Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyse the significance of the effect of good corporate governance on firm value with return on assets as a moderating variable in manufacturing companies in the industrial sub sectors in the Indonesian Stock Exchange period 2015 - 2017. The population in this study are all companies manufacturing industrial sub sectors that have been listed or listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in a period 2015 - 2017 of 44 companies. The numbers of samples used was 12 companies, with the sampling technique using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using documentation studies. Data analysis techniques used are classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis,t test, f test, coefficient of determination and absolute difference test. The results of study show that good corporate governance has a significant effect on the companies value of manufacturing sub industry companies. Return on assets does not have a significant effects on the companies value of manufacturing industry sub sector. Return on assets moderates the effects of good corporate governance on the companies value of manufacturing in the industrial sub sector.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Fumida Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi sebanyak 47 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh sehingga didapat jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 47 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan variabel pengembangan sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Fumida. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu 7.704 > 2.015 dengan nilai probabilitas (signifikansi) = 0.000 yaitu berada di bawah 0.05. (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan variabel motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Fumida. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu 4.601 > 2.015 dengan nilai probabilitas (signifikansi) = 0.000 yaitu berada di bawah 0.05. (3) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan variabel pengembangan sumber daya manusia dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Fumida Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai Fhitung>Ftabel yaitu 30.831 > 3.21. Kata kunci: Pengembangan sumber daya manusia, motivasi kerja, dan kinerja.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to find out the strategies used by teachers to improve Arabic speaking skills in the Arabic Language Development Program of Al Mawaddah area of Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. Two data collection methods were used: observation and interview. The data sources studied were teachers, students, and various literatures relevant to the research object. A descriptive-analytic model was used for the data analysis. The results showed that Arabic teachers in the Al Mawaddah area of Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School used interactive and communicative strategies. The communicative strategy is carried out by requiring students to participate proactively in learning speaking and speaking skills. The communicative strategy requires students to understand and use communication directly from the language structure. With these two strategies, students become more communicative and better at speaking Arabic.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas kajian sosilinguistik, tepatnya analisis penggunaan campur kode pada laman Twitter Collegemenfess. Laman Twitter ini merupakan salah satu auto base dengan pengikut terbanyak di Indonesia. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Setelah dilakukan penelitian, ditemukan penggunaan campur kode pada cuitan di Collegemenfess. Data yang ditemukan berupa sepuluh campur kode ke luar dan lima campur kode ke dalam. Penggunaan campur kode yang ditemukan berupa kata dasar, frasa, istilah dan kalimat. Penggunaan campur kode ke luar yang ditemukan yakni pada bahasa Inggris, lalu penggunaan campur kode ke dalam ditemukan pada bahasa Jawa, Sunda, dan Medan. Dapat disimpulkan, pengguna auto base Collegemenfess dalam berinteraksi di Twitter sering kali menggunakan campur kode untuk menyampaikan maksudnya.

Abstract

The Minangkabau community, known for its devout religiosity, is unique in its adherence to a matrilineal kinship system, which differs from the patrilineal teachings of Islam. This article explains the relationship between customary law, Islam, Minangkabau society in Hamka's works.The findings not only show how the relationship between customs and religion manifest themselves in Minangkabau society, as shown in the works that are the subject of this study, but also include a critique of this relationship. Hamka argues through his works that the relationship embodied in the Minangkabau concept, namely syarak bersanding adat, adat bersanding kitabullah (religion alongside custom, custom alongside the Book of Allah), is not yet an ideal concept because it is not dominated by Sharia. As a result, the customary system still leads to discrimination, not only against outsiders but also among community members themselves, regarding the regulation of marriage and inheritance

Abstract

The opportunity given to children with special needs to learn together with other children in a school is given in inclusive education services. Inclusive education is expected as an effort to absorb the various abilities of students who have various differences and potentials and to provide support to enable them to participate in regular education activities as much as possible. Inclusive education can be an appropriate means of instilling students' character values to appreciate differences, foster an attitude of caring, increase a sense of mutual cooperation and tolerance among others. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. This research aims to describe the management of character education for children with special needs at Multi Talenta Elementary School. The things studied include the process of planning, organising, implementing and assessing character education. The subjects in this study included the principal, homeroom teacher, accompanying teacher, children with special needs coordinator, students and guardians of Multi Talenta Elementary School. The results of this study show that the process of managing character education starting from the planning, organising, implementing and assessing process has gone well, this is in line with the support of all the resources involved, namely from the school, parents, family and community environment. Multi Talenta Elementary School has 13 character values that have been applied to activities in the form of learning, habituation, example and reinforcement. The teachers have provided good service and assistance according to the needs of students.

Abstract

Along with the growing impact of technology in education, Google Classroom emerged as one of the most commonly used online learning platforms. Many studies have argued for the benefits of Google Classroom, including in the context of language learning, although its implementation comes with challenges. Objectives: This study investigated prior studies on Google Classroom to provide a comprehensive summary of the benefits and challenges of Google Classroom for language learning. Methods: This study adapted the library research model from George (2008) into a qualitative design, where the data were taken from experts’ opinions and results of previous studies on the implementation of Google Classroom as published in reputable international journals and national journals accredited by SINTA from 2015 to 2021. Findings: The study revealed that the implementation of Google Classroom was proven to benefit students' four language skills by providing teachers and students with a platform to share learning materials and conduct learning progress synchronically and synchronically. Challenges were also identified during the implementation: low effectiveness, low online learning pedagogical readiness, technological challenges, and lack of students' self-efficacy/self-regulated learning. Conclusion: Google Classroom provides features that may benefit language learning, yet its implementation should be aware of the users’ technological and pedagogical readiness, while stake-holders should provide necessary technical and infrastructure supports for the teachers and the students.

Abstract

This article explores KH Ahmad Sanusi’s Qur’anic exegesis as a foundation for collective Islamic practices that strengthen national solidarity in contemporary Indonesia. Drawing on his interpretations of key verses, the study situates Sanusi’s thought within the historical context of struggles against colonialism and the present challenges of identity politics, digital disinformation, and eroding social trust. Through a qualitative analysis that combines contextual hermeneutics and comparative synthesis, the research demonstrates that Sanusi advocates for unity as an ethical imperative, manifest in shared rituals, communal discipline, and a collective commitment to moral renewal. Unlike state-led moderation that often emphasizes procedural tolerance, his exegesis emphasizes transforming individual dispositions and sustaining solidarity through religious ethics. While this approach provides profound insights into fostering cohesive civic identities, it faces limitations in adapting to pluralistic frameworks and decentralized authority. By integrating classical tafsir with contemporary sociopolitical analysis, this article contributes an interdisciplinary perspective on collective religious practices as a resource for resilient national cohesion.
