Abstract

Tempe chips is one snack that is popular with all groups. During this time the process of slicing tempe chips is still using the conventional method using a hand knife. This resulted in the ineffectiveness of the process of slicing the tempe stem which is the basic ingredient of tempe chips with a relatively long duration of ± 30 slices/minute. Besides that, ± 10% -15% slices have varied thicknesses and are relatively thick (3mm), which causes crispy tempe chips. Due to constraints in the process of cutting tempeh, SMEs can only produce 10kg / day and cannot meet market needs that reach twice the current SME production. In addition, because the cutting process is done manually, it requires a large amount of power, a long time, not hygienic and prone to work accidents. To overcome the problems of partners, the partner SMEs will be assisted through the design of tempe chip slicing machines. The method of carrying out this activity is designing, manufacturing, assembly, testing of machines, handover of machines, training in operation and maintenance of machines, and periodic monitoring. Based on the results of implementation in the SME tempe chips manufacturer, the tempe chip slicing machine really helped solve the problem of the tempe chips SME producer. This can be seen from the practicality of the slicing process which requires a relatively fast time of 60 slices / minute so that employees are not easily exhausted. It also improves the quality of tempe chips, where uniform thickness of tempe chips is 2mm and is more hygienic because the machine material is made of foodgrade stainless steel standards. Some of these advantages have an impact on production capacity that has doubled from 10kg / day to 20 kg / day.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss Giorgio Agamben's rethinking education theory. In the theory of rethinking education, Giorgio Agamben emphasizes that potential can only be thought of in term of impotence. The results of the discussion find several points. First, when potency and impotency are separated from each other, it can be considered as a graded education system in which some students are instructed to actualize their potential in the form of standardized tests while others are abandoned by the system. Second, thinking impotence allows to rediscover the uniqueness of learning beyond the formulation of learning problems. Thus, without the concept of impotence, the discourse of 'child genius' becomes commodified as a force to be utilized and actualized in the name of neoliberal entrepreneurship. In short, we can reclaim genius and its relation to the issue of educational freedom only by returning to impotence.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh olahraga tradisional terompah panjang terhadap peningkatan kecepatan siswa kelas V di MI Darussalam Pejangkungan. Metode yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest-posttest. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 19 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes kecepatan lari sebelum dan sesudah pemberian perlakuan latihan terompah panjang. Hasil uji-t menunjukkan nilai signifikansi (p-value) sebesar 0,001 < 0,05, yang berarti terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara kecepatan siswa sebelum dan sesudah diberikan latihan. Permainan terompah panjang berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kemampuan koordinasi kaki, kekuatan otot tungkai, keseimbangan, serta kerja sama tim yang secara keseluruhan mendukung peningkatan kecepatan gerak siswa. Selain manfaat fisik, olahraga tradisional ini juga memberikan dampak positif pada motivasi dan semangat siswa dalam pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, olahraga terompah panjang dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani yang menyenangkan dan bermanfaat bagi perkembangan fisik dan sosial siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to demonstrate that supplementation with pollen nutritional ingredients can enhance the rate of decrease in lactic acid levels and heart rate after 1 hour of submaximal exercise loading. The research methodology employed is experimental, utilizing a randomized one-group pre-test and post-test design. The sample consisted of 11 students from the Sports Science Study Program at Surabaya State University. Data analysis was conducted using the T-Test with a significance level of 0.05. The findings revealed a decrease in blood lactic acid levels and pulse rate after 1 hour of submaximal exercise. The percentage decrease in pulse rate was 91.541%, while the percentage decrease in blood lactic acid levels was 85.099%. However, it is important to note that comparing the percentage decrease in pulse rate to the percentage decrease in blood lactic acid levels may not be accurate due to the distinct nature of the two systems. Additionally, the supplement group demonstrated greater improvement compared to the control group, which did not receive supplements. Nonetheless, it should be acknowledged that both research variables had not fully returned to pre-exercise conditions.

Abstract

Cone drill outside inside practice can improve dribbling skills in futsal players. Low dribbling ability can affect the quality of players in possession of the ball during matches. The purpose of this study is to prove the effect of cone drill outside inside on improving dribbling skills in U-17 futsal players at Al Hijaz Academy. This research is in a quantitative descriptive design. The subject of this study involved 25 players. The data collection technique in this study is with observation and test techtechniques. The test used, namely the dribbling pretest, was then given cone drill outside inside, after which a posttest dribbling was carried out. The data analysis technique used was a paired sample t-test with a sig (2-tailed) value of 0.000 < 0.05 which means that there is a significant influence of the cone drill inside outside exercise on the improvement of dribbling ability in futsal players at Al Hijaz Academy.
