Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the implementation of the Savings and Loan Program for Women to the level creativity of housewife in developing small and medium enterprises in Dewa Braja Village Way Jepara District of East Lampung 2016. The method used in this research was quantitative descriptive. The sampling technique used purposive random sampling. The number of samples in this study of 24 respondents, the data source of this research was from the questionnaire confirmed by observation, the technique used was quantitative descriptive analysis techniques, data analysis technique used was using Chi Square. The results showed that the implementation of the savings and loan program for women affect the creativity of housewives in Dewa Braja Village Way Jepara District of East Lampung.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelaksanaan Program Simpan Pinjam Bagi Perempuan terhadap tingkat kreatifitas Ibu rumah tangga dalam mengembangkan usaha kecil menengah di Desa Braja Dewa Kecamatan Way Jepara Lampung Timur Tahun 2016. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan purposive random sampling. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini 24 responden, sumber data penelitian ini dari angket yang dikuatkan dengan observasi, teknik yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif, teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan Chi Kuadrat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program simpan pinjam bagi perempuan berpengaruh terhadap kreativitas ibu rumah tangga Di Desa Braja Dewa Kecamatan Way Jepara Lampung Timur.Kata kunci: ibu rumah tangga, kreativitas, pengaruh

Abstract

This research aims at explaining and analyzing the influence of nightspot activity to the changes of social behavior in Ganjar Asri, west Metro, Metro. The formulation of research problem is whether there is any influence of nightspot activity to the changes of social behavior in Ganjar Asri, west Metro, Metro. This research is descriptive quantitative research by testing the effect of both variables that will be inspected. Data collecting technique of this research uses questionnaire, interview, and observation. The population of this research is 320 KK and the sample only 10% of the population or 32 KK. Data analysis technique uses formula interval, percentage, and chi square. Based on the research that had been done, there is a very strong influence in nightspot activity to the changes of social behavior in Ganjar Asri, west Metro, Metro.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dan menganalisis pengaruh aktivitas tempat hiburan malam terhadap perubahan perilaku sosial masyarakat di Kelurahan Ganjar Asri Kecamatan Metro Barat Kota Metro.Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu adakah pengaruh aktivitas tempat hiburan malam terhadap perubahan perilaku sosial masyarakat di Kelurahan Ganjar Asri Kecamatan Metro Barat Kota Metro. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriftif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan uji pengaruh antar variabel-variabel yang akan diteliti. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 320 KK, sehingga sampel yang diambil sebanyak 10% yaitu sebanyak 32KK. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang sangat kuat pada aktivitas tempat hiburan malam terhadap perubahan perilaku sosial masyarakat di Kelurahan Ganjar Asri Kecamatan Metro Barat Kota Metro.Kata kunci: aktivitas tempat hiburan malam, perubahan perilaku sosial, masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the correlation between intensity of students’  interpersonal communication with communication skill at the second grade of SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Karang Tengah. The method for this research is correlational research method. Sample of this research are 28 students. Data analysis of this research uses Chi Kuadrat and data collecting technique uses questionnaire. The results showed that: (1) the intensity of interpersonal communication (X) are dominant on moderate or quite often category with percentage 53.6%, (2) communication skill in class (Y) is dominant on capable category with percentage  57.2%, (3) there is a positive correlation, significant, and high correlation between the intensity of interpersonal communication with communication skills in the classroom, it means that the more often the intensity of interpersonal communication the better the students' communication skills in the classroom.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan hubungan intensitas komunikasi interpersonal siswa dengan kemampuan komunikasi di kelas XI SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Karang Tengah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian korelasional. Sampel dalam penelitian 28 orang. Analisis data menggunakan Chi Kuadrat dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) intensitas komunikasi interpersonal (X) dominan pada kategori sedang atau cukup sering dengan persentase 53,6%, (2) kemampuan komunikasi di kelas (Y) dominan pada kategori mampu dengan persentase 57,2%, (3) terdapat hubungan yang positif, signifikan, dan kategori keeratan tinggi antara intensitas komunikasi interpersonal dengan kemampuan komunikasi di kelas, artinya semakin sering intensitas komunikasi interpersonal siswa maka semakin baik pula kemampuan komunikasi di kelas.Kata kunci: intensitas,  kemampuan komunikasi, komunikasi interpersonal siswa

