Abstract

Pelaksanaan dan penerapan konsep, fungsi manajemen yang baik dan benar di yakini akan dapat meningkatkan kualitas penyelenggaraan fungsi belajar mengajar sekaligus meningkatkan kualitas mutu dan prestasi selurih warga sekolah. Dalam kegiatan belajar, motivasi dapat dikatakan sebagai keseluruhan daya penggerak di dalam diri siswa yang menimbulkan kegiatan belajar, memberikan arah pada kegiatan belajar sehingga prestasi yang dikehendaki dapat tercapai dengan maksimal. Prestasi belajar dapat tercapai dengan adanya pengetahuan, sikap, dan keahlian yang dipadukan dengan motivasi dan disiplin. Kondisi sekolah yang berada di Kecamatan Tanah Putih ini sangatlah dinamis yang merupakan perpaduan seluruh warga sekolah dengan memiliki latar belakang kehidupan sosial yang berbeda dan saling berinteraksi secara kontinyiu sehingga membentuk sistem nilai yang membudidaya dan menjadi milik bersama di sekolah. Budaya yang berintikan tata nilai yang mempunyai fungsi dalam memberikan kerangka dan landasan yang berupa ide, semangat, gagasan dan cita – cita bagi seluruh warga sekolah. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi belajar, disiplin terhadap prestasi siswa melalui budaya sekolah sebagai mediasi pada siswa SMA Negeri di Kecamatan Tanah Putih. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode descriptive and explanatory survey, karena akan mendeskripsikan setiap variabel dan menjelaskan hubungan antara variabel yang diteliti yang mengacu pada hipotesis yang akan diuji terhadap fenomena yang terjadi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan motivasi belajar terhadap budaya sekolah melalui disiplin. Terdapat pengaruh signifikan motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi siswa melalui disiplin. Terdapat terdapat pengaruh signifikan motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi siswa melalui budaya sekolah. terdapat pengaruh signifikan motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi siswa melalui disiplin melalui budaya sekolah. terdapat pengaruh signifikan disiplin terhadap prestasi siswa melalui budaya sekolah. Dari penelitian ini maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Motivasi cenderung membuat disiplin siswa meningkat, Peningkatan motivasi mendorong disiplin siswa yang cenderung akan memperbaiki kondisi budaya sekolah ke arah yang lebih baik , Motivasi belajar mampu meningkatkan prestasi siswa, Disiplin mendorong terciptanya budaya sekolah yang lebih baik, Dengan adanya disiplin dapat meningkatkan prestasi siswa, Budaya Sekolah dapat menciptakan prestasi siswa, Dibanding disiplin, motivasi mempunyai pengaruh yang paling dominan terhadap terciptanya budaya sekolah, Motivasi merupakan factor yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi peningkatan prestasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to see how Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction: Stress as a Mediation on Members of the Rokan Hilir Police. In addition, this study will also look at the interaction of the two variables. This type of research is explanatory research. The population is members of the Rokan Hilir Police Station, totaling 93 people. Data analysis in this study using SEM-PLS. Based on the data processing, it was found that there was a positive and significant relationship between organizational commitment and job satisfaction of the members of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Rokan Hilir Police. The findings of this study are that work stress has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction of the members of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Rokan Hilir Police. Because the higher the job stress, it tends to reduce job satisfaction. The limitation of this study is the lack of population size used. So it is suggested to further researchers to continue this research by developing the population so that the results can be generalized.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mencoba menganalisis pengaruh content marketing, influencer, dan media sosial terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen khususnya pengguna TikTok di kota Pekanbaru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh masing-masing variabel yaitu content marketing (X1), influencer (X2), dan media sosial (X3) terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y). Dalam penelitian ini data dikumpulkan melalui metode kuesioner kepada 150 responden dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling untuk mengetahui tanggapan responden terhadap setiap variabel. Kemudian analisis data yang diperoleh berupa analisis kuantitatif yang meliputi uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis, dan analisis koefisien determinasi (R2). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda yang berfungsi untuk membuktikan hipotesis penelitian. