Abstract

ABSTRAKJaipongan sebagai sebuah genre tari yang sudah berkiprah lebih dari empatpuluh tahun mengisi dinamika perkembangan tari Sunda, nyaris dapat dikatakan sebagai genre tari putri karena begitu sulitnya menemukan sebuah repertoar tari putra. Di sisi lain secara lebih luas di lingkungan kehidupan sosial budaya masyarakat, tarian putra dapat dikatakan nyaris hilang dari aktivitas ‘panggungan’. Dengan demikian, maka penelitian ini merupakan jawaban konkrit bagi upaya pelestarian dan pengembangan salah satu jenis tarian putra dalam genre tari Jaipongan’ sebagai aset yang berharga milik masyarakat Sunda. Terkait dengan hal tersebut, maka permasalahan dirumuskan sebagai berikut: Bagaimana mewujudkan bentuk karya tari dengan fokus pada berbagai unsur estetika yang terintegrasi secara unity dalam sebuah repertoar tari Jaipongan dengan judul “Dangiang Ing Raspati Gaya Penyajian Tari Jaipongan Putra”, dan bagaimana mengimplementasikannya kepada masyarakat. Untuk menjawab perihal tersebut, maka digunakan pendekatan teori estetika yang menjelaskan, bahwa “Semua benda atau peristiswa kesenian mengandung tiga aspek yang mendasar, yaitu; wujud (bentuk; form) dan sususunan (struktur; structure); Bobot terkait dengan suasana (mood), gagasan (idea), dan pesan (message); Penampilan (Penyajian; Performent). Merujuk pada teori tersebut, dalam proses pembentukannya digunakan metode deskriptif analisis dengan langkah-langkah meliputi tahap eksplorasi, improvisasi (evaluasi), dan komposisi. Adapun hasil yang dicapai adalah sebuah karya tari putra dalam garapan kelompok yang berpijak pada konstruksi Jaipongan dengan bentuk sajian baru yang bernafaskan karya tari kekinian. Kata Kunci: Dangiang Ing Raspari, Gaya Penyajian, Repertoar, dan Jaipongan. ABSTRACTDangiang Ing Raspati Presentation Style Of a male Jaipongan Dance, December 2021. Jaipongan as a dance genre that has been active for more than forty years has filled the dynamics of the development of Sundanese dance, it can almost be called a female dance genre because it is so difficult to find a male dance repertoire. On the other hand, more broadly in the socio-cultural environment of the community, the male dance can be said to have almost disappeared from 'Panggungan' activities. Thus, this research is a concrete answer for efforts to preserve and develop one type of male dance in the Jaipongan dance genre as a valuable asset belonging to the Sundanese people. Related to this, the problem is formulated as follows: How to realize the form of dance work with a focus on various aesthetic elements that are integrated in a unity in a Jaipongan dance repertoire with the title "Dangiang Ing RaspatiGaya Penyajian Tari Putra", and how to implement it to the community.To answer this question, an aesthetic theory approach is used which explains that “All art objects or events contain three basic aspects, namely; form and structure; Weight is related to idea,mood, and message; Presentation (Performent). The resultachieved are a male dance work in the work of a group that is based on the Jaipongan construction with a new form of presentation that breathes contemporary dance works. Keywords: Dangiang Ing Raspari, Presentation Style, Repertoire, and Jaipongan.

Abstract

To attract public attention, presidential and vice-presidential candidates conduct campaign activities as a form of introduction and delivery of their work programs through 'sweet message and promise'. In delivering these messages, intentionally or unintentionally, sometimes the candidates use language that is less polite. This is interesting to study from the aspect of politeness. Therefore, the researchers were interested in examining the language politeness This research was conducted using descriptive research approach. The theory used was Leech's politeness principle. The research data were in the form of expressions containing the maxims of politeness sourced from TikTok social media campaign showed and obtained using documentation techniques with the instrument of documentation study guidelines. Then, the data were processed using the extra lingual pairing method. From the results of the study, it is concluded that the maxim of generosity is the most widely used maxim in the campaign for the election of the president and vice president of Indonesia for the 2024 elections. Through the use of this maxim, candidates try to humble themselves in the hope of gaining public sympathy so as to get a lot of votes and win the contestation. The contemporary context, the specific application of politeness theory to political campaigns on a modern social media platform became the novelty of this study. By pursuing these avenues, future researchers can deepen the understanding of political communication strategies and their effects on the electorate.

