Abstract

The restorative justice approach through rehabilitation in narcotics abuse cases in Indonesia is important because apart from being able to recover addicts from their dependence on narcotics, it can also overcome the problem of overcrowding in prisons.According to data from the Directorate General of Pas on May 9 2022, the number of convicts and detainees throughout Indonesia reached 273,982 people. Meanwhile, the ideal capacity of prisons and detention centers is only able to accommodate around 124,696 prisoners and detainees. Nearly 60% (sixty percent) of prison inmates are narcotics related and more than 80% (eighty percent) of that number are narcotics abusers. Keyword : Restorative Justice, Abuse, Narcotics, Progressive Law

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of factors such as environmental awareness, religiosity, and risk aversion on the interest of gen Z Surabaya investors in investing green sukuk. The research method uses a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Model (SEM) data analysis. Purposive sampling technique was used to get 90 respondents through a questionnaire. The results of the study state that environmental awareness has no effect on Gen Z Surabaya's interest in investing green sukuk, while religiosity and risk aversion have a significant effect on investment interest. The implications of the results of this research will contribute to attracting more investors, especially Gen Z, to invest in green sukuk.

Abstract

This research aims to conduct an empirical study and analysis of (a) the influence of Servant Leadership on Teacher Performance, (b) the influence of Work Discipline on Teacher Performance, (c) the influence of Job Satisfaction on Performance, and (d) the influence of Servant Leadership, Work Discipline, and Job Satisfaction simultaneously on Performance. The research was conducted in 19 state elementary schools in the Meureubo area, West Aceh Regency with a sample of 170 teachers as research objects. The research was carried out descriptively associative, with analysis using the path analysis model. The research results show: (1) There is a direct and indirect influence of the Servant Leadership factor on the principal's leadership style on teacher performance by 6.28%. (2) There is a direct and indirect influence of work discipline on teacher performance, namely 10.66%. (3) There is an influence of job satisfaction of 21.32% on teacher performance. (4) Simultaneously the factors of Servant Leadership, Work Discipline and Job Satisfaction contributed to changes in teacher performance at State Elementary Schools in the Meureubo Region, West Aceh Regency by 38.2%.

Abstract

Globalisasi ekonomi telah mengubah struktur pekerjaan di berbagai negara, termasuk Indonesia, dengan semakin meningkatnya jumlah pekerja di sektor informal dan gig economy. Perubahan ini menimbulkan tantangan baru dalam hal perlindungan sosial, terutama terkait dengan akses layanan kesehatan bagi pekerja. BPJS Kesehatan, sebagai lembaga yang menyelenggarakan jaminan kesehatan bagi seluruh rakyat Indonesia, berperan penting dalam memberikan perlindungan kesehatan bagi pekerja, baik di sektor formal maupun informal. Namun, dengan semakin banyaknya pekerja lepas dan pekerja migran yang tidak terdaftar dalam hubungan kerja formal, BPJS Kesehatan dihadapkan pada tantangan dalam memastikan seluruh lapisan masyarakat mendapatkan layanan kesehatan yang adil dan merata. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran BPJS Kesehatan dalam menanggapi perubahan struktur pekerjaan yang dipengaruhi oleh globalisasi ekonomi. Fokus utama pembahasan adalah bagaimana BPJS Kesehatan beradaptasi dengan dinamika pasar kerja yang semakin fleksibel dan bagaimana sistem jaminan kesehatan ini dapat memperluas cakupannya untuk melindungi pekerja informal, pekerja lepas, dan kelompok rentan lainnya. Selain itu, tulisan ini juga membahas tantangan yang dihadapi BPJS Kesehatan dalam memperbaiki kualitas layanan dan memastikan keberlanjutan program jaminan kesehatan nasional di tengah perubahan global. Diharapkan, hasil analisis ini dapat memberikan wawasan mengenai upaya-upaya yang perlu dilakukan untuk memperkuat sistem jaminan kesehatan di Indonesia, terutama dalam menghadapi dampak dari globalisasi ekonomi terhadap dunia kerja.

