Abstract

COVID-19 is a virus that spreads around the world. Indonesia is one ofthe affected countries. Everyone has only experienced the current conditions andsituations, so that good adaptations and adjustments are needed in all aspects,including learning. Teachers implement online learning methods to students tominimize the risk of spreading the COVID-19. This research was done with aquantitative description method. The results showed that students' learningdifficulties when learning at home online were inadequate facilities and internetnetworks, insufficient understanding of certain subjects, a learning atmosphere athome that was less conducive to the analysis of students' learning difficultiescarrying out learning online COVID-19 pandemic period. Abstract

Difficulties in learning (learning disability) causes a person can not learn the provision properly. The situation is maintained with the obstacles to the achievement of success. The purpose of this research is to develop contemporary counseling techniques of audio visual humor stimulation as an effort to overcome burnout study. The research method used is pilot test group post test post test control.. Measuring tool is student of FKIP Untirta number 139 is taken by purposive sample, with age 18-21 years and limitation of intelligence above average low - average. From 139 trayout groups, 13 experimental groups and 15 controls were obtained. In the experimental group the results of t test pretest and post test t arithmetic 19.324 and signs (2-tailed <0.05) 0.000 keyword difference of MBI pre test and post test. While in the control group, the result of pre test and post test t test 1,840 and sign (2-tailed> 0,05) 0,087 no difference in MBI pre test and post test.Keyword: learning disability, burnout, humor stimulation

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh maraknya keberadaan anak jalanan di Kota Serang yang disertai oleh stigma negatif dari masyarakat terhadap perilaku anak jalanan di Kota Serang. tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui serta memahami gambaran self-control pada anak jalanan usia remaja, mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi self-control pada anak jalanan serta untuk menentukan alternatif layanan bimbingan dan konseling apa yang dapat diberikan oleh konselor kepada anak jalanan usia remaja di Kota Serang dalam meningkatkan self-control. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian studi kasus. Penentuan informan pada metode ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Setting pada penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Serang. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian diperoleh dengan melalui observasi tak terstruktur, wawancara secara langsung, semi terstruktur dan formal serta dengan menggunakan metode dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode triangulasi sumber data. Adapun dalam analisis data yaitu dengan menggunakan teknik reduksi data, sajian (display) data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa anak jalanan usia remaja di Kota Serang memiliki kemampuan kontrol diri yang rendah atau kurang dapat mengontrol dirinya. Faktor yang melatarbelakangi self-control pada anak jalanan yakni adanya faktor usia dan juga lingkungan keluarga. Disamping itu, terdapat faktor lain yang cukup mempengaruhi kontrol diri pada anak jalanan yaitu adanya pengaruh pendidikan pada anak jalanan. Pendekatan Realitas dengan menggunakan teknik WDEP merupakan alternatif bantuan dari layanan bimbingan dan konseling yang dirasa sesuai dan tepat untuk meningkatkan self-control pada anak jalanan usia remaja di Kota Serang. ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the rampant existence of street children in Serang City which is accompanied by a negative stigma from the community towards the behavior of street children in Serang City. The research objectives are to find out and understand the self-control picture of street children in adolescence, to know the factors that influence self-control in street children and to determine what alternative guidance and counseling services can be provided by the counselor to street children in the city of Serang. improve self-control. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study research method. Determination of informants in this method using purposive sampling method. The setting in this study was carried out in Serang City. The data collection method in this research was obtained through unstructured observation, direct interviews, semi-structured and formal and by using the documentation method. The data validity test was carried out using the triangulation method of data sources. As for data analysis, namely by using data reduction techniques, data display and drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that street children in Serang City had low self-control abilities or had less self-control. The factors behind self-control in street children are age and family environment. In addition, there are other factors that are sufficient to influence self-control in street children, namely the influence of education on street children. The Reality approach using the WDEP technique is an alternative assistance from guidance and counseling services that are deemed appropriate and appropriate to improve self-control in adolescent street children in Serang City. Abstract

