Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to develop a standard job analysis and human resource competency model for Islamic Micro Finance Institutions (Baitul Maal wat Tamwil), so it could be a reference for others, providing a standard professional human resources management on MFIs. This research is a field study designed as a survey, through the method of interviewing job holders and the supervisor with direct observation of the activities of field staffs. The data was analysed in the form of a verbal description of qualitative data. The main activity of the staff of MFIs is to encourage the low economic community through the activities of saving and financing. MFIs main characteristic is the principle of being directly in the field thus forming networks through regular meetings and maintaining a reliable service. MFIs personnel competency model consists of a cluster model based on teamwork/collaboration, customer focus, and communication competencies; technical cluster includes technical expertise and managing work competencies; and personal cluster is integrity, achievement orientation, and self-control competencies.Keywords: Baitul Mal Wattamwi, competency model, job description, job specification, micro finance institution

Abstract

Permasalahan pengelolaan keuangan merupakan masalah tiap individu termasuk juga Ibu Rumah Tangga dalam mengelola keuangan keluarga. Kelompok ibu-ibu rumah tangga yang tergabung dalam Kelompok Ibu-Ibu PKK (Pemberdayaan dan Kesejahteraan Keluarga) RT 016 RW 04 Kelurahan Cempaka Putih Timur memiliki permasalahan yang sama yaitu belum dapat mengatur keuangan keluarga dengan baik. Dalam upayamemberikan solusi terhadap permasalahan tersebut Program Studi Akuntansi Universitas YARSI menawarkan kerja sama dengan pemberian Pelatihan Pengelolaan Keuangan Keluarga bagi Ibu Rumah Tangga. Metodepelatihan dalam kegiatan ini antara lain meliputi ceramah, tutorial dan diskusi. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah para peserta dapat memahami dengan baik materi yang disampaikan dan dalamsimulasi sebagian besar mampu membuat sendiri perencanaan keuangan keluarga. Hal ini dilihat dari hasil Post-Tes menjelang kegiatan ini berakhir.

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan di Kampung Wisata Bisnis Tegal Waru Bogor pada Ibu Rumah Tangga yang Bekerja atau Membuka Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). Tujuan penelitian menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh Dukungan sosial dan Work-Family Conflict terhadap Subjective Wel-Being. Sampel sebanyak 73 responden dangan dengan purposive sampling. Analisis menggunakan SPSS V 23 Hasil penelitan secara parsial terdapat pengaruh signifikan positif Dukungan Sosial terhadap Subjective Well Being. Hasil uji t yang diperoleh t-hitung > t-tabel (6.068 > 1.994). Secara parsial terdapat pengaruh signifikan negatif Work-Family Conflict terhadap Subjective Well-Being Wel-Being. Nilai t-hiung < t-tabel  (-5.407) < ­-1.994). Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh Dukungan sosial dan Work-family conflict terhadap Subjective Wel-Being, F-hitung > F-tabel. Nilai F-hitung 26.304 sedangkan nilai F-tabel sebesar 2.736. Secara bersama-sama Dukungan Sosial dan Work-family conflict berpengaruh dan signifikan positif terhadap Subjective Wel-Being.

Abstract

The research was conducted at the Ministry of State Secretariat of the Republic of Indonesia, which is under and responsible to the president and has the duty to provide technical and administrative support and analysis of government affairs in the state secretarial field to assist the President and Vice President in organizing state government. Samples were used as many as 31 respondents consisting of all employees of Financial Bureau. Quantitative research method with analysis using SPSS version 23. The purpose of research to know and analyze the influence of Personality, Spiritual Intelligence, and Organizational Climate to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The result of the research indicates that Personality Variable has positive and significant effect to OCB where the value of t-value is 3.028 t-table 2.051. Spiritual intelligence variables have positive and significant influence on OCB, coefficient value of 0.319 has t-value of 3.398 t-table 2.051. Organizational climate variable has positive and significant effect to OCB has coefficient value 0,194 and t- value 2,263 t-table 2,051 and significant value 0,032 0,05. Personality variables, spiritual intelligence and organizational climate together have a significant effect on OCB. Where F- value is 24.488 F-table 2.96 with a significant level below 0.05 ie 0.000. One of the organizational values that must be embraced and developed within the Ministry is the value of honesty, which is an aspect of spiritual intelligence. And by putting forward ethics and morals for the creation of a good organizational climate. Abstract

