Abstract

Sistem penilaian kinerja pustakawan merupakan hal penting dalam memastikan efektivitas dan efisiensi operasional perpustakaan. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis mengusulkan penggunaan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) untuk mengembangkan sistem penilaian kinerja pustakawan yang disebut Si-Pekawan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengimplementasikan metode SAW dalam mengukur dan mengevaluasi kinerja pustakawan berdasarkan beberapa kriteria penilaian yang relevan. Kriteria-kriteria ini mencakup kehadiran, jadwal piket, keterlambatan, izin pulang sebelum waktunya dan kecepatan dalam melayani pengunjung. Metode SAW digunakan untuk menghitung bobot nilai dari setiap kriteria penilaian yang ditentukan oleh pihak perpustakaan. Bobot ini digunakan untuk menggabungkan dan menghasilkan nilai akhir untuk masing-masing pustakawan. Pustakawan dengan skor tertinggi dianggap memiliki kinerja terbaik. Pada penelitian ini, penulis mengumpulkan data dari beberapa pustakawan di perpustakaan daerah Brebes dan menerapkan metode SAW untuk menghasilkan penilaian kinerja mereka. Hasil penilaian tersebut akan memberikan informasi penting kepada manajemen perpustakaan untuk pengambilan keputusan terkait peningkatan kompetensi, dan pengembangan karir pustakawan. Melalui implementasi Si-Pekawan, diharapkan bahwa perpustakaan dapat memiliki sistem penilaian kinerja yang objektif. Sistem ini juga dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan kualitas kinerja pustakawan, serta membantu perpustakaan dalam mencapai tujuan dan misi mereka.

Abstract

The selection process for new students in the field of education is crucial and warrants careful consideration. IT Telkom Purwokerto has a dedicated division, the Admission Unit, responsible for the selection of new students. However, this process often encounters errors, such as miscalculations in the average scores of three subjects, discrepancies between new student data and graduation guideline data, and prolonged simulation processes for graduation. This study proposes a solution to these issues through the implementation of an MVC-based Decision Support System (DSS) for determining the eligibility of new student admissions. The Prototype methodology was chosen to develop an MVC-based system as a resolution to these issues. The criteria used in this research to determine new student admissions involve various factors, including the chosen high school major, interest in the offered majors, average mathematics scores, and the average scores of three main subjects: mathematics, Bahasa Indonesia, and English. The outcomes of this research include the development of an MVC-based decision support system that aims to determine the admission status of new students. It is anticipated that the implementation of this decision support system based MVC will not only aid relevant personnel in the admission decision process but also mitigate potential issues that may arise. The research contributes to the enhancement of the efficiency and accuracy of the new student selection process at IT Telkom Purwokerto.

Abstract

Nowadays is referred to as the era of big data where every individual or organization produces large amounts of data through various digital devices used. Higher education institutions continuously produce data and only strore it in various data formats and physical files, thus creating massive raw data. Collection of data created from a long time produces big data, so it is difficult to be treated manually or processed using conventional data processing applications. Higher education is an educational institution that always produces data from time to time continuously through various affairs in each of its parts. Multi campus institutions have physical locations that are far apart from one to another with more than one physical infrastructure. Each campus branch produces its own data, this requires a though about how to build a large data infrastructure, so that stakeholders can use various data from each branch of the campus for the analysis process of various needs of tertiary institutions. Multi campus big data infrastructure is the focus of this research, through the stages of big data sampling on multiple campuses using statistical and prototyping methods, so that data flow and data unity can be standardized in all branches of the campus by minimizing infrastructure constraints that are based on socioculture and spatial aspects.

Abstract

The Covid-19 outbreak in Indonesia has changed the conventional worship procedures. Health protocols by the Government of Indonesia have Changed the worship of Church congregations from face to face become interface to interface through online worship. However, problems arise when Church administrators have little knowlege about the application of computer applications to Church services. This paper will explain the design of online-based worship using a smart broadcasting design using a simple V8 live soundcard, 16 channel audio mixer, OBS Studio 26.0.2, Computers, Church music equipment, handycam and social media channels. The results of this study are in the form of designing a Church worship system by utilizing the limited budget for purchasing professional broadcast equipment, but being able to digitize analog equipment owned by the Church. Futhermore, this study resulted in an equation of the application of Smart Church Broadcasting (SCB) using Fuzzy Tsukamoto.

Abstract

Integrated Library System (Inlis Lite) is used to facilitate library performance in maximizing service and assist the Library in finding information. The problem on the Inlis Lite website is difficult to access. This study uses the Webqual 4.0 method which focuses on 3 variables namely (usability, information qualit and service interaction) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. The results of teh Inlis Lite website quality analysis have a conformity rate 88,71% which means that the service is still not satisactory. The average GAP of -0,46 means that the quality of the Inlis Lite website still does not meet user expections. There are 4 indicators that need to be improved quality, namely US5, US7, SIQ5, and SIQ6 which are in the first quadrant

Abstract

Kedungwuluh Village is a Government service unit at the smallest level. This study analyzes the barriers to implementing e-Government, focusing on the use of the Kedungwuluh village website. This study uses a Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) approach. While the ease of technology for the community and public knowledge about the village website have a low score so that it becomes an obstacle in implementing the implementation of the Kedungwuluh Village website. The results of this study indicate that technology readiness, technological convenience for the government, technology benefits, leadership commitment, human resource readiness have good scores While the ease of technology for the community and public knowledge about the village website have a low score so that it becomes an obstacle in implementing the implementation of the Kedungwuluh Village website. Recommendations to help the Kedungwuluh Village Government are by conducting periodic socialization and educate to the community so that people understand the use of the Kedungwuluh Village website.

