Abstract

The notion of a sentence requires criminal sanctions are expected to be more effective to prevent the perpetrators from recommitting their actions. Therefore, there is a need for expansion of textual interpretation of the Koran and al-Hadith when in contact with local values and culture containing the same spirit, including the Book of Qanun Melaka, to achieve a sense of security and welfare. This research was conducted to examine some of the provisions contained in the book of Qanun Melaka, especially with regard to criminal law (jina>ya>t). These articles are related to punishment for crimes such as burglary, robbery, violence, and adultery. This research is a library research by examining the Book of Qanun Melaka as the primary data source. The secondary data sources were taken from variety of literature that examines Islamic law from a variety of schools thoughts. The structure of the book of Qanun Melaka illustrates the acceptance of Islamic law and the development of the Malay Islamic legal thought. Adoptation and selection of substance of customary law and Islamic law is one style of Qanun Melaka in realizing Melaka royal authority and the welfare of the Melaka community.

Abstract

The purpose in this study are: To acknowledge the ability of student to memorize the vocabularies before dan after using the puzzle of guessing picture’s game in Arabic subjects Class III Private Islamic Elementary School NU 2 Pontianak Academic Year 2021/2022. To acknowledge the effectiveness of the puzzle guessing picture’s game on the ability to memorize vocabularies for students' in the Arabic language subject Class III Private Islamic Elementary School NU 2 Pontianak Academic Year 2021/2022. The type of research in this study is descriptive quantitative with the research design used, namely the One Group Pretest Posttest Design. The population of this study was all students of class III Private Islamic Elementary School NU 2 Pontianak with a total of 19 people. Meanwhile, the sample that the researchers used, namely saturated sampling. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis and N-Gain Score test. The results showed that: The ability to memorize student vocabularies before using the puzzle of guessing picture’s game in arabic language obtained an average of 75.26 which is included in the moderate category, and after using the picture guessing puzzle game in the arabic language obtained an average of 90.79 which is included in the very high category. The effectiveness of the picture guessing puzzle game on the ability to memorize the vocabularies of students in the Arabic subject is categorized as quite effective.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah kemampuan menghafal peserta didik yang masih rendah sehingga perlu ditingkatkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk mengetahui kemampuan menghafal kosa kata siswa sebelum menggunakan metode bernyanyi pada mata pelajaran bahasa arab kelas Kelas 4A SD Muhammadiyah 01 Pontianak. 2) Untuk mengetahui kemampuan menghafal kosa kata siswa sesudah menggunakan metode bernyanyi pada mata pelajaran bahasa arab kelas Kelas 4A SD Muhammadiyah 01 Pontianak. 3) Untuk mengetahui efektivitas metode bernyanyi terhadap kemampuan menghafal kosa kata siswa pada mata pelajaran bahasa arab kelas Kelas 4A SD Muhammadiyah 01 Pontianak. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian eksperimen. Desain Eksperimen yang digunakan penelitian ini termasuk Pre Experimental Design dengan jenis rancangan yang digunakan yaitu One Group Pretest Posttest Design. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1) Observasi, 2) Tes, dan 3) Dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan, yaitu: Statistik Deskriptif dan Uji N-Gain Score. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan metode bernyanyi dapat mempengaruhi kemampuan menghafal kosa kata peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Arab dibuktikan dengan rata rata kemampuan menghafal siswa sebelum penggunaan metode bernyanyi sebesar 22,86, kemudian terdapat peningkatan setelah penggunaan metode bernyanyi sebesar 85,24. Serta kemampuan menghafal peserta didik dapat dikategorikan efektif karena berada pada interval >76. Hal ini dibuktikan bahwa hasil uji N-Gain Score pada N-Gain Persen diperoleh skor mean sebesar 80.2627.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penguasaan bahasa Arab sangat penting bagi para juru dakwah Islam, sebab sumber ajaran Agama Islam, yakni al Qur’an dan al Hadist menggunakan bahasa Arab. Demikian pula sebagian besar para ulama pewaris Nabi menulis kitab-kitab rujukan dengan lafadz bahasa Arab. Salah seorang ulama terkenal di Indonesia khususnya di dearah Kalimantan Barat yaitu Guru Haji Ismail Mundu termasuk salah satu yang menggunakan bahasa Arab dalam menulis beberapa karya monumentalnya. Beliau memilki kepribadian sebagai guru yang mumpuni sehingga memiliki banyak murid dan kemahirannya dalam penguasaan bahasa Arab tidak diragukan lagi. Selain itu beliau juga mendapat amanah sebagai mufti kerajaan Kubu, sehingga memiliki hubungan erat dengan penetapan fatwa dalam lingkup kekuasan kesultanan pada waktu itu. Beberapa karya ilmiyah ditulis dalam bahasa Arab dan menggunakan lafad Arab Melayu. Karya beliau meliputi kajian Islam dalam berbagai bidang baik aqidah, tauhid, tafsir dan hukum fiqih. Diantara karya tersebut antara lain Usul Tahqiq, Mukhtsarul Manan, Jadwal Nikah, tafsir al-Quran al-karim, Kitab Zikir Tauhidiyah, Majmu’ul mirasa dan Faidah Istighfar Raja. Abstract

