Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh disiplin, penghargaan dan kompetensi pada PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Stasiun Solobalapan. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini meliputi karyawan dari berbagai bidang pelaksana administrasi, front liner operasional perjalanan kereta api, petugas loket, announcer, petugas costumer servise, dan checker sebanyak 70 karyawan. Jumlah sampel yang dugunakan sebnyak 70 karyawan. Teknik untuk memperoleh data pada penelitian ini diperoleh dari koesioner yang diberikan kepada karyawaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan ada perngaruh secara simultan antara disiplin, penghargaan dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Stasiun Solobalapan. Hasil uji t menyatakan bahwa disiplin memiliki pengaruh posistif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Stasiun Solobalapan, Penghargaan memiliki pengaruh posistif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Stasiun Solobalapan dan kompetensi memiliki pengaruh posistif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Stasiun Solobalapan.

Abstract

Banyaknya produk UMKM yang masih susah untuk bersaing dikarenakan banyaknya kendala yang dihadapi oleh UKM. Salah satunya adalah minimnya informasi mengenai pentingnya kemasan terhadap pemasaran produk. Mindset para pelaku UMKM di Desa Gumukrejo Teras Boyolali sebagian besar masih belum menganggap bahwa kemasan atas produk yang dihasilkan penting untuk meningkatkan penjualan. Merubah mindset mengenai pentingnya Packaging yang menarik sangat diperlukan untuk para pelaku UMKM di Desa Gumukrejo saat ini. Sehingga hasil dari pelatihan ini diharapkan mampu merubah Mindset bagi para pelaku UMKM untuk dapat melakuan packaging yang menarik atas produk yang mereka hasilkan menaikkan omset penjualan. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and quantify the effect of teacher competency, parental attention, motivation, and learning facilities on the academic achievement of students at SMK Negeri 1 Sragen. This research method is quantitative in nature. The population of this study was comprised of all pupils in class X of SMK N 1 Sragen, a total of 468 students, with a sample size of 117 respondents. Questionnaires were used to collect data. Statistical analysis employs a multiple linear regression test, which is done using the SPSS 24 software. On the basis of the findings of hypothesis testing and debates, it may be inferred that teacher competence and learning motivation are related. Positive and significant influence on the learning accomplishment of students at SMK Negeri 1 Sragen, but parental attention is both influential and inconsequential, while learning facilities have no effect and are negligible on the learning achievement of students at SMK Negeri 1 Sragen. Abstract

Teacher discipline and organizational culture practices in schools and teacher competence and leadership of school principals greatly affect teacher performance at SMK Batik 2 Surakarta. This study aims to determine whether discipline, competence, organizational culture and leadership quality have a simuly effect on teacher performance at SMK Batik 2 Surakarta. This type of research is a type of quantitative research, conducted at SMK Batik 2 Surakarta. The research time was carried out for one month, namely in December 2020. The research population was 50 people using a non-probability sampling technique with the technique taken, namely saturated sampling (census) with a sample of 50 people. Data collection is done by observing, documenting and asking questions. The data analysis technique was carried out with the classical assumption test, namely normality test, multicollinearity test, as well as heteroscedasticity test and multiple regression analysis as well as model suitability test (Good of Fit) by analyzing the coefficient of determination (R2), F test, t test and the coefficient of determination ( R2). The results showed that: 1) there was a positive and significant influence on teacher perceptions of discipline on the teacher's performance at SMK Batik 2 Surakarta supported by empirical evidence, 2) there was a positive and significant influence on organizational culture on teacher performance at SMK Batik 2 Surakarta supported by empirical evidence, 3 ) there is a positive and significant effect of teacher competence on teacher performance at SMK Batik 2 Surakarta supported by empirical evidence, 4) there is a positive and significant influence on leadership quality on teacher performance at SMK Batik 2 Surakarta supported by empirical evidence. Abstract

The study aims to measure the effect of initiative, work discipline, work motivation, and readiness for change on the employee performance of the Central Java II Regional Office of the Directorate General of Taxes. The research method of this study is quantitative research. Samples use purposive sampling method, that is, sampling method which uses certain considerations. The sample in this study were certain employees of the Central Java II Regional Office of the Directorate General of Taxes, amounting to 120 samples of 152 total population. Data collection is obtained through questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) initiative variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) work discipline variable has no significant effect on employee performance, (3) The work motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (4) The readiness for change variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job training, motivation and career development on employee performance The population in this study was PT Rifan Financindo Berjangka Solo. The sample in this study were 50 respondents. The results of testing hypothesis 1 which states the effect of job training on employee performance shows that job training has an effect on employee performance. Hypothesis 2 test results explain that motivation influences employee performance. The results of hypothesis 3 conclude that career development influences employee performance. Simultaneous testing results explain that job training, motivation and career development together affect employee performance. Keywords: job training, motivation, career development.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze and assess the financial performance of telecommunication companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2015-2017 based on financial ratio analysis consisting of: liquidity ratios, solvability ratios, activity ratios and profitability ratios. This type of research is descriptive. Data analysis techniques used are financial ratios with time series calculations and cross sections. The research results based on overall financial ratios show that PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia has the best financial performance compared to other similar companies. Abstract

The aim of this research are: to find out the simultaneous and partial influence of brand awareness, brand loyalty, brand association, and quality perception on Starbucks customer loyalty. The sample in this study were 75 Starbucks customers. Data collection techniques in this research were using observation, documentation , and questionnaires.Technical data analysis in this research were using classic assumption test, multiple linier test, ttest, ftest, the coefficients determined. The result of this study showed that there are simultaneous and partial influences of brand awareness, brand loyalty, brand association, and quality perception on Starbucks customer loyalty. Abstract

This study aims to find out 1) digital marketing applied by PT Batik Danar Hadi Surakarta, 2) the role of digital marketing in increasing sales of PT Batik Danar Hadi Surakarta, and 3) identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats available using SWOT analysis. The method used in this study is qualitative-descriptive research, namely research based on the strength of analytic descriptions. Data collection is done by interview, observation, and documentation. While data analysis uses SWOT analysis. The results of the study reveals that PT Batik Danar Hadi Surakarta practices digital marketing strategies (online marketing) through social media such as Facebook, instagram, and other internet networks that are connected with wider consumer reach since 2015. PT Batik Danar Hadir cooperates with Zalora, a market place for online media sales that can be accessed globally. The application of digital marketing by PT Batik Danar Hadi can increase sales. This is so because consumers are wider, closer, can check the quality and reputation of the product, and can make transactions online. Abstract

The study aims to obtain empirical evidence the effect of work stress, work engagement, placement and leadership on employee performance at FKIP UNS. The type of research is survey research. The sample of this study used a purposive sampling sample. The data collection techniques was done using questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using multiple regression analysis. This study concludes that work stress, work engagement, placement and leadership affect the performance of FKIP UNS employees simultaneously and in part the work engagement does not affect employee performance.
