Abstract

Problem in this research,  student learning achievement is not optimal because many average scores are still below the minimum standard (KKM). This indicator is an important indicator for knowing the determinant factors that influence it. The objectives of this research are: (1) to analyze the influence of teacher appreciation on learning achievement. (2) to analyze the influence of learning motivation on learning achievement. (3) to analyze the influence of classroom management on learning achievement. (4) to analyze the influence of learning interest on learning achievement. The research object was Budi Utomo Jatipuro Wonogiri Middle School, with a sample size of 95 students drawn proportionally. Data for all variables were collected using a questionnaire with five alternative answers. The instrument used met the established standards for validity and reliability, and the research data also met the classical assumption test. Multiple linear regression was the data analysis technique used. The research results show that: (1) teacher appreciation significantly influences learning achievement. (2) learning motivation significantly influences learning achievement. (3) classroom management significantly influences learning achievement. (4) learning interest significantly influences learning achievement.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia yang berkompeten sangat diperlukan dalam sebuah entitas sebagaimana di BUMDes. Seperti halnya yang saat ini terjadi di BUMDes di Desa Salamrejo. Masalah yang ada di BUMDes Salamrejo yaitu sumber daya manusia yang belum berkompeten fokus dalam pengelolaan keuangan sebanyak 2 orang dan usaha TPS3R yang belum dijalankan dengan maksimal. Hal tersebut dikarenakan pengalaman dan kompetensi yang masih kurang. Maka dari itu, diperlukan sebuah pendampingan, pembinaan, dan pelatihan supaya suatu entitas dapat menghasilkan sumberdaya yang berkompeten. Pendampingan diberikan melalui kegiatan merdeka belajar yang dilaksanakan di PT Syncore Indonesia dengan BUMDes Binaan di Desa Salamrejo. Hasil dari pendampingan yang dilakukan ialah bendahara mampu menyusun laporan keuangan sesuai dengan SAK ETAP dan BUMDes mampu merealisasikan rencana pengembangan TPS3R menjadi bank sampah.

Abstract

Minimnya jumlah akuntan yang dimiliki di Indonesia menginisiasi kegiatan IAI Goes to Campus. Isu matinya profesi akuntan karena tergantikan digitalisasi menjadi salah satu faktor penyebab penurunan minat lulusan akuntansi untuk terjun di profesi akuntan. Berpijak dari kondisi di era digital ini, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan melihat rendahnya tingkat peminatan lulusan akuntansi untuk mengeluti profesi akuntan. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan minat mahasiswa akuntansi untuk mengeluti profesi akuntan setelah mereka lulus di era digital dengan melihat peluang dan tantangannya. Metode yang digunakan adalah workshop, sharing, dialog interaktif di beberapa kampus di Kota Surakarta. Kegiatan IAI Goes to Campus adalah salah satu upaya yang dilakukan oleh para praktisi dan dosen akuntansi untuk membangkitkan minat mahasiswa akuntansi di Kota Surakarta dengan diprakasai Ikatan Akuntan Indonesia (IAI) wilayah Jawa Tengah Komisariat Surakarta bekerjasama dengan Prodi Akuntansi di PTN dan PTS di Kota Surakarta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan antusias minat mahasiswa akuntansi untuk mengetahui peluang dan tantangan profesi akuntansi di era digital. Minat mahasiswa untuk menjadi akuntan di era digital juga tampak meningkat dengan antusias di saat dialog interaktif dengan praktisi akuntan.

Abstract

Earnings management is an approach applied by management to influence the profit figures reported by the company, by choosing certain accounting methods or taking special steps. The results of these actions influence stakeholders in making economic decisions. Testing and analysis in this research uses the variables profitability, leverage, sales growth and board of directors meetings on earnings management. This research uses a purposive sampling method to select samples that comply with predetermined criteria. This research used 192 samples consisting of 32 companies in the primary consumer goods sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, with a research period from 2018 to 2023. This research uses secondary data taken from financial reports. The analytical method applied is multiple linear regression. The research results show that sales growth has an influence on earnings management. Meanwhile, profitability, leverage and board of directors meetings have no effect on earnings management.

Abstract

The intention of this study is about to determine the simultaneous and partial influence between the variables of human resource development, professionalism, motivation, and work discipline on the performance of employees in the Wirosari District Office. This research method uses an associative research design. The population is all employees working at the Wirosari District Office, totaling 42 people. The sampling technique used in this study is a saturated sampling technique with a sample size of 42 respondents. Data collection using a questionnaire. This study uses the classical assumption analysis method, multiple linear regression test, model feasibility test (F test), hypothesis test (t test), and coefficient of determination using SPSS 25. The results of the study indicate that there is a significant influence between the variables of human resource development, professionalism, motivation, and work discipline both simultaneously and partially on employee performance. The influence of human resource development, professionalism, motivation, and work discipline simultaneously on employee performance in the Wirosari District Office is 88.3%, while 11.7% is influenced by other variables that are not examined.
