Abstract

Program pemerintah guna mempercepat menurunkan angka kematian ibu dan bayi melewati program berkelanjutan (continuumof care) melalui strategi meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat. Dengan melaksanan kegiatan kelas ibu hamil ditiap puskesmas. Salah satu manfaat dari kelas ibu hamil menurunkan angka resiko kematian ibu dan janin. Namun fenomena dimasyarakat, kunjungannya masih rendah (Kemenkes,2017). Tujuan penelitian menganalisis faktor penyebab rendahnya kunjungan kelas ibu hamil di Puskesmas Balai Makam. Jenis penelitian dengan survei analitik pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional study. Penelitian dilakukan bulan Juli sampai Agustus 2020. Sampel penelitian dengan teknik total sampling sebanyak 153 ibu hamil. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat, bivariat, dan multivariat. Hasil penelitian menyatakan sebesar 54,2% ibu hamil mengikuti kelas ibu hamil. Sedangkan analisis bivariat terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan, sikap, pendapatan ekonomi, dukungan keluarga, keterjangkauan tempat terhadap kunjung ibu hamil pada kelas ibu hamil. Analisis regresi logistik menunjukkan dari 5 variabel terdapat 2 variabel berhubungan sebab akibat yakni sikap ibu hamil (p=0,003;OR=10,1;CI=2,223-45,979) pendapatan ekonomi keluarga ibu hamil (p=0,004;OR=3,3;CI=1,450-7,508) dan variabel pengetahuan ibu, dukungan keluarga tidak berhubungan. Juga terdapat 2 variabel counfounding. Kesimpulan faktor yang berhubungan sebab akibat terhadap rendahnya kunjungan kelas ibu hamil di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Balai Makam Kabupaten Bengkalis yaitu sikap ibu hamil dan pendapatan ekonomi keluarga ibu hamil. Disarankan kepada pemegang program kelas ibu hamil agar memberikan materi lebih menarik, inovatif dan adaptif. Membuat grupwhatsapp guna memberikan info,mengingatkan kembali jadwal. Memberikan sosial support suami atau keluarga lainnya. Melakukan advokasi kepada pihak pemerintah desa untuk menyediakan tempat yang lebih nyaman dan privasi bagi ibu hamil selama kegiatan tersebut.

Abstract

Abstact: Classical guidance is a service that is carried out in a face-to-face classroom provided by a counseling teacher or counselor to a number of students through activities or activities that take advantage of class activities. The research entitled the effect of classical guidance on students' self-concept aims to determine the differences and the effect of classical guidance on students' self-concepts. This type of research is experimental research. The research subjects were 40 students of class VIII. The instrument used is a self-concept measurement scale. This study uses a parametric statistical test using the formula paired sample t-test and simple linear regression test. For analysis using SPSS version 20. The results showed a significant influence classical guidance on students' self-concept.Key Words: Classical Guidance, Self Concept

Abstract

This study aimed to describe: 1) the school supervisors' plan for the online supervision at Elementary Schools in Kabupaten Rokan Hilir, 2) the implementation of online supervision conducted by the school supervisors at Elementary Schools in Kabupaten Rokan Hilir, 3) the evaluation of the result of online supervision at Elementary Schools in Kabupaten Rokan Hilir. This study was descriptive qualitative research with descriptive qualitative data. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and online documents. Informants/subjects in the study were the principals and teachers. This study was carried out by using WhatsApp, Google Form, and Zoom applications. Findings in this study included: 1) The average percentage of the school supervisors' success in planning the online supervision was 77% with the Sufficient category; 2) The online supervision was conducted from September 8 to September 11, 2021, with an average success rate of 81%, which was in the "Good" category; and 3) The evaluation of the results of online supervision indicated that some teachers were able to carry out the preliminary activities, main activities, and post activities properly, based on the guidelines. This study concluded that the online supervision conducted by the school supervisors at Elementary School in Kabupaten Rokan Hilir followed the established criteria and systematics. The technology mastery, especially using WhatsApp, Google Form, and Zoom applications, was crucial for teachers, principals, and school supervisors

Abstract

This article is entitled What's About Online learning? This article aims to describe what online learning is and at the same time describe how online learning is implemented in a school and the constraints and solutions that are given to the various challenges faced in learning. The study also found three sub-focuses, they are (1) the implementation of onlinelearning policies, (2) the obstacles faced by teachers, parents, and students in online learning, and (3) solutions that were given to obstacles in online learning. In addition, the researchers also found its benefits in online learning experienced by parents, students, and teachers. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The informants consisted of principals, school supervisors, 12 students, 12 parents, and school committee administrators. The results indicated that the implementation of online learning policies has not gone well. Its success was inseparable from the discipline of all participants, they are schools, teachers, parents, and students. Therefore, from the school, it was required a systematic structure and simple schedule that could make it easier for parents to supervise children's learning. The involvement of parents influences the successful learning for children themselves, because education for children was not completely left to the school. The solutions given to the existing constraints are not appropriate and need to be re-examined.