The value of honesty is very important to be instilled in every individual. Honesty is one of the praiseworthy qualities that can bring humans to noble degrees. Every human being is recommended to maintain an honest character so that it is embedded into a permanent character not least in the campus world. The lecture process can be considered successful if it pays great attention to fostering honesty of students which is the ability to manage themselves (soft skills), in addition to scientific coaching and skills (hard skills) of the subjects being studied. This study aims to see how the internalization of the value of honesty can be done in various ways in the campus environment. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods, with grounded research design. Descriptive research method is a study that uses observations, interviews or questionnaires about the current situation, regarding the subject being studied. Descriptive method is used because this research tries to describe or describe the problems that occur at the present time. Internalization of honesty values in the Accounting Department is carried out through 3 (three) activities, namely: 1) pasting wisdom words about honesty at the classroom door. 2) film screening about honesty. 3) open an honesty canteen. Although only opened for 7 (seven) days, it can already be seen the honesty of students who shop at the honesty canteen. From the rotating capital and the benefits obtained, this activity can be continued.

Abstract

This study explores the application of Ilahiyah accounting in shaping the character of Muslim students majoring in Accounting at Pontianak State Polytechnic. The central issue addressed is the limited understanding among some students who perceive profit solely in material terms, thereby overlooking the immaterial dimensions emphasized in Islamic teachings. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach, this research adopts the Bayani method an analytical framework grounded in critical interpretation of relevant Qur’anic verses and Prophetic Hadiths. The findings reveal that integrating divine accounting principles based on the Qur’an and As-Sunnah effectively cultivates student character development that transcends mere financial orientation. Instead, it fosters an awareness of moral, ethical, and spiritual responsibilities. This study contributes to reinforcing an Islamic-values-based accounting paradigm, aiming to produce Muslim accountants endowed with integrity and holistic accountability.

Abstract

This research aims to conduct a philological study of the Malay manuscript entitled Kitab Khutbah Bulan Muharram by Guru Haji Ismail Mundu (1870 - 1957 AD). This research is motivated by the importance of preserving the Malay manuscript heritage as an intellectual and spiritual source of the archipelago, especially in West Kalimantan. The methods used include physical inventory of manuscripts, cataloging studies, digital photography, and text variant analysis to produce a clean and critical edition of the text. The results of the discussion of physical condition are still good even though there are stains and translucent ink, as well as neatly sewn and stored in a pest-proof box. The text description reveals that the sermon structure consists of praise to Allah, salawat to the Prophet, advice on fasting the ten Muharram, and the story of the martyrdom of Husain bin Ali, presented in Arabic-Malay letters. Researchers also highlighted a number of reading variants and writing of Arabic terms that need to be standardized. These findings are important to provide a philological edition that can be used as a reference for further studies in the field of Malay culture and religion.

Abstract

This study explores the integration of technology in the Islamic Religious Education (IRE) curriculum, aiming to enhance learning effectiveness while maintaining the core values of Islamic teachings. As digital tools become increasingly prevalent in education, this research investigates how they can be optimized for use in IRE without compromising the essence of religious principles. A qualitative research design was employed, using literature review, interviews with educators, and focus group discussions with students.The findings reveal that while technology can enhance student engagement and offer personalized learning opportunities, challenges such as inadequate teacher training, limited resources, and concerns about replacing traditional methods must be addressed. When appropriately integrated, technology can support traditional educational methods and improve the understanding of religious texts, fostering a deeper connection to Islamic teachings. In conclusion, the study emphasizes the importance of professional development for educators and adequate resources to successfully implement technology in IRE. It also suggests that further research is needed to explore the long-term impact of technology on religious education and its alignment with Islamic values.
