Abstract

Perancangan pembangkit  listrik tenaga kincir air ini dilaksanakan dengan memanfaatkan potensi sumber daya air yang terdapat pada aliran air Coban Sewu di Desa Bendosari Kecamatan Pujon Kabupaten Malang.  Tujuan dari kegiatan perancangan ini adalah untuk mengetahui kapasitas daya pembangkitan berdasar potensi hidro yang ada di lokasi, menemukan konstruksi bangunan saluran air yang sesuai, serta membandingkan antara kapasitas daya teoritis dan kenyataan di lapangan, setelah pembangkit selesai dibangun. Perancangan didasarkan pada asumsi debit andalan sebesar 0,3 m3/s. Sedangkan penentuan tinggi jatuh air,  menggunakan meode water-filled tube dan diperoleh angka sebesar 3,4 m. Konstruksi PLTMH kincir air tentu terdiri atas saluran air yang dilengkapi dengan 2 pintu air, 2 buah saluran pembuang, bendungan, talang air, power house, peralatan mekanik seperti: poros, pasak, dan bantalan, sistem transmisi yang merupakan kombinasi gardan mobil, gardan truk, serta pulley dan sabuk untuk mempercepat putaran, dan satu unit generator sinkron 1 fasa. Setelah pembangkit listrik ini selesai dibangun dan dilakukan pengujian diperoleh kapasitas daya pembangkitan sebesar 3,214 kW pada putaran 17,41 rpm.. Angka  ini tidak jauh berbeda jika dibandingan dengan daya teoritis pada perancangan yang sebesar 3,354 kW. Sehingga secara keseluruhan dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembangkit listrik ini bekerja sesuai dengan hasil yang diharapkan pada perancangan.

Abstract

Parasites species of Scurrula atropurpurea (Bl) Dans is plants parasitic on tea tree (Thea sinensis L). Extract of parasites species containing sixteen of bioactive substances. Attention preparation security test need to undergone a toxicity sub-chronic to see the biochemical reactions (protein total and albumin). Using clinical biochemistry parameter as an indicator of the damaged hepar. Research aim is to understand the provision influence of Scurrula atropurpurea (Bl) Dan metanolic extract toward levels of a total protein and albumin serum in female mice for 28 days. A method use true experiment with complete random design. EMSA were presented in mice for 28 days (sub-chronic). The number of mice is 20 and divided into 4 groups; one group as control and three groups have different doses of EMSA. Level of a protein total and albumin in serum of mice examined. The group directly compared to the control then done data analysis of ANOVA in SPSS 17. The analysis shows the treatment is not significant difference (P>0.05) with control. Provision of doses 250 mg/kg body weight (BW), 500 mg/kg BW and 1000 mg/kg BW are not influence toward levels of a total protein and albumin in serum of mice.Keywords: sub-chronic, total proteins and albuminABSTRAKEkstrak tanaman benalu Scurulla atropurpurea Bl. Dans memiliki enam belas bahan bioaktif dan tumbuh pada pohon teh (Thea sinensis L). Protein Total dan Albumin digunakan untuk melihat reaksi biokimia yaitu perhatian kepada keamanan sediaan uji dan perlu dilakukan uji toksisitas subkronik. Penggunaan parameter biokimia klinis adalah indikator adanya kerusakan hepar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian ekstrak metanolik Scurrulla atropurpurea (Bl) Dans terhadap kadar Protein Total dan albumin serum tikus betina selama 28 hari. Jenis penelitian ini adalah True Experimental Design dengan rancangan Acak Lengkap. EMSA dipaparkan pada tikus selama 28 hari (subkronis) dengan jumlah tikus sebanyak 20 ekor dan dibagi menjadi empat kelompok; satu kelompok sebagai kontrol dan tiga kelompok mempunyai dosis EMSA yang berbeda. Serum tikus diperiksa tingkat kadar Protein Total dan Albumin. Kelompok perlakuan langsung dibandingkan dengan kontrol kemudian analisis data menggunakan ANOVA pada SPSS 17. Analisis ANOVA pada perlakuan tidak berbeda nyata (p>0,05) dengan kontrol, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pada pemberian dosis 250 mg/kg berat badan (BB), 500 mg/kg BB dan 1000 mg/kg BB tidak berpengaruh terhadap kadar Protein Total dan Albumin serum tikus.Kata Kunci : Subkronik, Protein Total dan Albumin

