Abstract

Sectio caesarea (SC) adalah suatu cara untuk melahirkan janin dengan membuat sayatan pada dinding uterus melalui dinding depan perut. Pembedahan sectio caesarea merupakan suatu Tindakan yang dapat menimbulkan nyeri akibat terlepasnya senyawa mediator nyeri seperti asetilkolin, bradikinin dan sebagainya yang meningkatkan sensitivitas saraf reseptor nyeri. Sectio caesarea adalah proses persalinan dengan melalui pembedahan dimana irisan dilakukan diperut untuk mengeluarkan seorang bayi. Nyeri akut pada post Sectio caesarea dirasakan setelah operasi selesai dan pasien mulai sadar dan efek anastesi habis maka pasien akan merasakan nyeri pada bagian tubuh yang mengalami pembedahan. Banyak ibu yang mengalami nyeri pada bagian luka bekas jahitan, keluhan tersebut wajar karena tubuh mengalami luka. Teknik relaksasi nafas dalam adalah teknik untuk mengurangi nyeri dengan merelaksasikan otot. Teknik relaksasi efektif dalam menurunkan skala nyeri pasca operasi. Tujuan penulisan studi kasus ialah mampu melakukan penerapan teknik relaksasi nafas dalam pada pasien post Sectio caesarea dengan keluhan nyeri pasca operasi di Ruang Aster RSU kabupaten Tangerang. Desain yang digunakan deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus, melibatkan 2 partisipan dengan masalah keperawatan nyeri akut. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dari wawancara, observasi, pemeriksaan fisik. Hasil studi kasus dengan pasien post Sectio caesarea didapatkan satu diagnosa keperawatan utama yaitu nyeri akut,setelah dilakukan keperawatan selama 3 hari, partisipan dengan masalah nyeri akut sudah teratasi dengan diberikan teknik relaksasi nafas dalam.

Abstract

Introduction. The panel iron analysis is an effort made to screen for anemia in adolescent girls. Adolescents with anemia can experience disturbances in growth and development, behavioral changes, and motor disturbances. In Jember district found that on average 30-40% of female students suffer from anemia. Anemia screening is an effort made to maintain the health of adolescents so that they can grow and develop in accordance with their growth and developmental stages. Aims. The purpose of this study is the early detection of anemia in adolescent girls. Methods. This research is an analytical descriptive study with a cross-sectional approach. Data collection was by examining nutritional status and iron panel examination results. The sampling method was accidental, involving 21 female students. The research was conducted in March 2023. Data analysis used frequency distribution. Result. The results showed that some students were undernourished (42.9%) and severely malnourished (4.8%); 18 students (85.7%) were classified as KEK. Meanwhile, from the iron panel analysis, 10 students (47.6%) had abnormal serum iron levels, 6 students (28.6%) had abnormal transferrin saturation levels, and the majority of the respondents, 20 students (95.2%), had normal TIBC. Conclusion. The conclusion from this study is that there are still many adolescent girls, especially in the school environment, who are undernourished to severely malnourished. This result correlates with the iron panel analysis which found that some adolescent girls were diagnosed with iron-deficiency anemia, characterized by a decrease in serum iron, transferrin, and iron reserves levels, accompanied by an increase in the TIBC.