Abstract

Era digital yaitu zaman dimana segala sesuatu serba digital. Adanya teknologi digital seseorang tidak harus seperti dahulu saat menghubungkan dan dihubungkan,Seseorang juga dapat memanfaatkan teknologi di era digital untuk membuat perkembangan kreativitas, menemukan ide ide, imajinasi dan daya nalar dalam membuat suatu karya melalui konten digital, lalu di era digital juga mempunyai tantangan dalam mencari ilmu pengetahuan secara berkaitan dan harus saling meliputi banyak hal,tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengenalkan aplikasi belajar digital kepada peserta didik dan mahsiswa agar selalu terus berkembang dalam proses pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan metode tidak langsung ini maksudnya ialah mengumpulkan data-data maupun informasi yang terkait seperti mempelajari buku-buku pustaka atau artikel yang berasal dari media internet dengan bentuk kegiatan telaah kepustakaan, data penelitian ini berupa data sekunder yang relevan dengan topik pembahasan seperti era digital, google classroom dan media pembelajaran dalam mata kuliah keterampilan menulis, data bersumber dari buku terbitan Indonesia,serta artikel hasil penelitian yang sudah nasional. Penggunaan Google Classroom di era digital sebagai media pembelajaran antara lain dapat membantu peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran berlangsung, dan menuntut peserta didik agar lebih mengenal aplikasi aplikasi belajar dalam media daring. Penggunaan Google Classroom dimungkinkan dengan cara yang ditunjukkan di bawah ini:1)Unduh aplikasi Google Classroom.2) Setelah membuka aplikasi Google Classroom Masukkan alamat email akun Classroom Anda, lalu klik Berikutnya. Masukkan sandi, lalu klik Berikutnya. Jika ada pesan selamat datang, tinjau pesan tersebut, lalu klik Terima.3) Setelah register pada google classroom, guru bisa membuat kelas untuk peserta didik atau mahasiswa.4)langkah terakhir guru bisa membuat kode kelas untuk memulai pembelajaran. bahwa Google Clasroom sangat berguna untuk proses pembelajran di era digital untuk menambah wawasan digital pada mahasiswa dan peserta didik serta mempermudah guru atau dosen untuk mengelola pembelajaran, dan diharapkan bahwa aplikasi google classroom dapat membuat peserta didik atau mahasiswa bisa belajar melewati aplikasi digital dan dapat meningkatkan semangat peserta didik atau mahasiswa dalam melewati proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Kreativitas adalah kemampuan untuk menciptakan suatu hal yang baru. Bertujuan untuk melatih kemampuan dan keterampilan siswa untuk menghasilkan sesuatu hal yang baru. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode literatur review karena literatur review adalah suatu teknik keterampilan yang menggunakan teori praktik dan menganalisis data. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan model pembelajaran mind mapping, dalam proses pembuatan mind mapping ada beberapa Langkah, yaitu 1) menyiapkan alat tulis, 2) menuliskan topik utama, 3) menambahkan sub topik dan kata kunci disetiap cabang sub topik, 4) mambahkan simbol – simbol atau hiasan yang menarik agar hasil mind mapping tersebut dapat diingat dengan baik. Penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa model pembelajaran mind mapping sangat penting diterapkan dikelas karena dianggap efektif dan efisien untuk meningkatkan kreativitas siswa disekolah.

Abstract

Strategic planning of information systems on seed producers is an action that needs to be taken in order to maintain and make the business grow faster. However, such information system usually been created through the system development life cycle (SDLC) or other methods that appropriate for business. This study used Anita Cassidy method for strategic planning of rice seed producer’s information systems in XYZ Ltd., as case study. The following stages has been done, i.e. visioning, analysis, direction, and recommendations. The final results of the stages carried out recommend business applications that can be implemented, namely: Rice seed certification information systems, E-Commerce of Rice Seeds, Rice Type Determination Applications, Irrigation Control Applications, Paddy Pest Resolution Applications, Rice Growth Monitoring Applications, Personnel Information Systems, Payroll Information System, Procurement Information System, Financial Information System. Abstract

This study aims to examine the validity, reliability, and item characteristics of scientific literacy assessment instruments on cell material. The scientific literacy ability category includes identifying valid scientific arguments, evaluating the validity of a source, evaluating the use and misuse of scientific information, understanding research design elements and how they impact scientific findings, and reading and interpreting graphical representations of data. The research subjects were students of the 5th semester elementary school teacher education study program. The validity test included content validity using Aiken V validity index and construct validity using Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA). Reliability test is carried out by looking for the price of the reliability coefficient r with correlation product moment test. The characteristic test is carried out by determining the level of difficulty and discriminating power. The results show that the scientific literacy assessment instrument on cell material is a valid instrument based on the analysis of content validity, construct validity, and item characteristics. Thus, the assessment instrument is suitable for use as an assessment instrument in research to measure students' scientific literacy in cell material.