Abstract

Beastmedia Studio is a graphic design team that operates on the Fiverr platform, offering design services such as clothing design, logos, cartoon illustrations, and others. The freelancer team certainly really needs a website to accommodate their works so that other designers can see and have the opportunity to generate better income. The aspect of life that is heavily influenced by Information and Communication Technology is in the field of selling digital products. Product sales allow users who are looking for design products to make transactions on the web. Seeing the prospect of selling digital products, causing many graphic designers and freelancers to be interested in doing business in selling web-based graphic design products. Web Houses Graphics is a website selling design products based on Codeigniter 4 as an inspiration for designers and consumers to make their work easier. The development used is the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method and testing through the Blackbox Testing method. Codeigniter 4 is an open source application with a basic PHP framework or hypertext preprocessor that uses the MVC method, namely models, views and controllers to create dynamic websites and uses the PHP language. Dynamic website is a type of web page that is organized based on content and layout that has a lot of information. Dynamic web has complex functionality such as validation of low latency input, progress reports, dynamic menus, and providing user experience on a website. Houses Graphics also provides vector designs such as types of vector illustration designs, logos, lettering, and others. Houses Graphics sees business potential in this digital era and sees consumer needs for graphic design. Consumers who need a design or design label, to meet the needs of these consumers. Houses Graphics requires a means that can bridge communication with consumers. Sales of graphic design products based on Codeigniter 4 using a responsive concept using PHP basics with an MVC framework and dynamic concepts using Bootstrap 5. Codeigniter 4 facilitates website development with complete features and the execution process is faster, so that in designing the mvc web information system sales of graphic design products are able to implemented using the Codeigniter 4 framework.

Abstract

Marketing of ornamental plant products in Sekarsari and Magersari Farmers Association of Magelang still uses conventional methods. The conventional self-help management means that buying and selling activities are limited and have not optimally empowered the development of information technology. The adoption of Responsive Website technology is used to address the relevant issues through the implementation of information technology. Responsive Website is developed using the Scrum method and the Model View Controller (MVC) framework which is able to bridge one data with other data on an information system. The adoption of innovation forms an information system that is useful for transforming the sustainable marketing system and directing the governance of farmer groups to be effective and better. Responsive Web implementation is tested using Blackbox Testing. This responsive web enables the association to carry out substantial market expansion, facilitate remote interaction between customers and farmers, and attain rapid business growth.

Abstract

Rumah Terang Ministries is a creative economy production house that focuses on digital multimedia such as flat design, motion, films, movies and podcast content. This production house has been running and growing in its marketing media. The production house has target development and general market than before with Christian spiritual content. This is what makes Rumah Terang Ministries turn into a more general production house and requires digital marketing. The use of the website is seen as a solution as well as a system to bridge between content creators and consumer. Object oriented programming-based websites are considered capable of handling the needs of this Laravel based digital production house. Technically, the website that was built was using the Models Views Controller (MVC) concept based on the Laravel version 9 backend framework. The database system was developed using MariaDB 10.4.24 PHP 8.1.4, frontend using CSS Bootstrap version 5.2. The system that was built has a specific purpose as a media partner for creative economy digital product capable of broadcasting, branding, delivering consumers by map, as well as media engagement between production houses and consumers. Furthermore, every ongoing project has a professional work base and has a good engagement framework. Web media can also be accessed by customers in various places to that it is easier for customers to make deals with the production house.

Abstract

The election of the chairman of the Neighborhood Unit (RT)/(RW) is one of the democratic mechanisms carried out by the community at the RT/RW level to determine who will lead  of the community in the neighborhood where they live. Each (RT) and (RW) is led by the RT Chair and RW Chair. However, the process of selecting the head of the RT/RW Griya Satria Bukit Permata is still carried out by deliberation. A decision support system (DSS) is needed that can help the process of selecting RT/RW heads using the web-based Model-View-Controller (MVC) Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method. Selection is carried out by analyzing and selecting the best candidates based on criteria namely loyalty, leadership, integrity, age and experience. The aim of this research is to create a DSS for the selection of RT/RW heads based on the TOPSIS method to assist in the selection of prospective RT/RW heads. The results of implementing can seek recommendations for candidates for RT/RW heads in an objective, directing a process for selecting RT/RW heads. Namely, with the result of Candidate A's preference value 0.896, Candidate B 0.756, C 0.477, D 0.432 and E 0.463. DSS for the selection of RT/RW heads using the TOPSIS method is suitable and can determine the results of the ranking of the five head candidates and five criteria and the implementation of DSS using the MVC TOPSIS method can work well to find out and make decisions about the RT/RW head candidates.
