Abstract

Selulosa asetat dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu bahan plastik biodegradable, maupunmembrane. Selulosa asetat tidak larut dalam air tetapi dapat larut dalam dikloromethan. Tujuan daripenelitian ini adalah:  (1)  mempelajari dan mengembangkan teknik pembuatan selulosa asetatdengan metode asetilasi dan hidrolisis, (2)  mencari  pengaruh konsentrasi  diklorometan terhadapdaya  larut  selulosa  asetat, dan  (3)  mencari konsentrasi  diklorometan optimal  terhadap daya larutselulosa  asetat. Pada  penelitian  ini,  selulosa asetat disintesa dari nata  de  soya (NDS). NDSmerupakan  selulosa  mikrobial yang diperoleh dari fermentasi limbah cair tahu denganmenggunakan bakteri Acetobacter xylinum selama 14 hari. Setelah terbentuk NDS dilakukan prosesuntuk menjadi selulosa asetat.  Proses  tersebut adalah aktivasi,  asetilasi,  hidrolisa dan pemurnianselulosa asetat. Gugus  asetil  yang  didapat  adalah  43,86  %. Lalu  dilakukan  pengujian  untukmengetahui daya larut selulosa asetat terhadap dikloromethan. Hasil daya larut selulosa asetat (%)yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini berkisar antara 9.4 – 98.1%, dengan hasil optimal 98.1% yangdihasilkan  dari  sampel  selulosa  asetat  sebanyak  1  gr  dengan  menggunakan  pelarut  diklorometankonsentrasi 98% sebagai pelarutnya. Hasil penelitian pengaruh konsentrasi diklorometan terhadapselulosa asetat menghasilkan persamaan y = 101.1x – 2.751.

Abstract

TULISAN ini menganalisis fitur kebahasaan metafora dalam hubungannya dengankekuasaan dalam teks pidato politik Shinzo Abe yang dibacakan saat peresmiannyasebagai Perdana Menteri Jepang ke-96. Pilihan terhadap metafora tertentu mengandungsignifikansi ideologis tertentu. Tujuan tulisan ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikanpenggunaan metafora dalam teks pidato Shinzo Abe. Metode yang digunakan dalampenelitian ini berdasarkan analisis wacana kritis Fairclough (1992:194–197). Titik fokusperhatian Fairclough adalah melihat bahasa sebagai praktik kekuasaan. Temuanpenelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa melalui penggunaan fitur metafora, Shinzo Abe telahmenyalurkan kekuasaannya. Praktik kekuasaan yang tampak adalah kekuasaan dalampelabelan identitas Jepang serta kekuasaan dalam mengendalikan pandangan danperilaku masyarakat. Selain itu, metafora juga dimanfaatkan oleh Shinzo Abe untukmengonkretkan konsep yang abstrak dengan cara mendeskripsikannya dengan suatuhal yang lain agar mudah dipahami oleh pengonsumsi teks.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan lingkungan internal dan eksternal, serta menyusun strategi pengembangan agribisnis jambu kristal di Desa Neglasari Kecamatan Dramaga Kabupaten Bogor. Responden untuk penyusunan strategi dipilih secara purposive yaitu 12 orang pakar yang terdiri dari petani berpengalaman budidaya Jambu Kristal, Penyuluh Wilayah Binaan, Kordinator BPP Dramaga, POPT Wilayah Dramaga, Kepala Desa Neglasari, 2 orang Pengurus POKTAN, Ketua GAPOKTAN, dan pedagang Jambu Kristal. Analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif, analisis kelayakan usahatani dan analisis SWOT. Hasil analisis lingkungan melalui matriks IFE memperoleh skor terbobot 2,78 sementara skor terbobot pada matriks EFE sebesar 2,62, sehingga posisi usaha ini pada Matriks Internal Eksternal berada pada sel V (lima). Strategi pertumbuhan pada sel V menghasilkan alternatif strategi strategi penetrasi pasar, pengembangan pasar dan pengembangan produk. Analisis SWOT menghasilkan 4 (empat) strategi S-O, 2 (dua) strategi S-T, 2 (dua) strategi W-O dan 2 (dua) strategi W-T.