Abstract

The role of principals as instructional leaders requires them to continuously improve their skills in designing and implementing 21st-century learning. This involves developing their digital literacy capabilities as part of technology integration. This research is a case study that aims to analyze the digital literacy capabilities of principals in Kuningan and Cirebon, Indonesia, as instructional leaders in designing and implementing 21st-century learning. The participants of this study were 20 elementary school headmasters. To collect the data, the authors used a teacher observation checklist, with the observer being the teacher in charge of the training. The results of this study showed that the headmasters, as supervisors and instructional leaders, had strong digital literacy capabilities. They were able to easily use technology, and the applications were clear and understandable to them. Furthermore, the participants found it easy to become skilled with the system, learn to operate it, and interact with it. They also showed high mental effort, required much care and attention, and found it easy to navigate and remember how to perform tasks with the system. Overall, this study highlights the importance of developing digital literacy capabilities among instructional leaders, particularly in the context of 21st-century learning. The study provides insights for educators and policymakers on how to support principals in improving their digital literacy capabilities to serve as effective instructional leaders in the digital age. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of capital structure on profitability, focusing on the debt-to-equity ratio and debt-to-asset ratio as the main indicators of capital structure. Data were collected from state-owned banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2020-2023. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression, which allows measuring the relationship between the independent variable (capital structure) and the dependent variable (profitability) as measured by return on assets and return on equity. The results of the study indicate that there is a significant effect between capital structure and profitability. Optimal use of debt contributes to increased profitability, especially in the utilization of taxes from debt interest. However, increasing leverage beyond a certain limit can have a negative impact on profitability due to the risk of bankruptcy and increased interest expenses. In addition, the effect of capital structure on profitability varies depending on the industrial sector and company size. Effective management of capital structure is key to improving the Bank's financial performance.

Abstract

This study aims to overcome the difficulty of obtaining teaching materials that are in accordance with the development of information technology, in the form of digital speech text teaching materials for SMP/MTs students. Speech is an activity that shows a language skill that is needed by students as provision in their lives in society. Therefore, the development of speech text teaching materials is suitable to be implemented as teaching materials. This study uses a research and development method that begins by analyzing speech activities carried out by national figures classified into three categories (officials, political party figures, and religious leaders) contained in Google's electronic media (youtube). The structure and language features of the speech text were analyzed qualitatively descriptively to find out the contents of the speech text based on the appropriate structure and content categories. Selected speech texts are applied as teaching materials which are developed and the use of language is adapted according to curriculum indicators. The validation instrument consists of four aspects of assessment, namely content feasibility, language, presentation, and graphics. Based on the validity test by experts and practitioners it is known that the digital teaching materials developed are valid and can be used. Based on the results of implementation in learning, YouTube-based digital teaching materials, speech text materials processed based on the t-test, it can be stated that the teaching materials are effective. The response of students in learning was very enthusiastic, both in watching and imitating speeches in front of the class, and learning to write speech texts, so that learning outcomes were considered effective. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi kesulitan mendapatkan bahan ajar yang sesuai dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi, berupa bahan ajar teks pidato digital bagi siswa SMP/MTs. Pidato merupakan kegiatan yang menunjukkan suatu keterampilan berbahasa yang diperlukan siswa sebagai bekal dalam kehidupannya di masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan bahan ajar teks pidato cocok untuk diimplementasikan sebagai bahan pengajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan yang dimulai dengan menganalisis kegiatan berpidato yang dilakukan oleh tokoh-tokoh nasional yang diklasifikasikan ke dalam tiga kategori (pejabat, tokoh partai politik, dan pemuka agama) yang terdapat dalam media elektronik google (youtube). Struktur dan ciri kebahasaan teks pidato dianalisis secara kualitatif deskriptif untuk mengetahui isi teks pidato berdasarkan kategori struktur dan isi yang sesuai. Teks pidato terpilih diterapkan sebagai bahan ajar yang dikembangkan dan penggunaan bahasa diadaptasi sesuai dengan indikator kurikulum. Instrumen validasi terdiri atas empat aspek penilaian, yaitu kelayakan isi, bahasa, penyajian, dan kegrafikaan. Berdasarkan uji validitas oleh ahli dan praktisi diketahui bahwa bahan ajar digital yang dikembangkan valid dan dapat digunakan. Berdasarkan hasil implementasi dalam pembelajaran, bahan ajar digital berbasis youtube materi teks pidato yang diolah berdasarkan uji-t dapat dinyatakan bahwa bahan ajar tersebut efektif. Respon siswa dalam pembelajaran sangat antusias, baik dalam memirsa maupun menirukan berpidato di depan kelas, serta belajar menulis teks pidato, sehingga hasil pembelajaran termasuk efektif.

Abstract

Pendidikan adalah kunci utama dalam kemajuan suatu bangsa. Di Indonesia, kualitas pendidikan masih menghadapi tantangan, seperti disparitas antara wilayah perkotaan dan pedesaan serta minimnya partisipasi masyarakat. Sebagai respons, pemerintah memperkenalkan Kurikulum Merdeka pada tahun 2018 untuk menjawab kebutuhan tenaga kerja dan relevansi pendidikan. Kurikulum ini memberikan kebebasan kepada guru dan siswa dalam memilih dan mengembangkan materi pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan lokal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah deskriptif naratif dengan pendekatan studi literatur. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa Kurikulum Merdeka meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran melalui pendekatan berbasis proyek dan penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila. Implementasi kurikulum ini bertujuan menciptakan generasi yang kompetitif dan berkualitas. Peran guru, kepala sekolah, dan partisipasi masyarakat sangat penting dalam mendukung peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Kurikulum Merdeka diharapkan mampu menjawab tantangan pendidikan di Indonesia dan menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih kreatif dan inovatif.
