Abstract

The aims of the research were to identify components, factors and relative risk (Odd ratio) which may influencethe artificial insemination results. The study were performed in two villages those were Kuranji and Tanah Beak,by identification of components and factors which may contribute to successful artificial insemination results,then the flow chart of successful and obstacle were designed. Based on the flow chart survey was performed to thefarmers and inseminators. Parameters evaluated were factors may influence of the result of insemination such as;management, oestrus detection by farmers and insemination by inseminators. The data was tabulated and analisedusing epidemiology analysis of odd ratios (OR). The results showed that insemination results of Kuranji villagedo not have the risk to be not pregnant as the odd ratio was less than 1 (OR <1,0), with the range of 0,10 to 0,20.While artificial insemination in Tanah Beak village showed risk of cows to be infertile or non pregnant relativelyhigher with OR higher than 1 (OR> 1.0), with the range of 1,5 to 2,0. The results showed that the risk to beunsuccessful to produce pregnancy were caused by oestrus detection, feeding management, skill inseminator andexperience of farmers. Finally it can be concluded that oestrus detection by farmers, feeding management,insemination by inseminator and experience of farmers may contribut to the high risk fail to produce pregnancyusing artificial insemination in Tanah beak village.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan biometri dan morfometri spermatozoa kambing Kacang, Peranakan Ettawa dan Boer. Penampungan semen dilakukan menggunakan vagina buatan. Satu bagian semen segar diencerkan dengan sepuluh bagian NaCl fisilogis (v/v). Fiksasi slide dengan cara mencampur satu tetes semen encer dengan satu tetes larutan Eosin-nigrosin, homogenkan dan keringkan diatas hot plate suhu 40°C selama beberapa menit. Biometri dan Morfometri spermatozoa diukur dengan mikroskop phase contras (CarlZeis, Jerman) pembesaran 400 kali. Semen dari setiap kambing dibuatkan satu slide dan setiap slide diambil 10 sampel spermatozoa hidup, sehingga sampel spermatozo untuk setiap jenis kambing adalah 50 spermatozoa. Signifikansi antar variabel diuji menggunakan T-test dengan pengujian independent samples test dengan tingkat signifikansi 0.05. Hasil penelitiann menunjukkan, tidak ada perbedaan nyata variabel biometri ketiga jenis kambing tersebut, kecuali konsentrasi, motilitas massa dan motilitas individu spermatozoa kambing PE secara signifikan lebih rendah dibanding kambing Boer dan Kacang. Panjang kepala spermatozoa kambing kacang, Ettawah dan Boer, tidak berbeda nyata. Sebaliknya, lebar kepala spermatozoa kambing Boer cendrung lebih lebar tetapi tidak berbeda nyata dibanding kambing Kacang dan kambing PE. Sedangkan panjang ekor spermatozoa kambing Boer secara signifikan lebih pendek dibanding kambing Kacang dan kambing PE. Disimpulkan, Morfomerti spermatozoa kambing Kacang PE dan Boer tidak berbeda nyata. Disarankan supaya hasilnya lebih akurat, pengukuran morfomerti spermatozoa hendaknya dilakukan pada spermatozoa dengan kromosom yang sama yaitu X atau Y saja

Abstract

The study aimed to compare the effectiveness of fresh and dry progesterone to stimulate oestrussynchronizationon does. Ten multiparous non pregnant does (first group) were given 75 mg fresh progesterone/head and thesecond group (n = 10 does) was given 75 mg dry progesterone/head. Progesterone sponges were allowed in thevagina for 12 days. Oestrus detection began 24 hours after spongewithdrawal. Oestrus detectionwas conductedevery 6 hours for three consecutive days. The results show that the retention rate was100% in both treatmentgroups. Seventy percent of does belong to the first group and 60% in the second group clearly showed a variety ofpsychologically oestrussymptoms. Score consistency of the mucus of +3 (range between 0 to +4) was shown by70% does in the first grup and 60% in the second group. The duration of oestrusin both goups was notdifferent(18.03 and 18.27 hours, respectively). In sort, wet or dry form of progesterone have no differenteffectiveness as an oestrusinduction on does.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the increased motivation of students in grade III SDN Wanoja 1 through ctl model in theme 3, knowing the increase in learning activities of grade III students at SDN Wanoja 1 through ctl model. This research was conducted in grade 3 of Wanoja State Elementary School 01. Data collection in this study uses test-shaped data collection techniques and with non-tests.. From all the data obtained in learning improvement activities through this class action research with the application of contextual teaching and learning approach, can be concluded as follows, the implementation of contextual approach can increase the motivation of Learning in grade 3 sdn Wanoja. This is characterized by the increasing quality of students' spirit and response in solving problems given by teachers, the increasing ability of communication and student work as well as the learning results obtained by students. These improvements include: (a) increasing student cooperation and helping students to solve problems in the learning process (b) increasing inter-student co-operation (c) increasing student involvement in the learning process, contextual learning, has given a new nuance in learning in theme 3 so that learning is more effective.