Abstract

Groundwater is a vital source of clean water, valued for its high quality, abundant reserves, accessibility, and cost-effectiveness. As a result, effective management is crucial to ensure compliance with relevant standards. However, rapid population growth and increasing human activities have raised the demand for groundwater, which, in turn, impacts its characteristics. These changes can include altered composition, imbalances in autotrophic nutrients, contamination by heavy metals, and seawater intrusion. The availability of reliable groundwater quality data is essential for sustainable development in Pekanbaru City. This research aims to assess the groundwater quality in Rumbai District, explore its hydrogeochemical characteristics, and analyze the distribution of bicarbonate based on physical and chemical parameters. This study is particularly significant as there has been no previous hydrogeochemical analysis of the peatland areas in this region. The research method involves a comprehensive analysis of groundwater conditions, focusing on both physical and chemical factors. The physical condition analysis includes the organoleptic assessment of smell to detect unusual odors, color inspection, and temperature. Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) and electrical conductivity (EC) levels are also measured, providing insight into the water's biological and chemical characteristics. The chemical condition analysis includes pH testing to assess the water's acidity or alkalinity, along with major ion analysis to evaluate the concentrations of cations like calcium, magnesium, sodium, and potassium, and anions such as chloride, sulfate, bicarbonate, and nitrate. For accurate results, proper sample collection using sterilized containers is critical, along with the use of replicates and instrument calibration. Data interpretation involves comparing the findings to established water quality standards, such as those from the World Health Organization (WHO), to assess the groundwater's suitability for consumption or other uses. Based on chemical properties standardized by the Ministry of Health, such as the pH value of water still meets the standard of 7.7, Na+ with an average of all stations is 20.49 Mg/l which still meets the standard, HCO3- with an average of all stations is 59.63 Mg/l l still meets the standard, CI- with the average of all stations is 19.75 Mg/l still meets the standard, SO42- with the average of all stations is 2.81 Mg/l still meets the standard. At ST-01, ST-02, ST-03, ST-04, ST-05, and ST-09, the groundwater meets the standards based on chemical analysis but does not meet the standards based on physical analysis. Meanwhile, ST-06, ST-07, ST-08, and ST-09 meet the required water quality standards based on both physical and chemical standards. Therefore, at ST-01, ST-02, ST-03, ST-04, ST-05, and ST-09, the groundwater is not suitable for use. So based on its chemical properties it still meets quality standards but this groundwater is influenced by the physical properties of groundwater which is not suitable for use at several stations. This study identifies four types of groundwater characteristics: the Na(K)-SO4 type, found at stations ST-01, ST-02, ST-04, ST-07, and ST-04; the Na(K)-HCO3 type, found at station ST-03; the Ca(Mg)-HCO3 type, found at stations ST-05, ST-06, and ST-08; and the Ca(Mg)-SO4 type, found at station ST-10.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the management of Da'i communication in the Nahdatul Ulama recitation group in Bekasi based on Surah Ali Imran verse 104. The method used is a qualitative approach with literature study, including analysis of the text of the Qur'an and its interpretation to understand the context and meaning of the verse. Data collection is carried out through an in-depth study of the text. The results of the study show that the management of da'i communication in da'wah to the community is a complex process that requires planning, organizing, implementing and supervising communication as well as having listening skills, empathy, and understanding of verbal and non-verbal elements to create a harmonious relationship with the da'wah community. Good communication management skills not only help Da'i in preaching but also improve the ability to express themselves and understand others, and contribute to a collaborative social climate. This study also identifies how the communication management of a Da'i in dealing with group communication challenges such as resistance between group members due to lack of communication skills to convey and listen to messages from group members. The solution is that government support is needed such as contextual education and communication training for Da'i. Thus, investing in the communication management skills of a Da'i provides important benefits in achieving the broader goals of da'wah, creating an obedient, harmonious, and productive society.