Abstract

Anemia in pregnant women is a condition characterized by hemoglobin levels below normal limits, which is less than 11 g/dL in the first and third trimesters, and less than 10.5 g/dL in the second trimester. This condition can increase the risk of pregnancy and childbirth complications. Pregnant women's knowledge about anemia is an important factor in efforts to prevent and treat anemia during pregnancy. This study aims to describe the level of knowledge of pregnant women about anemia in the Kelapa Dua Health Center work area, Tangerang Regency. The research method used was an analytical survey with a cross-sectional study approach. The study sample consisted of 20 pregnant women selected based on predetermined inclusion criteria. Data were collected through a questionnaire containing questions related to knowledge about anemia and hemoglobin level examination. The results showed that the majority of respondents were under 20 years old (65%) and had a bachelor's degree (55%). Based on the results of data analysis, 75% of pregnant women had sufficient knowledge about anemia, while 25% had insufficient knowledge. The prevalence of anemia in this study was 15%, with 3 out of 20 pregnant women experiencing anemia. Statistical analysis shows a significant relationship between the level of knowledge of pregnant women and the incidence of anemia (p-value <0.01). So it is concluded that the level of knowledge of pregnant women about anemia plays an important role in preventing and reducing the risk of anemia during pregnancy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of psychological well-being and psychological contracts on work engagement of employees of Perum DAMRI Lampung branch. The sample of this study was 151 respondents. This study is a quantitative study and the sampling method used probability sampling with simple random sampling technique. Analysis of each variable using instrument test tools including validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, and partial t-test processed with SPSS 25. This study supports the proposed hypothesis. So, the results of this study indicate that the psychological well-being variable and the psychological contract variable have a positive and significant effect on work engagement. The conclusion is that the higher the psychological well-being and psychological contract established between employees and the company, the higher the employee's work engagement. Based on the findings of this study, it is expected that company leaders can provide and develop award programs, career development, work schedule flexibility, and employees are expected to manage stress and work enthusiasm by carrying out positive activities.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries with the highest child mortality rate due to Covid-19 which is 2.5 percent. One of the causes of the high child mortality rate is the low level of child health examinations, the status of children with congenital disorders and children with poor nutritional status. Increasing immunity needs to be done to prevent morbidity in children. One of them is by eating balanced nutrition, maintaining health protocols, wearing masks and avoiding crowds. The purpose of this study was to identify the nutritional status of toddlers during the Covid-19 pandemic. Research of methods is descriptive, cross sectional approach. Subjects in this study were all toddlers in Posyandu Aster 11 and 15 as much 91 children. Methods of collecting data by measuring TB and BB. Measurement results analyzed using a table of categories of nutritional status of toddlers to WHO. Data analysis used the frequency distribution. Analysis result were based on TB/U (45% in the very short category, 9% short, 46%). ), analysis based on BB/TB (2% with very thin category, 3% thin, 65% normal, 30% fat). Research conclution that most of toddlers have good nutritional status, although there are toddlers of poor nutritional status and there are toddlers with category of very short (stunting).

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of work-family conflict, job burnout, and work environment on the performance of nurses at RSUD Batin Mangunang Kotaagung. The study involved 126 respondents as the sample. This is a quantitative study, and the sample was selected using probability sampling with the simple random sampling technique. The analysis of each variable employed various testing tools, including validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and partial t-tests. The results of the study revealed that work-family conflict and work environment positively and significantly influence performance, whereas job burnout negatively and significantly affects performance. These findings indicate that while role conflicts may, in some conditions, drive performance improvement, job burnout remains a weakening factor, and a good work environment serves as a key supporter of enhanced performance. Based on these findings, nurses are encouraged to manage their time using structured schedules, improve stress management skills through relaxation techniques and mindfulness, and proactively report insufficient or substandard work tools. RSUD Batin Mangunang Kotaagung is expected to provide flexible work schedules, offer counseling or stress management training programs, regularly evaluate workloads and the quality of tools, and ensure the procurement of tools that meet quality standards. These measures aim to create a conducive work environment, enhance the emotional well-being of nurses, and support efficiency and the achievement of work standards.

