Abstract

Marriage problems for married by accident are often debated. In the fiqh of the four madzhab (Hanafiyah, Malikiyah, Syafi'iyah and Hanabilah) the Moslem scholars differ in their arguments. The Jumhur of the Shafi'iyah cleric who is the most practiced by the Indonesian Islamic community, states that it is not valid until the child is born. KHI is the result of deliberations by Indonesian Moslem scholars to try to accommodate these differences opinion. The existence of article 53 is expected to be the best formulation and bring maslahah to the current people situation and condition, as well as being a guide for the Moslem headman in carrying out duties in the marriage field. Masalah perkawinan wanita hamil di luar nikah sering menjadi perdebatan. Dalam fiqh empat madzhab (Hanafiyah, Malikiyah, Syafi?iyah dan Hanabilah)  ulama-ulama berbeda dalam memberikan argumentasinya. Jumhur ulama syafi?iyah yang merupakan madzhab paling banyak dianut  masyarakat islam Indonesia menyatakan  tidak sah sampai anak dalam kandungannya lahir. KHI merupakan hasil musyawarah para ulama Indonesia berupaya mengakomodir perbedaan pendapat tersebut. Lahirnya  pasal 53 diharapkan menjadi rumusan terbaik dan mendatangkan maslahah pada situasi dan kondisi umat saat ini, sekaligus menjadi pedoman bagi penghulu dalam melaksanakan tugas di bidang perkawinan

Abstract

Higher Order Thinking (HOT) based questions are designed to measure students' abilities in critical, analytical and creative thinking. This type of problem requires students' ability to apply their knowledge in solving complex problems, going beyond simply memorizing specific facts. Through effective implementation and assessment of HOT-based questions, educators can provide opportunities for students to improve their problem-solving abilities, creativity and independent learning. Although the use of HOT-based questions offers various benefits, challenges such as question formulation, student readiness, objective assessment, and resource limitations also need to be overcome. Overcoming these challenges requires dedication, training, and continuous improvement in designing and evaluating HOT-based questions. Overall, HOT-based questions are a valuable tool in measuring students' cognitive abilities and developing critical thinking skills. By integrating these questions into the educational curriculum, educators can create a more engaging and intellectually stimulating learning environment that helps students hone their analytical and creative thinking skills. Implementing HOT-based questions requires a strategic approach and ongoing support to maximize its effectiveness in preparing students for success in the world of academics and real life.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat press dies yang meliputi pembuatan top base, bottom base, punch holder, stripper plate, backing plate, spacer plate cf1 & cf2. Press dies ini termasuk dalam kategori progressive dies karena mampu mengerjakan lebih dari satu proses dalam satu langkah kerja. Proses yang dapat dikerjakan oleh press dies ini adalah proses blanking dan piercing. Metode yang digunakan untuk membuat press dies adalah dengan melakukan pengecekan gambar kerja terlebih dahulu kemudian mengidentifikasi alat dan bahan yang dibutuhkan. Bahan yang digunakan antara lain baja ST37 dan baja SKD11. Alat-alat yang dibutuhkan antara lain mesin bandsaw, mesin frais, mesin surface grinding, mesin wire cut, mesin harden, dan alat ukur. Setelah semua alat dan bahan yang dibutuhkan sudah siap, langkah selanjutnya adalah pengerjaan permesinan dan perakitan. Press dies telah diuji kemampuan pemotongannya terhadap material handle tanam pintu geser dengan menggunakan mesin press berkapasitas 25 ton. Pengujian menunjukkan bahwa press dies mampu memotong material dengan tingkat presisi hingga 0,03 mm, dengan waktu siklus rata-rata 12 detik per proses. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa metode ini cocok untuk produksi masal komponen dengan presisi tinggi.

Abstract

Electricity has become an essential need in daily life and is a primary resource that supports various economic activities. Along with the growth of the population, technological advancements, and increased investments, the demand for electricity supply is projected to continue rising. In Indonesia, PLN (Perusahaan Listrik Negara) is the main electricity provider, but it often faces challenges in meeting this demand, especially with frequent power outages that disrupt industrial and societal activities. To address this issue, many companies have turned to using generator sets (gensets) as an alternative solution to ensure a stable energy supply. Although the use of gensets provides energy independence, it requires a significant investment. Therefore, an in-depth analysis of the efficiency and economic feasibility of using gensets is necessary. This study aims to analyze the use of gensets at PT. Teladan Prima Agro Bukit Permata Mill, located in Kaubun, East Kutai, focusing on technical-economic aspects such as Present Value (PV), Future Value (FV), Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Break Even Point (BEP). Data collected directly from the field includes genset specifications, electricity load, energy consumption, fuel usage, and genset operations. The analysis results indicate that the 455 KVA genset is capable of meeting the factory's electricity needs with an initial cost of IDR 649,649,996. The NPV calculation shows a value of IDR 880,380,813, with an IRR of 6.63%. The BEP is achieved in the 12th month with a profit of IDR 109,645,114. Based on these results, the operation of the genset at PT. Teladan Prima Agro Bukit Permata Mill is considered feasible and profitable in the long term.

