Abstract

Abstract : Based on the observations made by the author in the form of scale questionnaire and coping mechanisms of self-defense , then most students do self defense mechanisms and coping types of compensation and set goals . The purpose of this study is :1 ) to determine the description of self-defense mechanisms and coping experienced by students of class VII and VIII SMP 8 Land White . 2 ) To determine the mechanism of self-defense that made ​​the students of class VII and VIII SMP 8 Land White . 3 ) To know the coping mechanisms of the student of class VII and VIII SMP 8 Land White. The method used in this research is descriptive method . The population in this study were students of class VII and VIII SMP . 8 Land White and the sample 50 % of the total population by using a questionnaire .  Based on the results of data processing , the description of self defense mechanisms and coping experienced by students over half are in the good category , then a small portion in middle category , then based on the research findings based on those questionnaire that was distributed type - the type of defense mechanism that more students do is type Denial , while coping mechanisms more do students are kind of set goals . Abstract

Abstract: research it is based on the low empowerment of communities through PKBM Lembaga Seni Belajar di Desa Siabu Kecamatan Bangkinang Kabupaten Kampar. Formulation problems this research is was it the community empowerment activities through Lembaga Seni Belajar di Desa Siabu Kecamatan Bangkinang Kabupaten Kampar in good. The purpose of this research is to find community empowerment activities through Lembaga Seni Belajar di Desa Siabu Kecamatan Bangkinang Kabupaten Kampar in good. Population in this study 67 people and research sample areas 40 people with critical level 10 %, sample used is simple random sampling. An instrument data collection that is chief with 84 a statement and if the trial live 82 a statement valid for in made instrument research. Data analysis through descriptive analysis quantitative. Abstract

Abstract : his study was conducted due to low skills make game objects driven by a rope. From the preliminary data only 15 students are skilled of the number of students 38 students. The purpose of this research is to improve the skills of making objects game that is driven by a rope at the fifth grade students of SD Negeri 018 Senapelan. Based on the results of this research is that the activity of teachers in the first cycle of the first meeting obtained sufficient percentage of 50% category, the second meeting sisklus second with a percentage of 70.83% good category, the first meeting of the second cycle with the percentage of 91.67% is very good category, the second meeting of the cycle both with a percentage of 95.83% is very good category. In the first cycle of the first meeting of the percentage of the student activity 62.5% categorized enough, the second meeting of the first cycle with the percentage of 79.16% good category, the first meeting of the second cycle with the percentage of 83.33% is very good category, the second meeting of the second cycle with the percentage of 95, 83% very good category. It can be seen from the results of assessment of skills make game objects driven by rope on preliminary data with an average rating of 59.60 increased in the first cycle in order to obtain an average value of 66.38, an increase in the second cycle to obtain the average value -rata 76.32.Keywords : Creative Learning, Skills Making Games object Driven by rope

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this study is develop of student worksheets based on scientific approach for senior high school biology grade XI. This development consisted of eight student worksheets. This study was conducted in Biology Education Program and tryout in PMIPA Laboratorium of Teacher Training and Education University of Riau on May to December 2014. Validation sheets, student responses sheets and critical thinking skill sheets were used as data collection instruments. Validation sheets were filled by the internal and external vaidators. Student responses sheet were filled by students and critical thinking skill sheet were filled by observers. Collected datas were analyzed by descriptive statistics. The result of this worksheets development showed that the student worksheets were very valid with score 3.6-3.7. Student responses to the worksheet were 35.5% of very good, 41.2% of good and 25.5% of good enough. Based on study result, the development of student worksheets based on scientific approach was done with 4D model that consists of define, design, develop and disseminate. Based on validation result, this students worksheets based on scientific approach could be implemented with filed test.Key words: Critical Thinking, Development, Student Worksheet Based On Scientific Approach

Abstract

Abstract : The research about application of cooperative learning quick on the draw model to increase student’s achievement on the topic of hydrocarbon in class X SMA Negeri 1 Bunut had done in May 2014. The purpose of this research was to know increase student achievement in hydrocarbon topic by application of cooperative learning model quick on the draw and to know category increased student achievement on the topic of hydrocarbon in class X SMA Negeri 1 Bunut. Form of research is experiment research with pretest-posttest design. The sample consisted of two classes, whereas X3 as experiment class and X4 as control class mentioned randomly after normalitas and homogenates test were done. Experiment class was given treatment with quick on the draw model of cooperative learning while the control class wasnot given of cooperative learning quick on the draw model. The result of hypothesis test was tarithmetic > ttable ( 3.83 > 1.67), it means that the of application quick count on the draw model of cooperative learning can improve students learning achievement on hydrocarbon subejct at X SMA Negeri 1 Bunut. Category increased student achievement on experiment class including high with the normalized gain scores (N-gain) about 0,70.Keywords: Quick on the draw, Learning achievement and Hydrocarbon