Starting from a statement issued by influencer Gita Savitri. The term Childfree began to be recognized by the Indonesian people. This childfree phenomenon affects the thinking of productive-age students not to have children. In line with easily accessible information and the lack of religious knowledge and household psychology. Childfree is defined by a desire or better known as not having children in his life. Oxford Dictionary describes childfree as a condition or situation without children voluntarily. This research uses a descriptive method, which is to look at existing phenomena and what is happening, namely not giving treatment to the research subject. The results found that when looking at this childfree phenomenon there were 60.7% of respondents who chose to agree with this childfree phenomenon. And the remaining 39.3% chose not to agree with this childfree phenomenon. There are differences in understanding among BK Untirta students towards this phenomenon. Each group has reasons for the impact that will occur due to this childfree phenomenon, both positive and negative impacts.Keywords: Childfree, Counseling Students, Pros and Cons

Abstract

The research aims to determine whether the influence of parents on student achievement at Al-Insan Kerotek Cilegon Vocational School is interrelated through the independent variable (X) and the dependent variable (Y). This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive research correlation methods.The data in this research came from teachers and students of XI IPA SMK Al-Insan Kerotek Cilegon.Data collection was obtained based on the results of observing and analyzing the influence of parents on student achievement and providing questionnaires from 30 samples with a total of 110 class XI Science students.The research results state that the role of parents is very important in student achievement by providing motivation and support to students. The role of parents is a dual role that has a significant relationship. The results of the questionnaire calculations were 33.5%, while the remaining 66.5% was influenced by other factors.Keywords: Parent, Student, Performance

Abstract

This study aims to develop a feasible and effective electronic module (E-Module) on the harmful behavior of skipping class to increase students' knowledge of the harmful effects of skipping class. This module is designed to facilitate guidance and counseling teachers when providing guidance and counseling services and attract students to learn how to avoid and know the impact of skipping school. This research uses the R&D (Research and Development) method with the 4D model with its stages, namely define (defining), design (designing), development (developing), dissemination (disseminating). The data collection technique carried out in this research and development is through a need assessment on a sample of 101 class X students of SMK PGRI 1 Kota Serang, the results obtained are as many as 24 students or 23% are in the category of not understanding and 21 students or 20% of them are in the category of very not understanding the impact of skipping class. Then, the results of the need assessment are poured into the product in the form of a module and product validity testing is carried out to media and material experts, linguists and practitioner experts. The trial was carried out providing services in accordance with those contained in the module by guidance and counseling teachers to 25 students, the results were 48.00% or 12 students were in the understanding category and 52.00% or as many as 13 students were in the very understanding category. Abstract

