Abstract

The results of the Mathematical Literacy Research discuss Indonesia's involvement in PISA since 2000, which has never experienced a significant increase in ranking until 2018. Even the 2018 PISA results showed that Indonesia was ranked in the bottom 10 in the world with an average score of Indonesian students mathematical literacy of 359, while the average was 489. This study aims to describe the mathematical literacy skills of grade X students in solving PISA questions in terms of mathematical disposition abilities. This study uses a descriptive type of research with a qualitative approach with three instruments to be used in this study, namely a mathematical disposition scale questionnaire, a mathematical literacy test, and interview guidelines. The research instrument was first consulted with the collaborating lecturer. The results of the disposition test from 33 grade X.1 students were then analyzed to determine the grouping of students' mathematical disposition abilities. The mathematical disposition scale is given to students in three groups: high, medium, and low. The subjects of this study were four students in the class with different levels of mathematical disposition abilities. Based on the results of this study, the literacy abilities of students reviewed in mathematical disposition tend to vary. Students with a high level of disposition have better literacy and problem-solving skills than those with a medium or low level of disposition

Abstract

Kemampuan abstraksi reflektif siswa merupakan suatu kemampuan yang menjelaskan alur berfikir siswa dalam menyelesaikan suatu masalah. Selain itu, abstraksi reflektif sangat penting untuk mengembangkan kognitif seseorang saat mempelajari suatu konsep. Berdasarkan Piaget dalam mempelajari matematika yang bersifat abstrak, siswa melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu tahap konkret, semi konkret, dan abstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses abstraksi siswa dalam menyelesaikan materi bangun ruang pada sub materi jarak titik ke titik, titik ke garis, dan titik ke bidang. Pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu dengan kualitatif dan subjek dalam penelitian ini peneliti mengambil satu orang siswa kelas X MIPA tahun pelajaran 2019/2020. Abstract

Making electronic tests of students' numeracy skills based on metacognitive knowledge is important for students to have. Metacognitive knowledge are essential in mathematics performance. For this reason, it is significant to make metacognitive knowledge the basis of teaching, especially in teaching mathematics. This study aimed to design an electronic test based on students' Numerical Literacy Ability and Metacognitive Knowledge. The study used the ADDIE development model focusing on evaluating geometry material. This study chose subjects with random sampling from a high school that has good quality. The first stage of this study was to determine the nine research subjects by conducting initial interviews with class IX students. Then from the research subjects, researchers obtained information about numeracy literacy skills and metacognitive knowledge using test and interview methods. The results of a descriptive and in-depth analysis of the students' numeracy literacy skills and metacognitive knowledge became the basis for designing the electronic test. The study found that the electronic test design proved valid with an excellent category and practical with a positive response of 82.63%. This electronic-test design assessment shows that the digital-based instrument evaluation can have a broader range of users. The results of this study can be a recommendation for a digital-based evaluation instrument that adapts to the scope of the latest curriculum in Indonesia.

Abstract

The role of principals as instructional leaders requires them to continuously improve their skills in designing and implementing 21st-century learning. This involves developing their digital literacy capabilities as part of technology integration. This research is a case study that aims to analyze the digital literacy capabilities of principals in Kuningan and Cirebon, Indonesia, as instructional leaders in designing and implementing 21st-century learning. The participants of this study were 20 elementary school headmasters. To collect the data, the authors used a teacher observation checklist, with the observer being the teacher in charge of the training. The results of this study showed that the headmasters, as supervisors and instructional leaders, had strong digital literacy capabilities. They were able to easily use technology, and the applications were clear and understandable to them. Furthermore, the participants found it easy to become skilled with the system, learn to operate it, and interact with it. They also showed high mental effort, required much care and attention, and found it easy to navigate and remember how to perform tasks with the system. Overall, this study highlights the importance of developing digital literacy capabilities among instructional leaders, particularly in the context of 21st-century learning. The study provides insights for educators and policymakers on how to support principals in improving their digital literacy capabilities to serve as effective instructional leaders in the digital age. Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital yang pesat telah mendorong munculnya berbagai start-up salah satunya gojek berbasis aplikasi mobile di Indonesia. Dalam menghadapi persaingan yang semakin ketat, penerapan strategi pemasaran yang efektif menjadi kunci utama keberhasilan pengembangan bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi marketing Product, Price, Place, dan Promotion (4P) pada bisnis start-up gojek digital berbasis aplikasi mobile dengan menggunakan pendekatan analisis SWOT. Metode penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi terhadap salah satu start-up gojek. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pada aspek Product, inovasi fitur dan pengalaman pengguna menjadi kekuatan utama; pada aspek Price, strategi penetapan harga kompetitif mampu menarik pengguna awal; pada aspek Place, distribusi melalui platform digital mempermudah jangkauan pasar; dan pada aspek Promotion, pemanfaatan media sosial dan kolaborasi dengan influencer efektif meningkatkan brand awareness. Analisis SWOT mengungkapkan kekuatan pada inovasi produk, peluang dari pertumbuhan pengguna internet, kelemahan pada keterbatasan modal promosi, serta ancaman dari kompetitor sejenis. Simpulan dari penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya sinergi antara strategi 4P dan hasil analisis SWOT sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan strategis dalam pengembangan start-up gojek berbasis aplikasi mobile.