Abstract

Competence is a characteristic that underlies a person to produce effective and/or superior performance in a job. SMEs, face many situations that require to make quick decisions, therefore having the ability to perform high-level conceptual activities is important for business survival and success. A competency model can explain several ways to increase the possibility of survival. The purpose of this study is to determine the determinants of entrepreneurial competencies consisting of innovation competencies, leadership competencies and network competencies, their influence on business success in small and medium enterprises (SMEs) with various types of businesses. . The study was conducted on 100 SMEs located in Tangerang City. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents who were selected as research samples. The analysis technique uses SEM with Smart PLS devices. The results of the study show that innovation competence has a positive and significant impact on the survival of SMEs; leadership competence has a positive and significant influence on the survival of SMEs; network competence has a positive but not significant effect on the survival of SMEs. This research is expected to provide benefits for SMEs in using entrepreneurial competencies in order to maintain business continuity in the future. Abstract

Metode Ummi adalah salah metode pembelajaran membaca Al Qur’an yang sedang berkembang dan banyak digunakan oleh lembaga pendidikan yang khususnya berbasis Islami pada saat ini. Pada metode Ummi terdapat beberapa jilid, salah satunya adalah jilid 1. Media pembelajaran ini dibuat agar dapat dipergunakan sebagai media pendukung proses belajar membaca Al Qur’an bagi siswa, khusunya pada jilid 1. Media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis android sangat mendukung proses belajar pada saat kondisi sekarang, kondisi dimana siswa diwajibkan belajar dari rumah. Media pembelajaran berbasis android ini sangat berguna bagi guru dan siswa, dengan media pembelajaran ini dapat digunakan sebagai waktu tambahan dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

The study aims to determine: 1) The influence of numerical intelligence and learning motivation together on the mathematical problem solving ability of class XII TKJ students of SMK Negeri 1 Sukaluyu Cianjur. 2) The influence of numerical intelligence on the mathematical problem solving ability of class XII TKJ students of SMK Negeri 1 Sukaluyu Cianjur. 3) The influence of learning motivation on the mathematical problem solving ability of class XII TKJ students of SMK Negeri 1 Sukaluyu Cianjur. The study was conducted using a survey method. The population was class XII TKJ students of SMK Negeri 1 Sukaluyu Cianjur with a sample size of 85 students. The sampling technique used was random sampling. The research instruments used were essay-based mathematical problem solving ability tests, multiple-choice numerical intelligence instruments, and Likert-scale learning motivation instruments. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the hypothesis testing obtained the following conclusions: 1) There is a significant influence of numerical intelligence and learning motivation together on mathematical problem solving ability, this is evidenced by Sig. 0.000 < 0.05 and Fcount > Ftable, which is 3.57 > 3.12. 2) There is a significant influence of numerical intelligence on mathematical problem solving ability, this is proven by Sig. 0.000 < 0.05 and tcount > ttable, which is 5.7 > 2.00. 3) There is a significant influence of learning motivation on mathematical problem solving ability, this is proven by Sig. 0.000 < 0.05 and tcount > ttable, which is 5.7 > 2.00. The results of this study are useful for improving the quality of learning and improving mathematical problem solving ability at the vocational high school level.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the use of interactive learning media on students' learning motivation in the subject of Islamic Cultural History (SKI) in class XI Science Madrasah Aliyah 1 Kampar. The background of this research is based on the low learning motivation of students in SKI learning who still uses conventional methods. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (PTK) with a quantitative and qualitative approach. Data was collected through observation, questionnaires, interviews, and formative tests. The results showed that the use of interactive media increased students' learning motivation by 85%, increased students' active involvement in class discussions, and increased the average score of students from 68 to 82. In addition, this study confirms that the use of interactive media contributes to improving students' conceptual understanding and memory of subject matter. The conclusion of this study is that interactive learning media is an effective method to increase students' learning motivation in SKI subjects.

Abstract

Learning Islamic Cultural History (SKI) at Madrasah Aliyah presents unique challenges, particularly in increasing students' interest and learning outcomes. Conventional methods such as lectures and memorization often result in low student engagement, leading to suboptimal understanding and poor learning outcomes. To address this issue, this study implements project-based learning (PjBL) as an alternative approach to enhance student learning outcomes. This study examines the effectiveness of project-based learning in improving student achievement in SKI subjects at Madrasah Aliyah 1 Kampar, specifically in class XI Science. Using the Kemmis and McTaggart classroom action research (CAR) model, the research was conducted in two cycles, involving planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. Data were collected through learning outcome tests, observation sheets, interviews, and student and teacher questionnaires. Both quantitative and qualitative analyses were performed to comprehensively assess the effectiveness of this method. The findings indicate that implementing project-based learning positively impacts student learning outcomes. The average student score increased significantly from the first to the second cycle. Moreover, student engagement in learning activities improved, as seen in their active participation in discussions, material exploration, and teamwork on assigned projects. Additionally, this method helped students develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills essential in modern education. The study confirms that project-based learning is an effective strategy for enhancing SKI education in Madrasah Aliyah. These findings suggest that educators should adopt more innovative and interactive teaching methods to foster student engagement and deeper understanding in learning.
