Abstract

This study aims to describe management, and determine the supporting and inhibiting factors of TBM Taman Pintar OI Kudus. The research method uses a qualitative approach. The research subjects included the chairman, 2 managers, 3 volunteers and 1 visitor, while the informants included 2 visitors. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation, and interviews. Data analysis uses interactive models according to Miles and Huberman. The technique for checking the validity of data uses the theory, source and method triangulation techniques. The results showed that the management at TBM Taman Pintar OI Kudus was able to run well. Supporting factors include good and adequate facilities, good and adequate teaching and educational staff, support from the community and BPK OI, as well as funds from donors and contributions from BPK OI Kudus members. Inhibiting factors include boredom and laziness of children, as well as various activities that are owned by the managers and volunteers.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas proses pembelajaran dan manajemen sekolah melalui pendampingan strategis berbasis hasil visitasi akreditasi di MI Alkhairaat Beteleme. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan dalam bentuk pendampingan dan workshop yang melibatkan 15 guru dan kepala madrasah sebagai peserta. Kegiatan diawali dengan sosialisasi hasil visitasi akreditasi BAN-PDM tahun 2024, dilanjutkan dengan pendampingan penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran berbasis asesmen, serta fasilitasi penyusunan rencana tindak lanjut (RTL) sekolah berdasarkan indikator yang belum terpenuhi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa secara umum keterpenuhan indikator mencapai 68,4%, dengan kekuatan utama pada aspek interaksi pembelajaran, pengelolaan kelas, penguatan karakter, serta transparansi pengelolaan anggaran sekolah. Sebaliknya, beberapa indikator strategis masih belum optimal, khususnya pemanfaatan hasil asesmen, pengembangan profesional pendidik berbasis refleksi, evaluasi kurikulum berkala, serta layanan kesehatan dan keselamatan sekolah yang masih di bawah 40%. Melalui kegiatan pendampingan ini, terjadi peningkatan pemahaman guru dalam perencanaan pembelajaran berbasis asesmen serta tersusunnya dokumen rencana tindak lanjut (RTL) sebagai acuan peningkatan mutu sekolah secara berkelanjutan. Kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan hasil visitasi secara optimal dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran dan tata kelola sekolah secara sistematis dan berbasis data.
