Abstract

Kinerja karyawan pada penelitian ini difokuskan pada motivasi, pengembangan karier, lingkungan kerja, terhadap kinerja karyawan dan keunggulan bersaing berkelanjutan. Pengukuran kinerja karyawan secara berkelanjutan dapat digunakan untuk menentukan srategik ditahun selanjutnya, untuk itu dibutuhkan data yang signifikan secara terintegrasi. Permasalahan yang terjadi diperusahaan motivasi karyawan kurang optimal , motivasi menurun, perjalanan karier kurang mulus akibat lingkungan kurang bagus untuk itu perlu mengukur kinerja karyawan untuk menetapkan srategi kedepannya..Metode yang dipakai untuk menganalisis masalah tersebut menggunakan regresi tersusun dengan menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) karena SEM adalah sekumpulan teknik-teknik statistikal yang memungkinkan pengujian sebuah rangkaian hubungan yang relatif “rumit” secara simultan.Penelitian ini menghasilkan model kurang bagus sehingga perlu dilakukan modifikasi, hasil modifikasinya Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan dan positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan sebesar 0.334, Pengembangan Karier tidak berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan sebesar -0.323, Lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan sebesar 0.222, Kinerja Karyawan berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Keunggulan Bersaing Berkelanjutan sebesar 0.45

Abstract

Pengambilan keputusan dalam proses pemilihan calon-calon karyawan yang akan menduduki suatu jabatan, sangat menentukan keberlangsunngan suatu institusi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem yang mampu memberikan informasi yang akurat tentang kapasitas karyawan dan menempatkan karyawan pada posisi “The Right man on the right job”.Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Sunjaya Coating Perdana, Sidoarjo. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan dokumentatif. Sistem yang akan dibangun merupakan sistem pendukung keputusan dalam promosi jabatan pada PT Sunjaya Coating Perdana menggunakan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP).Output program yang dihasilkan berupa diagram batang yang dilengkapi dengan nilai akhir setiap karyawan berdasarkan perhitungan yang telah ditentukan. Setelah proses perhitungan selesai output program bisa diambil dalam bentuk report peringkat karyawan yang berprestasi. Dalam report peringkat karyawan berprestasi diatas terdapat diagram batang beserta nilai tertinggi dan terendah sesuai dengan bulan yang dipilih, beserta nilai KPI dari hasil perhitungan setiap karyawan yang kemudian akan dicetak.

Abstract

Taman Baca Yayasan Rumah Taqwa al-Kausar bertujuan untuk memberikan sarana bagi anak-anak panti dan masyarakat sekitar dalam menyediakan bahan bacaan yang berkualitas. Proses pelaksanaan program, mitra memahami dan dapat menjalankan secara mandiri atas teknologi yang ditransfer melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan. Untuk memastikan pelaksanaan program berjalan dengan baik, maka tim pengusul selalu melakukan evaluasi secara bertahap, guna memastikan bahwa tahapan yang dilalui berjalan dengan baik. Sehingga mitra mampu melakukan inventory buku, perbaikan sistem manajemen perpustakaan, dan pengelolaan proses peminjaman dan pengembalian, yang selama ini dilakukan dengan bermodal saling percaya dengan melakukan pencatatan sederhana menggunakan buku besar, selain itu buku yang ada tidak teregistrasi dan tidak dikelompokkan berdasarkan kode buku, sehingga dengan program pengabdian masyarakat ini. Mitra mampu pengelolaan perpustakaan secara profesional dengan memaksimalkan potensi yang terdapat pada perpustakaan umum yayasan rumah al-Kausar.