Abstract

One of the areas targeted for foreign workers entering Indonesia is the Southeast Sulawesi Province (Southeast Sulawesi). According to data from the Southeast Sulawesi Manpower and Transmigration Office (Disnakertrans), it was recorded that there were approximately 3,200 foreign workers working in Southeast Sulawesi, dominated by foreign workers from China. For this reason, the Provincial Government of Southeast Sulawesi always provides guidance and supervision of foreign workers, by providing them with an understanding of customary and cultural conditions. At first the arrival of these foreign workers caused turmoil and rejection from the community. However, the government has explained that the foreign workers who come to Southeast Sulawesi are workers who have special expertise in order to accelerate the construction of smelters. A local workforce will be prepared to assist these TKA, so that there will be a transfer of knowledge. If the local workforce is able to understand the technology, the next operation will be handed over to the local workforce. After the community understood the situation of this problem, finally it began to appear that the community's acceptance of TKA.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to analyze the factors that influence the economic growth of a country. This study involves a quantitative investigation using panel data regression in seven mainly muslim nations from 2007 to 2020. The variables used in this research are zakat rate, population, the number of scientific and technical journal articles, and Gross Domestic Product (GDP). This research found that the variables of zakat rate, population, and the scientific and technical journal articles have a partial effect on a country's economic growth. Furthermore, simultaneously, variables such as the zakat rate, population, and the number of scientific and technical journal articles also have a significant effect on economic growth. This research also found that zakat rate as the most influential factor in economic growth. First, the government should create effective policies to increase the level of zakat, such as implementing zakat policies as an income tax deduction. This is expected to enhance zakat collection. Second, stakeholders must collaborate to integrate zakat with other policy instruments to create a comprehensive policy framework. Keywords: Economic Growth, Journal Articles, Population, Zakat   ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu negara. Studi ini melibatkan investigasi kuantitatif menggunakan regresi data panel di tujuh negara mayoritas muslim dari tahun 2007 hingga 2020. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tingkat zakat, populasi, jumlah artikel jurnal ilmiah dan teknis, dan Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB). Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa variabel tingkat zakat, populasi, dan artikel jurnal ilmiah dan teknis memiliki pengaruh parsial terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu negara. Selain itu, secara bersamaan (simultan) variabel tingkat zakat, populasi, dan jumlah artikel jurnal ilmiah dan teknis juga memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa tingkat zakat merupakan faktor paling berpengaruh dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi. Penelitian ini memberikan dua rekomendasi. Pertama, pemerintah harus menciptakan kebijakan efektif untuk meningkatkan tingkat zakat, seperti melalui kebijakan zakat sebagai pengurang pajak penghasilan. Ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengumpulan zakat. Kedua, para pemangku kepentingan harus bekerja sama untuk mengintegrasikan zakat dengan instrumen kebijakan lainnya untuk menciptakan kerangka kebijakan yang komprehensif. Abstract

The enforcement of general civil procedural law in the execution process of Industrial Relations Dispute Resolution (PPHI) cases, as mandated by Article 57 of the PPHI Law, has resulted in a slow execution process. Based on this, there is a need for adequate political awareness among stakeholders to carry out the reconstruction of the legal execution of PPHI case decisions. In order for this legal reconstruction movement to arise from the nation's political will, it is necessary to implement political policies. Based on the above explanation, the issues in this research can be formulated as follows: 1) How is the current implementation of the execution of decisions in industrial relations dispute resolution cases?; 2) What are the weaknesses in its implementation?; 3) What is the ideal reconstruction of the execution of decisions in industrial relations dispute resolution cases based on progressive legal justice? This research is descriptive, using empirical legal research and a socio-legal juridical approach. The research data sources are obtained from primary and secondary data. To collect primary data, observations and interviews are conducted, while obtaining secondary data involves studying legislation, jurisprudence, research results, academic works, dictionaries, and other relevant materials. This research will ultimately result in an ideal reconstruction of the execution of PPHI case decisions based on progressive legal justice, which will be incorporated into articles in the amendment of the PPHI Law, including: regulating the direct seizure of immovable property without specifying a limit on the amount of seizure by reconstructing Article 197 paragraph (1) HIR/Article 208 paragraph (1) RBg, exempting execution fees for claims worth IDR 150,000,000 (one hundred and fifty million Indonesian rupiahs) or more by reconstructing Article 58 of the PPHI Law, and prohibiting legal remedies such as Judicial Review by reconstructing Article 66 of the Supreme Court Law.