Abstract

Typhoid fever is a systemic infectious disease caused by Salmonella thyposa bacteria. This research aims to identify the patients’ behavior in the suffering typhoid in 2016 at subdistrict-district of Lowokwaru of Malang City. This research method is a descriptive study that is observational. The data collection used two ways that were primary and secondary data collections. The method of sampling was conducted by purposive sampling in 30 people with 8 variables. There was effect of behavior patients in suffering typhoid towards the condition of environments such as house nearest one another and worst behavior of post-typhoid patients, so they will cause fever because of the habitation buy food outside and wash hands before eating also become factor of behavior of the society. Based on the gender of respondents, the most of them are female with 28 respondents (93%). The age of Typhoid, most of them are in the productive age between 15-25 years, with 28 respondents (93%), they are caused less keep in the behavior of healthy life. Based on the education level of post-typhoid patients, most of them are undergraduate education, with 28 respondents (93%). Keywords: Fever Typhoid, Behavior. ABSTRAK Demam Thypoid merupakan suatu penyakit infeksi sistemik yang disebabkan oleh bakteri Salmonella thyposa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan identifikasi perilaku pasien pasca penderita Thypoid tahun 2016 di Kelurahan Lowokwaru Kecamatan Lowokwaru Kota Malang. Metode penelitian ini merupakan studi deskriptif yang bersifat observasional. Pengumpulan data menggunakan dua cara yaitu pengumpulan data primer dan sekunder. Metode pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purpossive Sampling yang berjumlah 30 orang dengan 8 variabel. Dari hasil penelitian bahwa ada pengaruh perilaku masyarakat pasien pasca penderita Thypoid di Kelurahan Lowokwaru Kecamatan Lowokwaru Kota Malang terhadap kondisi lingkungan diantaranya yaitu rumah yang berdekatan dan perilaku buruk pasien pasca penderita Thypoid akan menyebabkan terjadinya demam Thypoid karena kebiasaan membeli makan diluar, kebiasaan mencuci tangan sebelum makan juga menjadi faktor perilaku dari masyarakat tersebut. Berdasarkan karakteristik responden dari segi jenis kelamin penderita terbanyak ialah jenis kelamin perempuan sebanyak 28 responden (93%). Usia pasien pasca penderita Thypoid lebih banyak terjadi pada usia produktif 15-25 tahun dengan jumlah 28 responden (93%) disebabkan karena masih kurang menjaga perilaku hidup yang sehat. Berdasarkan dari tingkat pendidikan pasien pasca penderita Thypoid lebih banyak terjadi pada pendidikan Sarjana sebanyak 28 responden (93%). Kata kunci: Demam Thypoid, Perilaku

Abstract

Endophytes can produce large quantities of bioactive metabolites, which are involved in the relationship between endophytes and hosts. Among the potential antagonistic bacteria that can be used as biological controllers are endophytic bacteria, namely bacteria that live in plant tissues and can move between tissues. One alternative to controlling diseases in citrus plants is to use biological agents that are antagonistic to the cause of the disease. Exploration of biological agents was carried out by isolating endophytic bacteria leaves of Madura varieties. The aim of researh was to determine the diversity index of endophytic bacteria from the leaves of Madura variety and to know the antagonistic colonies of endophytic bacteria toward Diplodia sp. The study used descriptive and experimental methods with taking into account the research objectives. Observations were carried out using PCA (Plate Count Agar) media, NA (Nutrient Agar), and MCA (Mac Conkey Agar). Diversity index of endophytic bacterial microorganisms isolated from the leaves of Madura varieties, namely 9 types of bacterial colonies obtained E1 milky white, E2 milky white, E3 milky white, E4 milky white, E5 white, E6 white, E6 white, E7 white, E8 Yellow and E9 clear white. After the antagonistic test of the nature of the bacterial colonies with the diplodia fungus sp, there were four types of antagonistic endophytic bacteria colonies namely E3 percentage (47.5%), E4 percentage (35.31%), E6 percentage (35%), lastly E9 percentage (63, 43%). Keywords: Endophytic bacteria, orange leaves, diplodia fungus. ABSTRAK Endofit dapat menghasilkan bioaktif metabolit dalam jumlah banyak, yang terlibat didalam hubungan antara endofit dan inang. Diantara bakteri potensial antagonis yang dapat digunakan sebagai pengendali hayati adalah bakteri endofit yaitu bakteri yang hidup didalam jaringan tanaman dan dapat berpindah antar jaringan. Salah satu alternatif pengendalian penyakit pada tanaman jeruk adalah menggunaan agen hayati yang bersifat antagonis terhadap penyebab penyakit. Eksplorasi agen hayati dilakukan dengan mengisolasi bakteri endofit daun tanaman jeruk keprok varietas Madura. Tujuan penelitian adalah menentukan indeks keragaman mikroorganisme bakteri endofit daun jeruk keprok varietas Madura dan mempelajari sifat Antagonis koloni bakteri Endofit kepada jamur Diplodia sp. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskrptif dan eksperimental dengan dengan mempertimbangkan tujuan penelitian. Pengamatan dilakukan dengan mengunakan media PCA (Plate Count Agar), NA (Nutrient Agar), dan MCA (Mac Conkey Agar). Indeks keragaman mikroorganisme bakteri endofit yang diisolasi dari daun jeruk keprok varietas Madura yaitu ada 9 macam koloni bakteri yang didapat E1 warna putih susu, E2 putih susu, E3 putih susu, E4 putih susu, E5 putih, E6 putih, E7 putih, E8 Kuning dan E9 putih bening. Setelah dilakukannya uji antagonis sifat dari koloni bakteri dengan jamur diplodia sp ada empat macam koloni bakteri endofit yang bersifat antagonis yaitu E3 persentase (47,5%), E4 persentase (35,31%), E6 persentase (35%), terakhir yaitu dari E9 persentase (63,43%). Kata kunci: Bakteri Endofit, daun jeruk, jamur Diplodia sp.

