Abstract

Industri Kerajinan Rotan merupakan salah satu usaha kecil rumah tangga informal dengan memanfaatkan hasil rotan yang tumbuh di daerah tempat tinggal penduduk menjadi suatu produk yang memiliki nilai jual tinggi serta memberikan sentuhan seni yang menarik pada setiap produk yang dihasilkan. Setiap usaha menginginkan hasil produksi yang lebih maksimal dengan keterbatasan sumber daya yang dimiliki. Masalah yang sering dihadapi oleh pengrajin salah satunya adalah kesulitan dalam menentukan jumlah produksi yang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) untuk mengetahui jumlah masing-masing produk yang dihasilkan oleh pengusaha kerajinan rotan agar mencapai keuntungan yang optimal. (2) Untuk mengetahui berapa banyak produk optimal yang diproduksi dengan kendala dan keterbatasan yang ada dalam optimasi produk kerajinan rotan pada Industri Kecil Menengah (IKM) Dangau Daik. Hasil analisis pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keuntungan optimal sebesar Rp 9.122.396,- dengan kondisi yang sudah optimal terdapat pada jenis produk jarai pengambin besar sebanyak 2 unit, keranjang hiasan sebanyak 0,7816 = 1 unit, tikar bidai ukuran 2x2m sebanyak 4 unit dan tikar bidai ukuran 2x1,5m sebanyak 1 unit. Pengrajin kerajinan rotan menghadapi kendala-kendala dalam upaya memaksimumkan keuntungan, berupa proses produksi dalam bentuk keterbatasan sumberdaya yang dimiliki yaitu meliputi kendala modal, jam tenaga kerja, dan permintaan. Kata Kunci : Optimasi, Keuntungan, Model LP, Software POM For Windows, Produk Kerajinan Rotan.

Abstract

Lahan pasir pantai merupakan lahan bermasalah untuk pertanian karena sifat tanahnya tidak mendukung pertumbuhan tanaman dan vinasse merupakan limbah industri ethanol yang jumlahnya sangat besar yang apabila dibuang di lahan terbuka akan mencemari lingkungan. Penggunaan vinasse sebagai bahan perbaikan tanah tanpa memberikan pengaruh negatif kemungkinan dapat dikerjakan untuk tanah bertekstur kasar seperti tanah di lahan pasir pantai. Oleh karena itu dalam penelitian ini, vinasse akan dicoba digunakan untuk membudidayakan tebu pada media tanah yang diambil dari lahan pasir pantai. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan percobaan pot faktorial 4x4 yang disusun dalam rancangan lingkungan acak lengkap dengan 3 ulangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian vinasse dengan dosis 60.000 l/ha hanya sekali pada awal penanaman tebu mampu memperbaiki kemampuan tanah menyimpan air. Vinasse terbukti tidak memberikan pengaruh kurang baik terhadap tanaman yang dibudidayakan, bahkan pemberian vinasse cenderung memperbaiki pertumbuhan tebu baik dilihat pada tinggi tanaman, diameter batang, berat kering akar dan tajuk, meskipun pengaruhnya tidak berbeda nyata.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality assurance of education and comparative school accreditation. The method used in this paper is descriptive qualitative and literature study. The results showed that: 1) The measure of the quality of education in schools refers to the degree of excellence of each component, is relative, and always exists in comparison. 2) Steps to improve quality, namely; a) needs analysis, b) vision, mission, and objectives, c) resources for educators and education personnel, d) the process of achieving quality assurance in education, 3) quality management orientation in education, 4) Steps for implementing quality management, namely a) quality planning education, b) implementation of quality-based programs, and c) quality control, and 5) Comparative accreditation of Public Madrasah Aliyah and Private Madrasah Aliyah in Pekanbaru shows that 4 MAN received accreditation A, 2 MAS received accreditation A, 5 MAS obtained accreditation B and 1 MAS obtained C accreditation.

