Abstract

Abstrak Kendaraan roda tiga (Three Wheelers) adalah salah satu kendaraan dengan inovasi dan teknologi terbaru yang saat ini berkembang. Kendaraan roda tiga ini didesain berdasarkan konsep kendaraan roda tiga untuk stabilitas, keselamatan dan kemampuan pengendaraan maksimum dengan lebar total sekitar 1300 mm. Rancangan prototype ini memadukan konsep kendaraan buge dengan ATV,dimana suspensi bagian depan dirancang mengunakan dua shock breaker dengan lengan ayun di kiri dan kanan yang mampu bergerak dinamis layaknya ATV. Analsis pada rangka prototype kendaraan buge ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan finite elemen software. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui deformasi yang terjadi serta daerah kritis dan daerah aman pada rangka. Berat beban yang digunakan sebesar 1000 N yang merupakan berat penumpang 800 N dan berat mesin 200 N. Bahan yang digunakan adalah baja ST 42 dengan modulus elastisitas 200000 MPa, Poisson ratio 0.27, dan yield strength 415 MPa. Setelah proses analisis dilakukan, diperoleh tegangan von Mises maksimum (SMX) sebesar 78.518 MPa pada batang L46 (lengan ayun depan), Tegangan terendah (SMN) sebesar 0.079775 Mpa pada batang L22 (dudukan jok), defleksi yang terjadi (DMX) sebesar 3.745 mm, dan diperoleh faktor keamanan (safety factor) sebesar 5.285.   Kata Kunci: Rangka prototype kendaraan buge, Tegangan, metode elemen hingga

Abstract

Energy as basic need for life indeed face crisis of scarcity. Yet, the idea of using renewable energy becomes popular for example hydropower, solar energy, side product (i.,g biomass and domestic waste) that have been introduced. Each of them have advantages and found reliable to be implemented. Ascribe to the concept of law conservation of energy, these potentials can be integrated and be optimized to create energy cyclic system. Hence, this study introduces the concept of sustainable energy cyclic system by accommodating several resources namely hydropower, human side products, biomass and solar energy. This study used comprehend data which then analysed to purpose the idea. Data were collected and were projected to the focus of study. It is addressed to create systematic system of energy yet hampering energy crisis. This study shows that the idea to generate sustainable energy cyclic is reliable in which it compiles each of potential and integrates into systematic system. Moreover, the energy cyclic provides the sustainable solution facilitated by abundant resources such as human side product, biomass, hydropower, solar power, and salinity gradient energy.

Abstract

The partner for this service activity is the MSME "Nuknan" located in Pasuruhan Village, Kayen District, Pati Regency. This MSME has been established since 2020 producing fish floss by employing 2 workers. The production of making fish floss is an alternative development of the oyster mushroom product processing business which has been developed previously. The obstacles experienced by MSMEs are that the process of making fish floss in MSMEs is still simple with some equipment that is still manual so the production capacity is low, the packaging process is carried out in MSMEs. This is still simple, and the process of selling products from MSMEs is still carried out traditionally. The solutions that have been carried out in this service activity include socializing and implementing technology for making shredded meat without oil, implementing Appropriate Technology (TTG) for mechanical system frying machines, improving design and packaging processes that are more market oriented, organizing training and marketing assistance through online marketing and organizing training and assistance in the promotional media design process through Canva. After completing the program there was an increase in achievement indicators such as all fish floss products produced were more hygienic (without oil), production capacity increased by 100%, all products were packaged with attractive designs and were market oriented, there was an increase in the number of sales by 70%, and there was an increase in income of 90%

Abstract

The community service activities for the superior products of Pati Regency in the second year have been going well by involving synergy between higher education institutions, the Cooperatives and MSMEs Office, and batik business partners. The program started with socialization and access to capital, followed by training in product photography and the provision of a mini studio that produced more attractive batik catalogs. Training in marketing management and website creation also helped partners utilize digital media as a promotional tool. In the implementation phase, appropriate technology (TTG) such as a marketing website, ergonomic colet tables, night boilers, and batik drying rooms successfully improved production efficiency and quality. In addition, management and financial mentoring strengthened the independence of partners in managing their businesses. The websites www.yuliatiwarno.com and www.misihbatik.com are now online showcases that expand market reach, while the product catalog from photography training supports more professional promotion. Overall, these activities can enhance the competitiveness, productivity, and sustainability of Batik Bakaran SMEs, as well as provide a strong foundation for future branding and marketing development. Abstrak Kegiatan pengabdian produk unggulan daerah Kabupaten Pati tahun kedua berjalan baik dengan melibatkan sinergi perguruan tinggi, Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM, serta mitra usaha batik. Program dimulai dari sosialisasi dan akses permodalan, dilanjutkan dengan pelatihan fotografi produk serta penyediaan mini studio yang menghasilkan katalog batik lebih menarik. Pelatihan manajemen pemasaran dan pembuatan website juga membantu mitra memanfaatkan media digital sebagai sarana promosi. Pada tahap penerapan, teknologi tepat guna (TTG) seperti website pemasaran, meja colet ergonomis, pelorot malam, dan ruang pengering batik berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas produksi. Selain itu, pendampingan manajemen dan keuangan memperkuat kemandirian mitra dalam mengelola usaha. Website www.yuliatiwarno.com dan www.misihbatik.com kini menjadi etalase online yang memperluas jangkauan pasar, sedangkan katalog produk dari pelatihan fotografi mendukung promosi secara lebih profesional. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan ini dapat meningkatkan daya saing, produktivitas, dan keberlanjutan UMKM Batik Bakaran serta memberi dasar yang kuat untuk pengembangan branding dan pemasaran di masa depan.
