Head of Prawatan Village, Agricultural PPL and also Community Figures. The counseling and mentoring activities were carried out for 150 minutes, divided into 4 sessions and continued with questions and answers. The first session presented economic material which discussed Cost of Goods Sold (HPP), the second session discussed cultivation and processing of feed waste, the third session discussed innovation and marketing technology for harvests, the fourth session discussed leadership and community group management, and the final session question and answer between the audience and the community service team

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of career development, digital leadership style, and work-life balance on employee job satisfaction in the banking sector, both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study were all employees of PT. BPR BKK Jateng (Peseroda) Karanganyar Branch, totaling 119 people. Because the population is relatively small and reachable, the entire population was sampled in this study using the total sampling technique. Data analysis techniques used include: Instrument testing (validity test and reliability test), Classical Assumption Test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test). To test the hypothesis, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test (Partial), F-test (Simultaneous), and Coefficient of Determination were used. The results of the analysis showed that the three independent variables, namely Career Development, Digital Leadership Style, and Work-Life Balance, had a significant influence on Job Satisfaction of PT. BPR BKK JATENG (PESERODA) Karanganyar Branch.

Abstract

Adanya inovasi yang dihasilkan oleh masyarakat Desa Samiran, Selo Kabupaten Boyolali dengan mengolah sayur menjadi keripik sayur memberikan peluang ekonomi yang tinggi bagi masyarakat. Keripik sayur yang dihasilkan kelompok tani saat ini hanya dijual didaerah Boyolali saja. Supaya keripik sayur dapat dikenal lebih luas dan menghasilkan pendapatan yang lebih tinggi maka penulis termotivasi untuk melakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk memberikan motivasi kepada kelompok tani supaya dapat melakukan penjualan dan pemasaran menggunakan sosial media. Selain itu, kegiatan ini memberikan pengetahuan kepada kelompok tani mengenai cara menggunakan sosial media supaya dapat meningkatkan penjualan dan melakukan pemasaran dengan baik. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini berupa workshop mengenai pentingnya menggunakan sosial media dan cara penggunaan sosial media untuk menunjang pemasaran serta penjualan produk. Kegiatan telah dilaksanakan dengan lancar. Seluruh peserta mengikuti kegiatan workshop dengan aktif bertanya dan mengikuti segala arahan serta prosedur pembuatan sosial media dengan baik. Saran untuk kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat selanjutnya adalah melakukan peninjauan secara periodik supaya dapat memantau proses promosi dan penjualan keripik sayur serta memberikan materi tambahan terkait cara pembuatan konten yang dapat menarik minat konsumen untuk membeli keripik sayur tersebut.