Abstract

Organizational change is an inevitability in a dynamic business environment, yet it is often hindered by employee resistance. Cognitive flexibility, defined as an individual’s ability to adapt to change, is believed to play a crucial role in reducing both resistances to change and employee turnover intention. This study aims to analyze the influence of cognitive flexibility on resistance to organizational change and employee turnover intention at Pertamina Geothermal Energy Tbk. A quantitative method was employed, with a sample of 170 permanent employees selected through non-probability sampling using a convenience sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using simple linear regression and partial tests with IBM SPSS Statistics 25. The results support the proposed hypotheses, indicating that cognitive flexibility has a significant negative effect on resistance to organizational change, as well as a significant negative effect on employee turnover intention. Based on these findings, it is recommended that Pertamina Geothermal Energy Tbk develop training programs focused on enhancing adaptability, problem-solving skills, and fostering a growth mindset to improve employees’ cognitive flexibility. The company is also encouraged to actively engage employees in the change process through innovative training such as creative workshops and interactive communication strategies to minimize resistance. Furthermore, strong cognitive flexibility contributes to lowering turnover intention, making it important for the company to integrate cognitive development into long-term retention strategies, such as clear career paths and the creation of a supportive and inclusive work culture.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of financial and non-financial rewards separately on organizational commitment among employees at PT Alindra, a labor provider company for PLTU MT Sumbagsel 1 in Baturaja. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 permanent employees who had worked for at least six months. The sampling technique used was census. Validity and reliability tests were conducted using Confirmatory Factor Analysis and Cronbach’s Alpha. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression and t-test with the help of SPSS. The results showed that financial rewards have a positive and significant effect on employees’ organizational commitment, and non-financial rewards also have a positive and significant effect. These findings highlight the importance of implementing a balanced and sustainable reward system to enhance employee loyalty and organizational commitment.

Abstract

Background: : Based on data from Riskesdas of  Jawa Timur province in 2018, the target of adolescent girls who have received TTD is 24.8% and in the last 12 months as much as 75.4%. In the age group of 12-15 years who get TTD 27.02% and in the last 12 months who get TTD as much as 83.76%. Those who did not spend TTD on the grounds of unpleasant taste and smell were 8.9%, there were 13.0% side effects and those who felt unnecessary as much as 78.1%. For menstrual data adolescent girls based on Riskesdas data in 2018 is 67.90%, while the age of first menstruation (Menarche) with an average age of 12.53. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of TTD consumption with lemon juice on hemoglobin levels in adolescent girls at SMK dr. Soebandi Jember   Method: This research method is pre-experimental design, the population is adolescent girls of SMK dr. Soebandi Jember Sampling technique with purposive sampling as many as 47 people.Results: the results of this study obtained a significant effect of consumption of blood-added tablets with lemon juice on hemoglobin levels in adolescent girls at SMK Dr. Soebandi Jember (p-value = 0.01) with a value of α = 0.05. Conclusion: Based on the results of data analysis using the t test, it was concluded that blood-added tablets with lemon juice are very effective in increasing Hb levels in the blood of adolescent girls.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh servant leadership dan empowerment terhadap loyalitas anggota Himpunan Pengusaha Muda Indonesia (HIPMI) Lampung Timur. Fenomena menurunnya partisipasi aktif dan keterikatan psikologis sebagian anggota menunjukkan pentingnya strategi kepemimpinan dan pemberdayaan dalam meningkatkan loyalitas organisasi. HIPMI sebagai organisasi kewirausahaan berbasis komunitas memerlukan gaya kepemimpinan yang tidak hanya visioner tetapi juga melayani, serta sistem yang memberdayakan anggota secara bermakna. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan teknik sensus terhadap seluruh anggota aktif HIPMI Lampung Timur sebanyak 100 responden. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner tertutup dengan skala Likert, yang diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi linear berganda untuk menguji pengaruh simultan dan parsial antarvariabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik servant leadership maupun empowerment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas anggota HIPMI. Uji F menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (< 0,05), yang mengindikasikan pengaruh simultan yang kuat. Uji t menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel independen juga secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas anggota. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa praktik kepemimpinan yang melayani dan sistem pemberdayaan yang baik mampu memperkuat rasa memiliki, partisipasi aktif, dan komitmen jangka panjang anggota terhadap organisasi. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis pada kajian manajemen sumber daya manusia dan organisasi nirlaba kewirausahaan, serta menyarankan pentingnya pengembangan program pelatihan kepemimpinan dan pelibatan anggota dalam struktur pengambilan keputusan.
