Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of greenwash on consumer green purchasing behavior by a company mediated by the role of a company's green brand image. This study was conducted on consumers who know about bottled drinking water product brands in Indonesia. Primary data was performed using a questionnaire with a total of 385 data. The data in this study is quantitative. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The software used in this study is LISREL 8.8 and SPSS 22. The results of this study are that greenwashing has a negative effect on the brand image of green companies, and green brand image has a positive effect on green consumer purchases. Green brand image has an essential role in mediating the effect of greenwashing on green consumer purchase behavior. Therefore, companies need to reduce greenwashing activities and enhance their green brand image to increase green consumer purchase behavior.

Abstract

Islamic boarding school education is divided into two types: salaf (traditional) Islamic boarding schools and khalaf (modern) Islamic boarding schools. The Ma'had Taqwa Center Islamic boarding school in Ciampea, Bogor has land resources that can be developed into productive activities. Two problems are found in this Islamic boarding school, namely (1) Lack of understanding in the management and marketing aspects of the Islamic boarding school. Target partners need training to improve resources consisting of students and Islamic boarding school managers to become entrepreneurs, and (2) Lack of understanding of social aspects of society. The objectives of this community service activity are: (1) to empower students and Islamic boarding school administrators to solve several problems faced by target partners to improve the resources of students and Islamic boarding school administrators, and (2) to help target partners to be able to obtain highly nutritious food, maintain their health and have a source of clean water for daily needs. The solutions developed include three important things, namely providing training and practice in hydroponic management, tilapia cultivation and broiler chicken farming. This activity is accompanied by the provision of the necessary facilities. This step is a strategic step in developing Islamic boarding school entrepreneurs, by fostering the entrepreneurial spirit of the students, as well as utilizing the potential of available land resources to be productive. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Jumlah Penduduk dan Angka harapan Lama Sekolah terhadap Indek Pembangunan Manusia di Provinsi Jawa Barat (Periode 2012-2020). Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dan penelitian menggunakan data time series dengan runtun waktu 2012-2020. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda, yaitu regresi dengan menggunakan variabel Jumlah Penduduk (X1) dan Angka harapan lama sekolah (X2). Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, Jumlah Penduduk (X1) berpengaruh terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (Y), dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 9,605 > 2,44961 dan tingkat signifikansinya sebesar 0,000. Variabel Angka Harapan Lama Sekolah (X2)  berpengaruh Positif dan signifikan terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (Y), t hitung sebesar 2,618 > 2,44961 dan tingkat signifikansinya sebesar 0,040. Nilai uji F pada penelitian ini pada F hitung sebesar 2,889 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Adapun nilai adjusted R2 yaitu 0,990. sehingga variabel Jumlah Penduduk dan Angka harapan Lama Sekolah mampu memengaruhi variabel Indeks Pembangunan Manusia sebesar  99 % dan sisanya 1 % dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain di luar model penelitian ini.

Abstract

  In today’s increasingly competitive market, companies must adopt effective strategies to retain customer loyalty. A critical step in developing such strategies is understanding the Customer Life Cycle (CLC) to identify and acquire potential customers aligned with organizational needs. This study aims to: (1) examine the implementation of the CLC at PT Sumber Aneka Inovasi; (2) identify obstacles in its implementation; and (3) analyze the company’s efforts to overcome these challenges. The findings reveal that PT Sumber Aneka Inovasi retains customers by offering facilities and discounts to transform regular buyers into brand advocates. However, challenges arise in acquiring potential customers due to the broad scope of available data, which complicates the identification process. To address this, the company applies segmentation and targeting strategies to more effectively reach potential customers.

Abstract

Conventional banks are still the financial institutions that dominate banking nationally. This dominance is seen from all aspects, such as the number of assets, the number of customers, and the reach of services. Despite that, the number of bank developments has decreased in 2019-2023. The decrease in the number of banks indicates problems such as increasing competition in the banking industry. Thus, conventional banks can find solutions to overcome their problems by measuring company performance. Currently, many companies still use traditional measurements that focus on financial aspects. Therefore, measuring company performance must innovate in a modern way by implementing the Balanced Scorecard approach. This study aims to determine the effect of financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective, and learning and growth perspective on company performance in conventional banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2019-2023. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive. The data testing method in the study uses descriptives analysis and classical assumption tests consisting of normality tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multicollinearity tests, and autocorrelation tests. The data analysis method in this study is in the form of multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using several tests, including coefficient of determination (R²), T test, and F test. The results of the financial perspective test have a negative direction and have a significant effect on company performance in conventional banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2019-2023, while the results of the customer perspective, internal business process, learning and growth perspective have a negative direction and do not have a significant effect on company performance in conventional banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2019-2023. In addition, the results of the financial perspective test, customer perspective, internal business process perspective, learning and growth perspective simultaneously affect company performance in conventional banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2019-2023