Abstract The Indonesian Teachers' Union Federation has mentioned that there were three major sins in education during 2022. These three major sins are bullying, sexual harassment, and intolerance. Sexual harassment continues to be a struggle for the Indonesian nation to this day. According to a press release from the National Commission on Violence Against Women (Komnas Perempuan) on the 2022 Annual Report (CATAHU), there were a total of 338,496 reported cases of sexual harassment in 2021. According to the CATAHU 2021 data from Komnas Perempuan, over the past 10 years (2010-2020), the incidence of sexual violence against women has seen a significant increase, starting with 105,103 cases in 2010 and reaching 299,911 cases in 2020, with an average annual increase of 19.6%. Community Service activities were conducted to provide education on understanding and preventing sexual violence to elementary school students in the city of Serang. The activities included providing educational materials, showing educational videos to students, and engaging in games related to preventing child violence, followed by explanations and discussions. The results of this activity are reflected in the pre-test and post-test scores, where the pre-test score was 75%, while the post-test score was 96%. This indicates an increase in knowledge after receiving education on child sexual violence. Based on observations, students understand child sexual violence and agree on which parts of their bodies can and cannot be touched by others. They are also encouraged to always be open with their biological mother, teachers, or trusted individuals regarding suspected sexual violence. Keywords: Violence, Sexual, Elementary School Children, Serang City. Abstrak Federasi Serikat Guru Indonesia menyebutkan bahwa terdapat tiga dosa besar pendidikan selama 2022. Tiga dosa besar tersebut, yakni: kasus perundungan (bulliying), pelecehan seksual (sexual harrasment), dan intoleransi. Pelecehan seksual masih menjadi pergumulan bangsa Indonesia hingga kini. Saat ini, menurut siaran pers Komnas Perempuan tentang Catatan Tahunan (CATAHU) 2022, tercatat sebanyak 338.496 kasus pelecehan seksual yang telah diadukan pada tahun 2021. Menurut data CATAHU 2021 Komnas Perempuan, dalam kurun 10 tahun terakhir (2010-2020), angka kekerasan seksual terhadap perempuan banyak mengalami peningkatan, mulai dari 105.103 kasus pada tahun 2010 hingga mencapai 299.911 kasus pada tahun 2020 atau rata-rata kenaikan 19,6% per tahunnya. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat yang dilakukan adalah memberikan edukasi pemahaman dan pencegahan kekerasan seksual pada siswa Sekolah dasar Kota Serang. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui pemberian materi, para siswa diberikan tayangan tentang video edukasi dan permainan terkait pencegahan kekerasan anak, dilanjutkan dengan penjelasan dan diskusi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini dapat tergambar berdasarkan hasil pre-test dan post test, dimana hasil pre-test dengan nilai 75%, sedangkan hasil post-test didapatkan 96%, terdapat penambahan pengetahuan setelah diberikan edukasi tentang kekerasan seksual pada anak. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan, siswa memahami kekerasan seksual pada anak dan menyepakati bagian tubuh yang boleh dan tidak boleh disentuh orang lain dan juga selalu untuk diajarkan selalu terbuka kepada Ibu kandung, guru atau kepada orang yang dipercaya terkait praduga kekerasan seksual Kata kunci : Kekerasan, Seksual, Anak Sekolah Dasar, Kota Serang.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to produce a media in the form of a module so that students become more effective in learning about what bullying is. The module is created to assist guidance and counseling teachers in providing guidance and counseling services and to attract students' interest in learning about what bullying is so that they do not become perpetrators of bullying. This research uses the R&D (Research and Development) approach with the ADDIE development model, which consists of the steps: analyze (analysis phase), design (design phase), develop (development phase), implement (implementation phase), and evaluate. (tahap evaluasi). The data collection technique used in this study was conducted through the distribution of questionnaires to 170 students in the X grade at SMK Negeri 1 Malingping, resulting in 0% bullying in the high category, 5% bullying in the moderate category, and 95% bullying in the low category. Then, from the results of the questionnaire distribution, the findings were compiled into a product in the form of a module and the product's validity was tested by several experts, namely content experts, media experts, language experts, and practitioner experts. The product trial was conducted through a service with reference to the pretest and post-test results carried out on 8 students in the moderate bullying category. The 8 samples received scores from the test results using the Wilcoxon matched pairs test, and it was found that all 8 samples were in the negative ranks, meaning these 8 students experienced a decrease in pretest to post-test scores. This indicates that the 8 samples experienced a reduction in bullying behavior with an average score of 4.50 and a sum of ranks of 36.00. Additionally, the results from the statistical table of the Wilcoxon matched pairs test showed an Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.012. Referring to the hypothesis decision-making process, the value of 0.012 is lower than 0.05, indicating that the hypothesis is accepted, meaning the stop bullying module can be considered effective for implementation to students.

Abstract

The study aims to develop a snake and ladder game media, in order to determine the awareness of students' disciplinary behavior at SMA Negeri 4 Kota Serang after using the snake and ladder game learning media. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the development of the 4D model. The results of the product feasibility test obtained an average value of 86%, which means it is very feasible to be implemented. Limited trials were conducted on The trial was conducted on 11 students of class X MIPA 6 SMAN 4 Kota Serang who were identified as having a low level of discipline. The results of the data analysis showed that although the majority of students showed good disciplinary behavior, there was a group of students with a low level of discipline. This indicates the need for innovative and fun learning strategies to increase awareness and disciplinary behavior, especially for students with low scores