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to clarify the effect of class study hours practicing the ideals of student discipline at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Purbolinggo East Lampung District Education Year 2012/2013. Research methods used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. Population in this study amounted to 90 people. Data analysis using Chi Quadrat. Based on the results of the research showed that there was a very strong influence and significance of the addition of classroom learning hours practicing the ideals of student discipline at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Purbolinggo East Lampung District Education Year 2012/2013. This means getting good additions hour class learn the more positive ideals in practice the formation of student discipline.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan pengaruh penambahan jam belajar kelas unggulan terhadap pengamalan nilai disiplin siswa di SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Purbolinggo Kabupaten Lampung Timur Tahun Pelajaran 2012/2013. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 90 orang. Analisis data menggunakan Chi Kuadrat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang sangat kuat dan signifikan antara penambahan jam belajar kelas unggulan terhadap pengamalan nilai disiplin siswa di SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Purbolinggo Kabupaten Lampung Timur Tahun Pelajaran 2012/2013. Ini berarti semakin baik penambahan jam belajar kelas unggulan maka semakin positif dalam pembentukan pengamalan nilai disiplin siswa.Kata kunci: kelas unggulan, penambahan jam belajar, pengamalan nilai disiplin siswa

Abstract

This research aimed to find out and explain the honorary teacher perceptions about PPPK system written in the law no.5 year 2014. This research used descriptive method with quantitative approach. The population in this research was honorary teacher of SMP Negeri 2 Way Pengubuan, MTs Al-Hidayah Candirejo and SMP Bina Bhakti Banjar Kertahayu in Way Pengubuan district. Data collecting instrument used was questionnaire and data analysis used were interval and percentage form. Based on the research it was known that comprehension indicator of honorary teachers about PPPK amount to 65,00% including in not comprehend category. Conception indicator of honorary teachers about PPPK amount to 55,00% including in agree category. Prospect indicator of honorary teachers about PPPK amount to 47,50% including in agree category. Thus, PPPK in spreading information was less comprehended however it can be driven as one of way to advance education in Indonesia.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan persepsi guru honorer terhadap sistem PPPK yang terdapat dalam Undang-Undang No.5 Tahun 2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru honorer yangada di SMP Negeri 2 Way Pengubuan, MTs Al-Hidayah Candirejo dan SMP Bina Bhakti yang ada di Kecamatan Way Pengubuan. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan analisis data menggunakan interval dan presentase. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa indikator pemahaman guru honorer terhadap PPPK sebesar 65,00% masuk dalam kategori tidak paham. Indikator tanggapan guru honorer terhadap PPPK sebesar 55,00% masuk dalam kategori setuju. Indikator harapan guru honorer terhadap PPPK sebesar 47,50% masuk dalam kategori setuju. Dengan demikian bahwa PPPK dalam penyebaran informasi masih kurang dipahami namun dapat dijalankan sebagai salah satu cara memajukan dunia pendidikan di Indonesia.Kata kunci : guru honorer, persepsi, PPPK

Abstract

The research objective of this thesis was to determine the factors that influence teachers' difficulties in implementing beranah affective learning in SMP Negeri 4 Sekampung East Lampung. Itated by interest in the author of the importance of affective learning where the goal pebelajaran beranah this can affect the results of cognitive and psychomotor learning . Given the importance of affective learning and the fact that there is a reluctance in applying pembelajran affective teacher at the school, it raises the question of the causes that need to be resolved.This study uses the theory of affective learning, levels of the affective domain, the affective domain measurement, and theory of affective assessment. The method used in this research is descriptive research with a total sample of 20 respondents using a questionnaire, and analysis techniques in this study by using a percentage formula.The results of this study are, so tends internal factors contribute to the cause of the difficulties in implementing the teachers' affective learning as much as 50%, quite a role as much as 30%, and as much as 20%, do not contribute to the cause of learning difficulties in implementing affective teacher at SMP Negeri 4 Sekampung.Ekstren factors also tend to play a role in causing trouble enough teachers in implementing affective learning, development factors are contained in the teacher as much as 50% is quite a role, was instrumental in 30%, and as much as 20%, do not contribute to the cause of learning difficulties in implementing affective teacher. Of socialization factors play a role in causing enough trouble as much as 50% of teachers, 30% very important role, and as much as 20%, do not contribute to the cause of the difficulties in implementing teacher pembelajran of affective and affective factors play an important role Ratings are 50%, 30% is quite a role, and 20% said not contribute to the cause of the difficulties in implementing teacher pembelelajaran beranah affective in SMP N 4 Sekampung East Lampung.Keywords:cause factors, difficulty factors teachers, implementing learning affective domain,