Abstract

The Cup Sealer machine, also known as a plastic cup sealing machine, is a device that seals plastic cups, preventing the contents from pouring into the glass. It also serves to keep liquids and things contained within them sanitary. This machine is frequently encountered operating on human power (manual). This study is a continuation of Community Service activities in the village of Sumbergedang Pasuruan. This machine design will be implemented in the village because the village has abundant clear/clear water that comes from Mount Penanggungan which has been processed into ready-to-drink water. The goal of this study is to create a plastic cup packaging machine that uses water from Mount Penanggungan in the village of Sumbergedang, Pasuruan, and then to improve the machine. The design uses SolidWork software with the input data being the cup sealer machine body component, the motor component for the sealing process, the cutter press component (plastic cutter when sealed), the ring component for the glass cup, and various extra components are used in the design. The results of the computation show that the design fits the requirements for moving forward with the production process.

Abstract

The corporate world is undergoing a very rapid rate of change. It's no wonder that manufacturers are competing to sell their products quickly in the market. Advertising is a medium that is used as a means to distribute information to the public, related to the product you want to be known, one of which is advertising that is used on television. By paying attention to this, when designing an advertisement, the thing that must be considered is the attributes attached to the advertisement, in order to provide interest to consumers or potential consumers. The purpose of this study was to determine the dominant product attributes on consumer interest in making decisions to continue viewing service advertisements on advertising impressions in digital media. The final result to be achieved is that the product design of advertisements is made able to improve product performance, provide convenience for business actors in determining ergonomic designs on digital media and optimize the performance of marketing tools in introducing products so that product designers are able to provide guarantees for the design of advertisements displayed. This study uses customer voice analysis in the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method by testing some initial attributes which show the results that some attributes have a significant influence on the design of advertising products.

Abstract

PT. Behaestex Pandaan is a textile company engaged in the manufacture of Muslim clothing, especially woven sarongs. Weaving sarongs made with ATBM (Not Machine Weaving Equipment) provide the best quality. On the other hand PT. Behaestex Pandaan has provided the best quality but lacks efficiency in terms of factory layout. This research seeks to help make a design proposal for the placement of work stations in order to aim at minimizing the total moment and distance of material transfer due to the condition of the work station having a total moment and distance of movement that is less effective and efficient. This study uses the method of Systematic Layout Planning (SLP) and Blockplan. There are alternative layouts that are possible and then selected to determine the most effective alternative based on the lowest total moment and material displacement distance. In the Systematic Layout Planning (SLP) and Blockplan methods there will be a comparison that can determine the effectiveness of the 2 methods. The Systematic Layout Planning (SLP) method has more granular factors such as workflow and qualitative considerations, while Blockplan is automated only considers a few factors regardless of the current workflow. From the results of this study can find solutions to the problems experienced by PT. Behaestex Pandaan about the proposed layout by comparing the results of the SLP and Blockplan methods so that it can find out the total moment and and distance of material transfer which is more effective and efficient at PT. Behaestex Pandaan.

Abstract

Clear water that has been processed into ready to drink in Sumbegedang Pasuruan village cannot yet be distributed to the local village community or other villages, because there is still no equipment for the process of packaging clean ready-to-drink water. Therefore, in this Community Service Activity, a semi-automatic plastic cup sealing machine was made with the sealing mechanism run by a driving dynamo (AC motor) with a push button connected to a microcontroller as the trigger. This Community Service activity is a continuation of Community Service activities in the village of Sumbergedang, Pasuruan which has abundant clear water originating from Mount Penanggungan and has been processed into clean water ready to drink. Clean water that has been placed in a plastic glass container, then for the future can be produced or distributed to the local village community or other villages. Automatic components used for the manufacture of semi-automatic cup sealer machines are PCB, ATMEGA48V-10PU IC, step down transformer, thermostat, heater, digital counter, push button, timer potentiometer, limit switch, relay, PCB cable, motor AC. The machine is only used for one size of 7 oz glass. A machine operation test was carried out to find out if this semi-automatic cup sealer machine met the machine's standard results. Furthermore, an introduction was made along with the process of operating this semi-automatic plastic cup sealing machine to the people of Sumbergedang Pasuruan village. The results show that this semi-automatic cup sealer can be used in the field and for the process of packing clean, ready to drink water in Sumbergedang Village, Pasuruan.