Abstract

Abstract : This research has purpose to improve the ability of student in studyin mathematics by applying cooperative learning method calledNumbered Heads Together (NHT)in fourth grade SD Negeri 001 Teluk Pinang. NHT is a cooperative learningmethod, in which students are placed into groups of 4-5 people and each group are numbered 1-5. The research was conducted in April to May 2014. The subject of this research where the IV year students of SD Negeri 001 Teluk Pinang in academic year 2013/2014.The number of students was 33, they are 14 boy and 19 girls. Class data of this study is data about the outcomes of learning and cooperative learning NHT. The technique of collecting data through observation and tests, while the technique of data analysis using descriptive analysis. Data analysis can be seen from the activity of the teacher during the learning process with the implementation of cooperative learning model NHT in the first cycle by an average of 66.7%, the second cycle increased to 79% and in the third cycle an average percentage of 93.8%. In the classical completeness on the basis of scores by an average of 39.3% of learning outcomes. In the first cycle completeness percentage of 51.5%, in the second cycle completeness percentage of 63.6%, while the third cycle completeness percentage increase of 84.8%.There fore, it concludes tht applying NHT cooperative method can improve the ability of the class IV SD Negeri 001 Teluk Pinang in learning mathematics.Keywords : Method Numbered Heads Together (HNT), Mathematics.

Abstract

ABSTRACT            This research aims to know the implementation mechanism of transfer of land rights through buying and selling and the legal protection to the customary land of the Tengger tribe custom society. The land problems that happened a lot nowadays regarding to the legal certainty of land rights. The transfer of land rights through buying and selling to the Tengger Tribe Custom Society in Ngadas Village still conducted by private deed due to the society and cultural factors that are still subject to the customary law, they believe that their land does not need to be registered, moreover there have never been any land disputes in Ngadas Village. The problem formulation in this research is the implementation mechanism of transfer of land rights through buying and selling and the legal protection to the customary land of the Tengger Tribe Custom Society in Ngadas Village. The research method used is empirical juridical research type with sociological juridical approach. From the research results it can be concluded that the buying and selling process of lands conducted in Ngadas Village is legitimate, because the legal requirements are already fulfilled according to the Basic Agrarian Law Act and Article 1320. The certificate of communal land ownership of Tengger custom society is in accordance with the National Land Law. The freehold title to the local culture has a hereditary nature, the strongest and fulfilled as stipulated in Article 20 until Article 27 of the Basic Agrarian Law Act.Keywords: Transfer of Land Rights, Legal Protection, The Tengger Tribe Indigenous People ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui mekanisme pelaksanaan peralihan hak atas tanah melalui jual beli dan perlindungan hukum terhadap tanah adat masyarakat adat suku Tengger. Permasalahan pertanahan yang sering terjadi saat ini mengenai kepastian hukum hak atas tanah. Peralihan hak atas tanah melalui jual beli pada Masyarakat Adat Suku Tengger di Desa Ngadas masih dilakukan dengan akta dibawah tangan dikarenakan faktor masyarakat dan budaya yang masih tunduk pada hukum adat, mereka meyakini tanah milik mereka tidak perlu didaftarkan, selain itu tidak pernah ada sengketa tanah di Desa Ngadas. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah bagaimana mekanisme pelaksanaan peralihan hak atas tanah melalui jual beli dan perlindungan hukum terhadap tanah adat pada Masyarakat Adat Suku Tengger di Desa Ngadas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian yuridis empiris dengan pendekatan yuridis sosiologis. Dari hasil penelitian dapat ditarik kesimpulan proses jual beli tanah yang dilakukan di Desa Ngadas sah, karena sudah terpenuhi syarat sahnya jual beli menurut UUPA dan Pasal 1320. Sertifikat kepemilikan tanah komunal masyarakat adat Tengger telah sesuai dengan aturan Hukum Pertanahan Nasional. Sertifikat hak milik terhadap kearifan lokal tersebut memiliki sifat turun-temurun, terkuat dan terpenuh sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 20 hingga Pasal 27 UUPA.Kata Kunci: Peralihan Hak atas Tanah, Perlindungan Hukum, Masyarakat Adat Suku Tengger