Abstract

Student violence is still one of the problems faced by students, parents and school parties. The lack of openness from students and the limitations of parents and school parties in monitoring student activities resulted in violent acts and threats to students are difficult to avoid. To solve these problems, an application system is needed to make students connect with their respective parents and school through their personal smartphones, so they are expected to Reduce the level of violence, especially among students. The application system will be designed to be mobile-based and the design stage will use the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method. A mobile-based application system that will be designed to utilize the panic button feature to provide notification alerts from students to parents and school parties. The resulting location of the notification alert can be monitored directly on the map (maps) that is available precisely using GPS (Global Positioning System).  Kekerasan pada pelajar masih menjadi salah satu masalah yang dihadapi oleh para pelajar, orang tua dan pihak sekolah. Kurangnya keterbukaan dari pelajar dan keterbatasan orang tua serta pihak sekolah dalam melakukan pemantauan aktifitas pelajar mengakibatkan tindak kekerasan dan ancaman pada pelajar menjadi sulit untuk dihindari. Untuk menangani permasalahan tersebut, diperlukan sebuah sistem aplikasi yang membuat para pelajart erhubung dengan orang tuanya masing-masing dan pihak sekolah melalui smartphone pribadi para pelajar, orang tua dan pihak sekolah, sehingga diharapkan dapat mengurangi tingkat kekerasan khususnya di kalangan pelajar. Sistem aplikasi yang akan dirancang berbasis mobile dan pada tahap perancangannya akan menggunakan metode RAD (Rapid Application Development). Sistem aplikasi berbasis mobile yang akan dirancang memanfaatkan fitur panic button untuk memberikan alert notification dari siswa ke orang tua dan pihak sekolah. Hasil lokasi dari alert notification tersebut dapat dipantau langsung pada peta (maps) yang tersedia secara presisi menggunakan GPS (Global Positioning System).

Abstract

Javan langur population has decreased, because the natural habitat of Javan langurs is decreasing from year to year, in addition to the rampant fishing of langur for trading. In order to suppress and reduce the habitat destruction of these wild animals, an effective and sustainable land rehabilitation effort is needed by recording the types of forage plants that Javan langurs like and the behavior of Javan langurs in foraging for their food. One of the efforts made to create a natural breeding place. The purpose of this research is to determine whether there is a specific Javan langur eating behavior pattern, in addition to knowing whether there is a change in Javanese langur eating behavior towards the type of food given. This observation uses the Continuous Recording method of recording. The results obtained will be processed in a qualitative descriptive form (narrative). From the results of this study, it was found that there was a specific feeding behavior for each type of feed given based on the size of the leaves, when consuming calliandra with smaller leaves the langurs did not need to pick the leaves first, it was different when langurs ate mountain amethyst and telasih which were larger in size so they tended to picking and tearing it first to get smaller leaf size, and there is a change in the diet of the type of feed given, namely langurs tend to fight more for calliandra plants because calliandra has fruit as well as flowers and also smaller leaf size making it easier for langurs to eat it . This is also shown by the higher number of chews on calliandra, which is 25 chews for 10 seconds.

Abstract

This research is used as a form of student service for the Malay Column III Real Work Lecture to the people of Aceh Jaya (Lamno) Gampong Lhuet. Religious tourism is the application of the concept of halal tourism which has the aim of meeting human spiritual needs in strengthening faith by visiting places that have religious values. gampong lhuet has great potential and opportunities in developing religious tourism, namely the Baitussalam Nyak Sandang Mosque as its icon. Nyak clothes, who is he? Maybe many do not know who he is. And thanks to his request, the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo, built the Baitussalam mosque for him. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method to describe the potential for religious tourism in the region, with primary data sources and secondary data sources. There are several things that must be considered in the development of this religious tourism, namely the potential, opportunities, and challenges in development. And also have to know what strategy to use. The strategy used in this study is to make this religious tourism icon viral on all social media so that it can be famous and known to many people. The strategy has succeeded in attracting visitors coming from various regions.

Abstract

Maturity (Breeding) Research on Javanese Christian Church (GKJ), Case Study: Pepanthan Tohudan aims to explain the supporting factors for the maturity (breeding) of Tohudan pepanthan, explain the strength aspects of the supporting factors feasibility, explain the efforts to increase the strength aspects of feasibility, explain the models or patterns the maturation (breeding) of the Tohudan pepanthan church. The focus of the study, entitled The Maturity Pattern of the Javanese Christian Church (GKJ) The Case Study of Tohudan Pepanthan is the feasibility of the Tohudan pepanthan church to become an independent or mature church, breeding from GKJ Manahan. This research was conducted at GKJ Manahan pepanthan Tohudan with qualitative research methods with domain and taxonomic analysis as Spradly's model. Based on domain analysis, it was found that there were nine domains of maturity (breeding) of the Tohudan pepanthan church. Taxonomic analysis of adult church attributes in the Tohudan pepanthan was found to be feasible in the leadership aspects and implementation of the church's vocation duties.