Abstract

Important metacognitive skills are possessed by students because then the student can control his or her mind in learning. The student who can control himself or herself in learning has been able to sort out appropriate learning methods for himself or herself so that the student can come to know his or her interest in learning. Interest in learning is one of the internal factors that will affect the results of learning, not only will interest in learning also affect students' metacognitive skills. The goal of this study is to analyze the characteristics students have of the metacognitive skills covered by the interest in studying mathematics and not only is it to describe the metacognitive skills covered by the interest in studying mathematics. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods with research subjects 6 students majoring in accounting, who was selected following the research conducted random selection. The tools used in the study are observation of metacognitive skills and interest in learning, interviews that also include metacognitive and interest in learning, and finally, a test problem containing an indicator of metacognitive skills. This study suggests that for students who have an interest in learning high math, their metacognitive skills will be high by meeting all the available indicators, along with the results of learning by a test with good results. Students who are not interested in learning, then during learning will not be maximized because a major key to learning is interest. Keterampilan metakognitif penting dimiliki setiap siswa karena dengan begitu siswa dapat mengendalikan pikirannya sendiri dalam belajar. Siswa yang dapat mengontrol dirinya sendiri dalam belajar maka ia sudah bisa memilah cara belajar yang sesuai untuk dirinya sendiri dan sudah dapat mengetahui minatnya dalam pembelajaran. Minat belajar termasuk faktor internal dan berdampak pada hasil belajar, minat belajar juga berdampak kepada keterampilan metakognitifnya. Tujuan penelitian yaitu menganalisis karakteristik yang siswa miliki terhadap keterampilan metakognitif yang ditinjau dari minat belajar matematika penelitian memiliki tujuan mendeskripsikan keterampilan metakognitif yang ditinjau dari minat belajar matematika. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif dengan subjek penelitian 6 siswa jurusan akuntansi, yang dipilih secara acak. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu observasi untuk keterampilan metakognitif dan minat belajar, wawancara yang mencakup keterampilan metakognitif dan minat belajar, dan soal tes yang memuat indikator keterampilan metakognitif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa yang memiliki minat belajar matematika yang tinggi maka keterampilan metakognitifnya akan tinggi memenuhi semua Indikator yang ada, didukung juga dengan hasil belajar yang baik. Siswa yang minat belajarnya sedang maka keterampilan metakognitifnya juga akan sedang dimana pada setiap indikatornya sudah cukup memenuhi, didukung dari hasil belajar yang memperoleh cukup baik dalam menyelesaikan soal tes. Untuk siswa yang memiliki minat belajar rendah metakognitifnya akan rendah pada setiap indikatornya siswa tersebut kurang memenuhi, didukung juga dari hasil belajar sebatas untuk menuliskan apa yang diketahui dan apa yang ditanyakan siswa masih belum mampu. Siswa yang tidak minat dalam belajar, maka selama pembelajaran tidak akan maksimal dikarenakan sebuah kunci utama pembelajaran yaitu minat.