This submission activity for society is aimed to give macrame handicraft coaching by making functional productlike vase pendulum from kur rope, nylon rope and the T-shirt yarn. Beside that, forraising the entrepreneurship soul for house wives RT. 08 RW. 05 Kelurahan Cempaka Baru, Central Jakarta.The submission activity method for society is using extracurricular lecture, demonstration, and question answer in making functional product like vase pendulum. This coaching held by lecturers from Management Study Programme Faculty of Economics YARSI University and supported by University students. This activity works with RT. 08 RW. 05 Kelurahan Cempaka Baru, Central Jakarta The result of the submission activity for society is coaching of functional things making like vase pendulum. The coaching runs well. The audience is able to do and make functional things well and they are very enthusiastic to join the coaching from the beginning to the end.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of job satisfaction as a mediating variable in the influence of leadership style and work environment on employee performance. The main issues raised are low employee performance levels due to job dissatisfaction, suboptimal work environment, and the implementation of ineffective leadership styles. The novelty of this study lies in the comprehensive approach that integrates the three main variables in the context of an engineering company in Jakarta. The results show that leadership style and work environment significantly affect employee job satisfaction and performance, and job satisfaction mediates the relationship between leadership style and employee performance. However, job satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between work environment and employee performance. The managerial implications are that companies are advised to adopt a more inclusive leadership style, create a conducive work environment, and improve job satisfaction through training and management of employee relationships to support optimal performance.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of cost perception, service quality, innovation, and customer value on Xiboba customer satisfaction in DKI Jakarta, viewed from an Islamic perspective. The research employs purposive sampling, with 200 respondents surveyed using a questionnaire. Data analysis is conducted through multiple linear regression. The results indicate that (1) cost perception has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, (2) service quality positively and significantly influences customer satisfaction, (3) innovation has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction, and (4) customer value also plays a crucial role in satisfaction. Furthermore, (5) collectively, cost perception, service quality, innovation, and customer value significantly affect Xiboba’s customer satisfaction. These independent variables contribute to the dependent variable. Managerial implications highlight the need for businesses to focus on competitive pricing, enhancing service quality, implementing unique innovative strategies, and delivering clear added value to customers. Aligning with Islamic business ethics, emphasizing fairness in pricing, service excellence, and ethical innovation is essential for achieving and maintaining optimal customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of social media, Customer Trust, Advertising and Price Perception on Asus Laptop Purchasing Decisions in Jakarta City. The sample in the study was 85 respondents in DKI Jakarta. In this study, the sampling technique used was Accidental Sampling, and the data in the study were collected using a survey method with a questionnaire instrument. The data analysis method used was descriptive statistical analysis the research method used in the study was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that (1) social media had a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions, (2) Customer Trust had a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions, (3) Advertising had a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions, (4) Price Perception had a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions (5) social media, Customer Trust, Advertising and Price Perception had a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions. The managerial implications of this study indicate that companies need to optimize their digital marketing strategies by increasing their presence on social media, building customer trust through transparency and responsive interaction, and designing attractive advertisements that are in accordance with the preferences of the target market.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh flexibility dan digital marketing terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui minat beli sebagai variabel intervening pada Aplikasi Amanah Reload serta tinjauannya dari sudut pandang Islam. Populasi pada penelitian ini ialah user Aplikasi Amanah Reload dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 80 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode non probability sampling, dengan teknik purposive sampling melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Metode analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: flexibility berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap minat beli. Digital marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli. Flexibility dan digital marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Minat beli berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Minat beli tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh flexibility dan digital marketing terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

This study uses job happiness as an intervening variable to examine how pay and work environment affect employee performance. This investigation was carried out at the social security organization BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cilincing Branch. Thirty BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cilincing Branch employees made up the study's population. The research methodology is quantitative, and questionnaires are utilized to collect data distributed to all employees as research samples. The saturation sampling approach is the method employed in the sampling process. The WarpPls Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach is the data analysis technique employed. The study's findings indicate that remuneration does not affect employee performance; work environment has an impact on employee performance; compensation does not affect job satisfaction; work environment has an impact on job satisfaction; compensation does not affect employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable; and job satisfaction influences employee performance. The managerial consequence is that regular surveys and evaluations are crucial for understanding the needs of employees and expectations. In this way, companies can identify areas that need improvement and adjust existing policies.
