Abstract

AbstrakBanjir merupakan permasalahan umum yang sering melanda sebagian besar wilayahIndonesia.Salah satunya terjadi di Kali Brangkal yang berada di Kota Mojokerto. Pada Tahun 2004 terjadibanjir di Kota Mojokerto, karena luapan Kali Brangkal. Banjir tersebut disebabkan karena adanya tanggulyang putus dibeberapa ruas hulu Bendung Sinoman. Akibatnya, timbul genangan air di Desa Sooko,KotaMojokerto. Selain itu, ada dugaan bahwa penyebab jebolnya tanggul akibat dari dampak pembendunganpada Bendung Sinoman. Untuk itu permasalahan banjir perlu segera diatasi sebab daerah yang banjirmerupakan daerah pemukiman pendudukPenelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan sederhana untuk mencari kesesuaian debit puncak danbentuk hidrograf aliran antara hidrograf terukur dan hidrograf satuan sintetis pada daerah aliran KaliBrangkal, beberapa metode seperti metode Gama I,Nakayasu,Snyder, ITB-1 dan ITB-2 digunakan untukmenghitung debit puncak. Untuk memperoleh profil muka air dilakukan simulasi dengan bantuan softwareHec-ras, dan konsep yang direncanakan dalam rangka pengendalian banjir tersebut yaitu dengan modifikasiBendung Sinoman dengan mengurangi tinggi mercu bendung dengan tujuan untuk menurunkan tinggi mukaair dihulu bendung yang menyebabkan banjirHasil dari penelitian ini, menunjukan bahwa hidrograf yang paling sesuai dengan hidrografterukur adalah hidrograf sintetik Nakayasu. Debit puncak pada hidrograf kala ulang 100 tahunan adalahsebesar 636,25 m3/s. Hasil simulasi dengan input debit kala ulang 100 tahunan pada kondisi bendung eksisitingterjadi banjir. Dan dilakukan modifikasi Bendung Sinoman dengan mengurangi tingggi mercu 3mhasilnya masih terjadi banjir. Sehingga dengan mengurangi tinggi mercu belum dapat mengatasi banjir dihulu Bendung Sinoman. Untuk mengatasi hal itu perlu peninggian tanggul 1 m di tanggul sebelah kiri dan1.5 m di tanggul sebelah kanan. Hasil simulasi dengan peninggian tanggul, banjir di hulu bendung dapatteratasi.Kata kunci: Debit Banjir, Mercu bendung, Hec-ras,Tanggul,Tinggi Muka Air.

Abstract

This article discusses the implementation of religious activities in instilling religious character in Kesaud Village, Serang City. Religious character consists of attitudes, motivations, and skills that are influenced by religious values and teachings. Through activities such as recitation, congregational prayers, and reading dalail khoirat, the community is invited to increase faith and form behaviors that reflect religious teachings. However, there are several obstacles in the implementation of these activities, such as the lack of educators and budget limitations. This has resulted in a decline in community participation in religious activities. To overcome these challenges, changes in the management of the organization and the mindset of the community are needed. This article also highlights the importance of youth organizations, such as RISMA, in attracting people to participate in religious activities. Thus, it is hoped that religious characters can be well embedded in the daily lives of the people of Kesaud Village.

Abstract

The irrigation efficiency is an important component on assessing the performance of an irrigation system. The analysis of irrigation loss is needed to obtain the amount of water lost along the channel. Water loss can be caused by a variety of factors, including water leakage along the canal, evaporation, and infiltration. This can certainly reduce the efficiency of water use. Irrigation a water loss analysis is very important to improve irrigation performance. This analysis will help you understand how much water is lost and what factors contribute to water loss. Based on this understanding, preventive measures can be taken and improvements can be made to increase productivity and water use efficiency. This research aims to evaluate the level of channel efficiency and measure the amount of water loss in the main channel in the Senden Irrigation Area.. The method of research implementation is to measure water discharge directly in the field. The result analysis showed that the average percentage of water loss in Senden main canal was 56.63%. Maximum water loss value was recorded at 60.86%, while the minimum value was 52.55%. Factors affecting water loss due to evaporation showed an average value of 0.0685%, while water loss due to seepage was recorded at a very small 0.0003%. For the channel efficiency value shows that an average percentage of 43%. It is obtained with a maximum channel efficiency of 47% and a minimum channel efficiency of 39%. However, the water balance analysis shows a maximum value of 11.45 m3 /second. While the minimum value is -0.04 m3 / second.