Abstract

This research aims to explain the influence of self-understanding toward the interest appropriateness of choosing the majors. The problem of this research is how the influence of self-understanding of the interest appropriateness majors. This research is quantitative type, research by using influence test  of variables to check. Population in this research is 91 students, so the sample taken that is counted 91 students. Based on the result of research which have been done, it is known that there are hand in glove degree, that is with coefficient of kontigensi C= 0,33 and coefficient of kontigensi Cmaks= 0,81 so that obtained by value 0,41.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh pemahaman diri terhadap kesesuaian minat memilih jurusan. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu bagaimanakah pengaruh pemahaman diri terhadap kesesuaian minat memilih jurusan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan uji pengaruh antar variabel-variabel yang akan diteliti. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 91 peserta didik, sehingga sampel yang diambil yaitu sebanyak 91 peserta didik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat derajat keeratan, yaitu dengan koefisien kontigensi C= 0,33 dan koefisien kontigensi Cmaks= 0,81 sehingga diperoleh nilai 0,41.Kata kunci: kesesuaian minat, memilih jurusan, pemahaman diri.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to explain and analyze the influence of internalization of Pancasila values to the attitude of Hindu youth association Indonesia (PERADAH) members at Seputih Mataram sub-district, Central Lampung 2015. The method used in this research was descriptive method and this research was also used the quantitative approach with the total sample of 24 respondents. The basic techniques used in collecting the data were questionnaire and direct observation. The data analysis of this research was using chi quadrat. Based on the result, it can be conclude that there is significant influence between internalization Pancasila values to the attitude of the members of Hindu youth association Indonesia (PERADAH) at Seputih Mataram sub-district, Central Lampung 2015.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menjelaskan dan menganalisis pengaruh internalisasi nilai-nilai Pancasila terhadap sikap anggota organisasi perhimpunan pemuda hindu Indonesia (PERADAH) Kecamatan Seputih Mataram Lampung Tengah Tahun 2015. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel berjumlah 24 responden. Teknik pokok pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan angket dan observasi langsung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus chi kuadrat. Berdasarkan hasil peneitian yang dilaksanakan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara internalisasi nilai-nilai Pancasila terhadap sikap anggota organisasi perhimpunan pemuda hindu Indonesia (PERADAH) Kecamatan Seputih Mataram Lampung Tengah tahun 2015.Kata kunci: internalisasi nilai-nilai pancasila, organisasi peradah, sikap.

Abstract

The focus of this research was to determine students' perceptions student regiment members toward the students phenomenon and to find the clash phenomenon causes, impacts and solutions that will be done it.This research was quantitative research with the object of research is an active member of the Student Regiment Lampung University. Data collection techniques was the basic technique of the questionnaire and supporting documentation and interview techniques. Data were analyzed using a percentage formula. Based on the research that has been done it can be seen that the perception of regiment members of Lampung University of clash phenomena between students in Bandar Lampung in academic year 2014/2015. Based on this research showed that the understanding, responses and expectations of Student Regiment members are agree in the prevention or solution to be implemented on a clash phenomenon wheter in causes and impacts caused.Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi anggota resimen mahasiswa terhadap fenomena tawuran antar pelajar dan untuk mengetahui fenomena tawuran baik faktor penyebab,dampak dan solusi yang akan dilaksananakan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan objek penelitian adalah anggota aktif Resimen Mahasiswa Universitas Lampung. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan teknik pokok angket serta teknik penunjang wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus presentase. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa persepsi anggota Menwa Unila terhadap fenomena tawuran antar pelajar di Bandar lampung tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Berdasarkan penelitian ini bahwa pemahaman,tanggapan dan harapan anggota Resimen Mahasiswa setuju dalam penanggulangan atau solusi yang akan dilaksanakan mengenai fenomena tawuran baik faktor penyebab dan dampak yang diakibatkan.Kata kunci: fenomena tawuran, pelajar, resimen mahasiswa

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of learners' perceptions about the importance of character education with the motivation to learn civics education in high schools 10 Bandar Lampung. This study uses descriptive method with a sample of 88 respondents consisting of students from class X, XI IPA, IPS XI, XII Science, and XII IPS totaling 26 classes. By using a questionnaire, and analysis techniques in this study using a percentage formula. Based on the results of the study indicate that a significant relationship between the importance of character education with the motivation to learn civics education students in SMAN 10 Bandar Lampung in the Academic Year 2012/2013. This means that the better the education, the more positive character also motivate learners to learn the lessons of citizenship education.Tujuan dari penelitian ini dilakukan adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan persepsi peserta didik tentang urgensi pendidikan karakter dengan motivasi belajar pendidikan kewarganegaraan di SMA Negeri 10 Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode dekriptif dengan sampel sebanyak 88 orang responden  peserta didik terdiri dari kelas X, XI IPA, XI IPS, XII IPA,  dan XII IPS yang berjumlah 26 kelas. Dengan menggunakan angket, dan teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus persentase.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan yang  signifikan antara urgensi pendidikan karakter dengan motivasi belajar pendidikan kewarganegaraan peserta didik di SMA Negeri 10 Bandar Lampung Tahun Pelajaran 2012/2013. Ini berarti semakin baik  pendidikan karakter maka semakin positif pula peserta didik memotivasi belajar dalam pelajaran pendidikan kewarganegaraan.Kata kunci : urgensi pendidikan karakter, motivasi belajar,pendidikan kewarganegaraan