Abstract

The integration of religion and science is a very good discourse, because it seeks to connect religion and science, which has been considered something that cannot be sought relations. Religion and science are not separated, but a relationship must be sought between the two. Religion and science are actually two things that have the same entity. The proof, many things researched by science, are in line with what religion confirms. In fact, long before the existence of such research, religion had already explained it in the scriptures. Therefore, religion and science are two things that are interconnected with each other. Religion needs science, and science also needs religion. Abdussalam grew up in two different and opposite lives. On the one hand, he became a very religiously devout man and found justification in the Qur'an that always inspired the rationale of his scientific work. In relation to the integration of religion and science, what is needed for Islamic education today is an education system called Interdiscipline Sciences in Islam. With the new education system where the curriculum taught is a complete union between the value of revelation and science. So it is hoped that alumni of Islamic educational institutions will be able to describe the methods of science and religion in the form of ways of thinking and behavior (akhlaq) in an integrated and comprehensive (holistic) manner in society so that in the future a better community order will be created.

Abstract

The global era with the rapid and great advancement of information system technology, challenges teachers to have the ability to adapt themselves by improving scientific abilities and cutting-edge skills. But the most important thing is the ability to nurture students by sticking to sharia 'and can make them as noble ethical people. Efforts to strengthen tarbiyah and teacher training in Islamic educational institutions must make maximum efforts so that digital technology tools do not lull and deprive students of the right to get full control of teachers. This is the main mission of Islamic educational institutions so that the development of intelligent ethical humans can be reached by Islamic educational institutions. The three strategies that researchers offer in an effort to strengthen the conception of tarbiyah and teacher training in him and apply it to teacher professional performance activities are: (1) Understand and realize the achievement of tarbiyah and teacher goals; (2) Understand and apply the types of education and teaching; (3) Development of teacher soft skills so that they can become role models for students.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the thematic learning evaluation design with a scientific approach at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Hikmah Sintang. This research was conducted on teachers and students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Hikmah Sintang. This research method uses descriptive qualitative. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this research are that the design generally has three stages that must be carried out by a teacher, namely the planning stage, the implementation stage and the assessment stage, the implementation of thematic learning is a learning process that is arranged according to what is desired, the assessment process to determine student learning outcomes is through instruments certain things that have been prepared by the government. Obtaining thematic learning results with a scientific approach showed changes in the assessment which were quite good and the average assessment results were above the KKM 78.35. The teacher readiness factor, the teacher has teaching experience. The inhibiting factor is that teachers experience difficulties and are weak in terms of assessment. Student responses were divided into two, namely (a) positive responses, students felt accompanied, and (b) teachers often gave assignments. Teacher responses were divided into two, namely (a) Positive responses: most of the material presented in textbooks and the material taught was easily accepted by students. (b) Negative response: In thematic learning, the teacher still experiences difficulties in terms of assessment. The application of the learning process approach and this approach has the principles of covering, inspiring, strengthening, and providing the background for creating learning methods. Based on the research results, it is recommended that school principals maintain what has been achieved, teachers should increase activities that support learning, students should pay attention to learning.

Abstract

PAI teachers not only teach expected field changes in education, but rather inculcate noble character, noble character education is the main concern of Islamic education because faith in Allah is seen and manifested in noble character. The Role of PAI Teachers in Improving the Quality of Teaching Morals from the Perspective of the Qur'an includes; giving an example of arriving on time, carrying out class rules, paying attention to each student, being assertive in teaching, guiding students to carry out worship, asking to collect assignments on time, and providing encouragement to study motivation. This research method is cross-sectional conducted at SMP Negeri 4 Peranap. The results of this study are seen from all 7 statements, it can be seen that 78% of teachers try to improve the moral quality of students through various concrete examples, 19% rarely and 3% never. The efforts of teachers who are always at the forefront of educational institutions are a separate motivation and driver for students to always be role models by improving the quality of teaching morals from the perspective of the Qur'an
