Abstract

Teknologi merupakan fasilitas untuk menyelesaikan segala sesuatu. Teknologi sendiri memiliki beragam jenis misalnya teknologi pendidikan, teknologi informasi, teknologi keamanan dan lain-lain. Khusus dalam teknologi pendidikan, yaitu teknologi yang membahas segala sesuatu tentang teknologi dalam dunia pendidikan seperti bagaimana cara seorang guru menyampaikan suatu gagasan atau intinya menyampaikan sesuatu kepada peserta didik yang tujuannya adalah segala kegiatan yang dikelola digunakan oleh pengajar itu bisa terealisasikan sesuai prosedur yang telah ditetapkan. Selain itu, Teknologi merupakan solusi bagi seorang tenaga pendidik yaitu untuk mencari suatu cara atau alternatif dalam menyelesaikan atau menjalankan pekerjaannya sebagai seorang pendidik. Jadi artinya merupakan fasilitas bagi seorang pendidik. Peran teknologi dalam pendidikan sangatlah dibutuhkan karena pada dasarnya ilmu dalam Islam harus berpedoman pada prinsip-prinsip dasar yang terkandung dalam Alquran dan Hadis.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the philosophical reasons for Husein Muhammad's thoughts about the importance of the equal distribution of inheritance between men and women in Islamic inheritance law, as well as the method of legal reform that he uses when understanding verses about inheritance. This research is field research. Data was collected through virtual interviews. Data analysis was descriptive qualitative, with maslahah theory, and historical and sociological approaches. The research findings show that one of the reasons why verses about inheritance need to be reinterpreted, according to Husein, is because these verses fall into the category of mutashabihat verses (interpretable) so they need to be reinterpreted by looking at the current context. Another reason is that the inheritance verses that regulate section 2:1 for men and women in the Prophet's era were only intended for the context of society at that time, where women had no inheritance rights, and even women were used as objects of inheritance. Nowadays, the existence of women is growing. That way the portion of their inheritance should be reformed and adapted to current socio-cultural developments. Husein emphasized that gender bias occurs due to bias when interpreting the Qur’an, and the influence of patriarchal culture.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of religious character education based on local wisdom in a civilisation school located in the City of Cilegon. The study is grounded in the premise that the integration of religious values and local cultural practices constitutes a strategic approach to character formation within contemporary educational settings. Employing a qualitative research design with a case study approach, the participants consisted of school principals, Islamic education teachers, classroom teachers, and students selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through participant observation, in-depth semi-structured interviews, and documentation analysis. The data were analysed using interactive qualitative analysis techniques, encompassing data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, with credibility ensured through source triangulation. The findings indicate that religious character values such as honesty, discipline, responsibility, and social care are systematically embedded in school culture through local wisdom practices, including collective Qur’anic recitation, mutual cooperation activities, and the cultivation of interpersonal harmony among school members. Teachers play a central role as moral exemplars and facilitators in integrating religious values into daily routines and culturally grounded educational activities. The study concludes that the implementation of religious character education based on local wisdom contributes significantly to the development of students’ religious attitudes, ethical conduct, and respect for local cultural traditions. This research offers a contextual model that may serve as a reference for other schools seeking to strengthen religious character education through locally grounded cultural frameworks.