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel content marketing, influencer, dan media sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t juga menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen yang diteliti mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel dependen. Kemudian melalui uji F dapat diketahui bahwa variabel content marketing, influencer, dan media sosial secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Adjusted R square sebesar 0,778 menunjukkan bahwa 77,8 persen variasi keputusan pembelian dapat dijelaskan oleh ketiga variabel independen yang digunakan dalam persamaan regresi. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 22,2 persen dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar ketiga variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Child development is an important aspect of human life, especially in the early period of life, which is often referred to as the critical or golden period as the child's brain undergoes rapid growth. Developmental disorders in children under five, especially in terms of motor skills, have a long-term impact on their development, and a child's nutritional status has been shown to play a role in the process. Therefore, this study aims to determine the relationship between nutritional status and development of children aged 4-60 months in Jember Regency. The research method used was a quantitative correlational approach with a cross-sectional approach, involving a total of 57 children who had a Kartu Menuju Sehat (KMS) as the population. From the results of the formula calculation, the sample size was determined as 50 respondents using a non-randomized (non-probability) method, namely purposive sampling based on certain criteria. The research instruments involved the Kartu Menuju Sehat (KMS) to assess children's nutritional status and the Developmental Pre-Screening Questionnaire (KPSP) to identify children's development. The results of the chi-square statistical test revealed a significant relationship between nutritional status and development of children aged 4-60 months in Jember District. [ Children with good nutritional status show more optimal developmental progress, while children with poor nutritional status tend to experience slower or inappropriate development for their age. This finding supports theories that emphasize the importance of adequate nutrition for children's growth and development. Therefore, efforts to improve children's nutritional status should be a top priority in various child health and education programs. With the right understanding and action, we can help create a healthier and more potential future generation.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries with the highest child mortality rate due to Covid-19 which is 2.5 percent. One of the causes of the high child mortality rate is the low level of child health examinations, the status of children with congenital disorders and children with poor nutritional status. Increasing immunity needs to be done to prevent morbidity in children. One of them is by eating balanced nutrition, maintaining health protocols, wearing masks and avoiding crowds. The purpose of this study was to identify the nutritional status of toddlers during the Covid-19 pandemic. Research of methods is descriptive, cross sectional approach. Subjects in this study were all toddlers in Posyandu Aster 11 and 15 as much 91 children. Methods of collecting data by measuring TB and BB. Measurement results analyzed using a table of categories of nutritional status of toddlers to WHO. Data analysis used the frequency distribution. Analysis result were based on TB/U (45% in the very short category, 9% short, 46%). ), analysis based on BB/TB (2% with very thin category, 3% thin, 65% normal, 30% fat). Research conclution that most of toddlers have good nutritional status, although there are toddlers of poor nutritional status and there are toddlers with category of very short (stunting).

Abstract

The aims of this research are 1). Analyzing the business feasibility of Pinukuik Enggi in Batang Kapas District, Pesisir Selatan Regency 2). Analyzing the added value of Pinukuik Enggi's business in Batang Kapas District, Pesisir Selatan Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive method. Respondents in this study were business owners Pinukuik Enggi in Batang Kapas District, Pesisir Selatan Regency. Sampling used in this research is purposive sampling. The types of data used are qualitative and quantitative. Data analysis was carried out with feasibility analysis and added value. Based on the results of the study, it was found that: 1.) Pinukuik Enggi business in Batang Kapas District, Pesisir Selatan Regency is feasible, seen from the R/C ratio value of 1,79; BEP price Rp. 8.376,06 and BEP volume 205,99 Kg. 2.) The added value obtained in the Pinukuik Enggi business is an average of Rp. 36.692,30/kg or the value-added ratio of 63,22% with an entrepreneur's profit of 55,82%. From the results of the study it can be suggested: 1). It is hoped that business owners can maintain the quality of the pinukuik taste. 2). Trying to make new innovations for processed pinukuik products or creating new recipes without eliminating the uniqueness of the taste of pinukuik itself which will be sold/marketed later