Abstract

Technology-based learning is learning that is widely implemented in the current era, but there are several gaps in its implementation, one of which is that technology is misused by students for mere entertainment, and there are also challenges that educational institutions must pay attention to in managing learning. To address obstacles and challenges in implementing technology-based learning, good preparation and management is needed by schools and teachers before implementing the learning process, so that in its implementation teachers have insight, anticipation and solutions if learning obstacles occur. There are six things that schools must prepare in managing technology-based learning, namely: qualified human resources, sufficient finances for learning needs, teachers must prepare effective learning theories and practices, supporting infrastructure, learning methods that are appropriate to students' conditions. Apart from that, technology-based learning management strategies that must also be prepared by teachers are: learning implementation plans, which must be created and displayed through technology, in implementing learning, teachers prepare learning activities by utilizing technology, such as learning media, learning materials and teaching materials, and in Teachers can also use technology to evaluate their learning. So with a well-prepared management strategy, technology-based learning will run effectively and efficiently so that it can increase students' digital intelligence.

Abstract

The School Work Plan is a very urgent activity that needs to be carried out and developed in the world of education as a reference in implementing the educational process, so that the steps that will be taken can be in accordance with the needs of students in the future, especially as the country of Indonesia is expected to become Indonesia. Gold in 2045. Therefore, it is necessary to plan and develop effective school work plans, because without planning and developing work plans that are tailored to the needs of students, educational institutions will be stagnant and even uninterested by the community, therefore, this research focuses in developing school work plans with the hope that they can become a guide in developing school work plans. The results of this research explain that it is urgent to develop school work plans and there is a need to simplify the curriculum so that students focus more on certain subjects. It is hoped that the process of developing this school work plan can produce a generation that is skilled and competent in its field so that it can progress and compete at the international level.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effectiveness of using Kahoot as a learning media to improve student learning outcomes in the Quran subject in class X-6 MAN 1 Gresik. Students show low enthusiasm and motivation to learn despite achieving the minimum passing grade (KKM). This study uses a quantitative approach. It uses a one-group pre-test-post-test pre-experimental design with a sample of 38 students selected purposively. Pretest, post test, observation, and questionnaires are the methods used to collect data. The research results show that students' learning outcomes before and after the use of Kahoot changed significantly; the average score increased from 80.71 to 93.58, and the t-test showed a t-value of 21.453, with a significance of 0.000 <0.05.82% of students said the material was easier to understand and 92% preferred learning with Kahoot. Kahoot helps students learn about the Quran, according to research.

Abstract

This study was conducted to evaluate the quality of the electrical installation at Budi Bakti School Building in Samarinda by emphasizing aspects of reliability, safety, energy efficiency, and compliance with applicable electrical installation standards. The research approach involved field surveys to obtain empirical data, measurements of lighting intensity, calculations of the required number of lighting points according to the function and characteristics of each room, as well as technical analysis of installation components, including conductors and protection systems. All observed data were compared with theoretical calculations to identify the level of conformity as well as potential deviations that could cause problems. The findings indicate that although the electrical installation remains operational, there are significant discrepancies, particularly in the distribution of lighting intensity, the number of lighting points, and the selection and placement of protective components that do not fully meet the standards. These discrepancies affect the optimality of lighting, reduce user comfort, and present potential safety risks. Therefore, this study recommends adjustments to the installation design, prioritizing the optimization of the lighting system, the use of standard-compliant components, and the implementation of energy efficiency principles as part of a comprehensive improvement effort. The implications of these findings highlight that regular evaluations and updates of electrical installations in educational buildings are essential to create a safe, comfortable, and productive learning environment. Thus, the results of this research not only provide practical contributions for school management but also offer a scientific basis for developing technical standards of electrical installations that are more responsive to educational needs.

Abstract

The partner for this service activity is the MSME "Nuknan" located in Pasuruhan Village, Kayen District, Pati Regency. This MSME has been established since 2020 producing fish floss by employing 2 workers. The production of making fish floss is an alternative development of the oyster mushroom product processing business which has been developed previously. The obstacles experienced by MSMEs are that the process of making fish floss in MSMEs is still simple with some equipment that is still manual so the production capacity is low, the packaging process is carried out in MSMEs. This is still simple, and the process of selling products from MSMEs is still carried out traditionally. The solutions that have been carried out in this service activity include socializing and implementing technology for making shredded meat without oil, implementing Appropriate Technology (TTG) for mechanical system frying machines, improving design and packaging processes that are more market oriented, organizing training and marketing assistance through online marketing and organizing training and assistance in the promotional media design process through Canva. After completing the program there was an increase in achievement indicators such as all fish floss products produced were more hygienic (without oil), production capacity increased by 100%, all products were packaged with attractive designs and were market oriented, there was an increase in the number of sales by 70%, and there was an increase in income of 90%