Abstract

UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah) telah menjadi salah satu sektor usaha yang mendominasi di Indonesia. Namun, pada beberapa daerah, pemilik UMKM mengalami tantangan dalam menghadapi perkembangan industri, terutama pada pengurusan legalitas usaha. Mayoritas masyarakat yang ada memiliki minat yang rendah untuk mengurus kelengkapan data legalitas usaha terutama melalui sistem digital karena kurangnya pengetahuan akan teknologi di daerah pedesaan. Oleh karena itu, tim pengabdi melakukan pelatihan peningkatan legalitas data usaha pada UMKM di Desa Duyung Trawas, Mojokerto. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini mampu memberikan peninngkatan legalitas data UMKM berbasis digital. Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan secara langsung ke lokasi UMKM desa Duyung Trawas Mojokerto dengan pemberian pelatihan mengenai sosialisasi pentinganya memiliki NIB (Nomor Induk Berusaha) dan legalitas data usaha berbasis digital. Selain itu, kegiatan pendampingan praktik dalam Pembuatan NIB pada lembaga OSS (Online Single Submission) secara digital sekaligus mengenalkan teknologi yang berkaitan dengan UMKM. Dengan memiliki legalitas dan pengetahuan akan digitalisasi informasi tersebut maka UMKM akan memperoleh kemudahan dalam berbagai hal, seperti akses pembiayaan usaha, pelatihan-pelatihan, ikut serta dalam pameran, bahkan sertifikasi halal.

Abstract

The public library of the Taqwa al-Kausar house foundation aims to provide facilities for children's homes and the surrounding community in providing quality reading materials as a result of the many reading interests owned by children's homes, but in its management which includes book inventory, library management systems , the process of borrowing and measuring, is carried out by recording and only done with simple recording, so that many books are available, the management system is not good, the existing books are not found and it is difficult to manage the children's home or the community has borrowed and did not return it, apart from There are many books that are not registered and do not have a book inventory system, meanwhile they do not have a book inventory system, meanwhile library management for librarian managers and staff has never been carried out. So from these problems the solutions to be offered are (1) Building an online-based library information system, (2) Library management training, (3) Provision of online-based library information system support facilities, (4) librarian training. So that with professional library management, you will be able to maximize the potential of the Rumah Al-Kausar Foundation public library which is able to provide stemulus in an effort to increase the love of reading and the professionalism of management and administrators in the future will be a reference for independent public libraries in Sidoarjo.

Abstract

Handoko, an independent nursery business actor in the village of Sidokepung, Kec Buduran, with a total of 7 nursery ponds with 2 broodstock ponds, makes the independent business developed relatively well. However, over time, the technology used in nurseries is considered outdated, this is because the seeding process carried out in nursery ponds causes many seeds that have been successfully bred to experience stress and not a few die, so the effectiveness of the seeding process is less effective. and it is necessary to apply technology to avoid stress on tillers during seeding. From these problems, firstly, the application of pond management technology has not been maximized by partners, which is marked by the number of deaths of catfish seedlings resulting from seeding, secondly, catfish chicks do not have the passion to eat due to lack of oxygen in the pond, third, pond water circulation is not carried out periodically. and contracted so that the pond water looks cloudy which causes the fish growth rate is not good, fourth, catfish chicks are difficult to grow and develop. The solution is the application of fish management technology by designing a pond by providing an aerator as a tool that functions to create air bubbles so as to guarantee the oxygen content in the pond has been met, creating a water reservoir that serves to provide a good supply of water in the pond, so that it will do the job well. periodic circulation of water in the pool and ensure the pool is clean and does not cause odor. the results obtained from solving problems, partners get better benefits and provide competitiveness in increasing the income of independent businesses that are carried out
