Abstract

This research was conducted on SMA Negeri Colomadu Karanganyar which is using qualittiive data and quantitative data. The data resources are secondary data and primary data. The overall population in this study were civil servant teachers at SMA Negeri Colomadu Karanganyar totaling 47 people, the sampel used in this study was taken by 47 respondents. Technical sampling in this research that is used simple census. This research informs that work motivation, work discipline, salary significantly affect performance of PNS teachers.

Abstract

This reasearch was conduted at Hasbona Photocopy business in Surakarta, the type of data used is qualitative data and quantitative data. The population in this study were all employees in Hasbona Photocopy business in Surakarta, amounting to 70 people. The sampling tecnique in this study used nonprobability sample saturated sample of 70 respondents. The analysis tecnique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this study stated leadership style, reward, and punishment have a significant effect on the performance of employee Hasbona photocopy business in Surakarta.

Abstract

This research was used to analyze the effect of compensation, work motivation and work discipline on the employee performance of PT Morodadi Berkah Jaya Boyolali. The total population in this study was 105 employees. The research sample of 83 employees with the sampling technique is proportional cluster random sampling. The technique of collecting data is done by using a questionnaire method. The results of this study indicate that partially or simultaneously compensation, work motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the effect of work motivation, organizational climate and training education on teacher performance, in addition to finding out among the dominant variables of work motivation, organizational climate, and training education on the performance of teachers at Slogohimo 1 High School, Wonogiri. The type of data used is qualitative data and quantitative data. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The entire population in this study were all teachers of Slogohimo 1 High School, namely 48 people with census techniques. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used, Descriptive Analysis, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T Test, F Test (Model Accuracy), and Determination Coefficient Test (R2 ). The results of this study indicate that work motivation has a significant effect on the performance of teachers at Slogohimo 1 Public High School, Wonogiri. The organizational climate did not significantly influence the performance of teachers at Slogohimo 1 Public High School, Wonogiri. Training education has a significant effect on the performance of teachers at Slogohimo 1 Public High School, Wonogiri. The result of the coefficient of determination (R2 ) is 0.517, this means that the contribution or influence given by the variables of work motivation, organizational climate and training education on teacher performance is 51.7% while the remaining 48.3% is influenced by other variables outside the variable examined, for example organizational culture, compensation, leadership, and others. Work motivation is the dominant variable that influences the performance of teachers at Slogohimo 1 Public High School, Wonogiri.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan, self efficacy, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pendamping sosial. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah pendamping sosial kecamatan Kartasura sebanyak 37 orang. Penelitian ini merupakaan penelitian diskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel total. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode kuesioner.Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial maupun secara simultan pendidikan, self efficacy, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pendamping sosial kecamatan Kartasura.
