Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu, mengembangkan, mengetahui kelayakan serta efektivitas pengembangan media pembelajaran Historical Heritage berbasis STEM untuk meningkatkan literasi dasar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis pengembangan (RnD) dengan model ADDIE (Robert Maribe Brach). Menghasilkan bahwa pertama, Media pembelajaran Historical Heritage memperoleh hasil 88,19 (sangat baik) oleh ahli media, penilaian guru kelas IV 98,43 (sangat baik), Penilaian siswa uji lapangan utama dan operasional adalah 90,90 (sangat baik) . Hasil rata-rata media mendapat skor 88,19 (sangat baik). Kedua, pengembangan media Historical Heritage layak digunakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran dikelas IV SD. Ketiga, media Historical Heritage dapat dilihat dari uji t-test (13,910) > ttabel (2,045) p0,000<0,05 sehingga sig.0,000<0,05,tolak H0, Maka produk dikembangkan efektif.

Abstract

IPS learning is boring, and students lack enthusiasm which results in a decrease in students’ critical thinking skills. This study aims to analyze the application of the PBL and PJBL models to necessary thinking skills in blended learning. This research is a type of quantitative research with experimental methods. The research design used was the Matching Pretest Posttest Control Grub Design. The population of this study was 320, and the sample was 76. The sampling technique used a random sampling technique. The method used to collect data is observation and tests. The instrument used to collect information is the question sheet. The data analysis technique was carried out using the t-test and ANOVA test using the SPSS 25 application. The result of the analysis showed that the problem-based learning model increased the mean before and after treatment. The application of project-based learning has an average rise before and after being given treatment. Comparing problem-based learning and project-based learning models on critical thinking skills shows that the use of problem-based learning models is superior to the use of project-based learning models. This study concludes that both models influence crucial thinking skills and that using problem-based learning models is superior in increasing necessary thinking skills compared to using project-based learning models.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a Virtual Reality (VR)-based learning media in the form of a Micro Teaching Laboratory to enhance the Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) of pre-service teacher students at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Yogyakarta State University.The research employed a Research and Development (RnD) approach using the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The research trial involved 48 pre-service teacher students from FISIP UNY.  Effectiveness testing was carried out through quantitative analysis, including prerequisite testing (data normality using the Shapiro-Wilk test), effectiveness testing using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test, and calculation of Normalized Gain (N-Gain).  The results show that the developed VR media is highly feasible based on expert validation. A total of 88% of students showed increased learning scores after using the media. The Wilcoxon test result yielded a significance value of 0.000 (p &lt; 0.05), indicating a significant difference between pre-test and post-test scores. The average pre-test score of 70 increased to 93.33 in the post-test, with an N-Gain score of 0.82, indicating a “high” level of improvement. In conclusion, the developed Virtual Reality Micro Teaching Laboratory learning media is proven to be feasible, effective, and innovative in supporting the enhancement of students’ TPACK. These findings contribute to the integration of immersive technology in higher education learning, particularly in the context of micro teaching training.

Abstract

Stunting and wasting are chronic nutritional problems that affect children's growth and development, particularly in rural areas. The village of Malutu Hulu Sungai Selatan has high prevalence rates of stunting and wasting, necessitating special efforts to address these issues. The Sik Asik movement (Sekumpulan Ibu Cerdas di Kelas ASI Eksklusif, or Group of Smart Mothers in Exclusive Breastfeeding Classes) was introduced as a community intervention strategy to improve the health of toddlers. This program involves educating mothers through exclusive breastfeeding classes, distributing milk to toddlers experiencing stunting and wasting, and using Smart Chart as a tool for monitoring and evaluating child development. The study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Sik Asik movement in reducing stunting and wasting rates in the village of Malutu. The research results show an increase in mothers' knowledge about the importance of exclusive breastfeeding and balanced nutrition, as well as a decrease in the prevalence of stunting and wasting in the intervention group. This movement has proven effective in raising awareness and community participation in stunting prevention efforts and can be replicated in other areas with similar issues.

Abstract

Hukum pidana internasional mengatur penerapan hukum terhadap kejahatan yang didefinisikan sebagai kejahatan internasional yang persidangannya dapat dilakukan di dalam negeri atau internasional. Penerapan hukum pidana internasional bergantung pada pengadilan nasional dan beberapa kejahatan dapat diadili secara internasional. Salah satu fungsi hukum pidana internasional adalah memberikan solusi terhadap permasalahan pidana internasional. Realitas penerapan hukum pidana internasional dengan pengadilan yang disesuaikan dengan pengadilan internasional ditunjukkan dengan adanya Nuremberg International Military Tribunal (TIMI), Mixed Court, dan Court of Justice. Pengadilan Militer di Tokyo (IMTT). Sedangkan pemberantasan kejahatan internasional dilakukan oleh pengadilan nasional, misalnya di Indonesia terdapat pengadilan HAM dan penuntutan terhadap pelaku kejahatan teroris. Pelanggaran hak asasi manusia yang serius dan pelanggaran teroris telah dinyatakan sebagai kejahatan internasional. Pengadilan hak asasi manusia diatur dengan undang-undang no. Keputusan No. 26/2000 tentang pengadilan hak asasi manusia memberikan dasar hukum bagi pengadilan para pelaku kejahatan hak asasi manusia yang berat di Indonesia. Pelanggaran HAM berat di Indonesia merupakan fenomena yang terus mencoreng keadilan di Indonesia. Hingga saat ini, banyak kasus pelanggaran HAM berat yang diduga terjadi pada masa Orde Baru. Namun permasalahan ini belum terselesaikan secara jelas dan adil, sesuai dengan standar hukum hak asasi manusia internasional. Pemulihan supremasi hukum masih menjadi kendala serius bagi Indonesia dan meskipun proses reformasi telah berlangsung selama 25 tahun, yaitu dari tahun 1998 hingga 2023, masih diperlukan upaya untuk mewujudkan, memajukan dan melindungi hak asasi manusia. Dengan demikian, peneliti ingin melakukan penelitian lebih mendalam terkait pengaruh hukum pidana internasional terhadap hukum nasional dalam kasus pelanggaran HAM yang terjadi di Indonesia serta peneliti juga ingin meneliti tentang bentuk penyelesaian terhadap kasus pelanggaran HAM yang terjadi di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif, yakni penelitian hukum yang dilakukan dengan cara meneliti data sekunder dengan menitik beratkan pada studi kepustakaan. Sehingga hasil dari penelitian dapat mengetahui faktor tidak terselesaikannya pelanggaran HAM berat di Indonesia serta upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk menyelesaikan pelanggaran HAM berat di Indonesia.
