The effort to develop globally competitive Micro Business needs an Information Technology to fulfill the needs of the said business. This is to ease the administration system of the Micro Business, fast in service, easy to develop product and easy to gain trust from financial institutions. Information Technology implementation in a micro financial institution is important to develop itself. Information technology of a Micro Financial Institution will enable to professionalize a company and is committed to give the best Information Technology products and services for Micro Financial Institution, not only in Indonesia but also in the world. Thus, competitive advantage such as experience, competence (specialization), after-sales, and product quality from micro financial institution is attained.

The study was conducted on the Transjakarta busway. The purpose of the study was to analyze and determine the effect of perceived service quality variables and customer value variables on repurchase variables. The results of the study partially there is a significant positive effect on the perceived service quality on the variable repurchase. Partially there is a positive no significant effect on the Customer Value variable on the Repurchase variable. Simultaneously there is an effect of perceived service quality variables and Customer Value variables on Repurchase variables because in the F-count analysis> F-table. Based on the gender of female passengers on Busway trends. Marital status tends to be single. Age is predominantly between the ages of 20 and 30 years. Education level of most high schools. The most dominant jobs are private employees and the average passenger uses Transjakarta to work. The study uses descriptive associative method aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables.
Penelitian dilakukan terhadap busway Transjakarta. Tujuan penelitian menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh variabel Kualitas Layanan yang dirasakan dan variabel Nilai Pelanggan terhadap variabel Pembelian Ulang. Hasil penelitian secara parsial terdapat pengaruh signifikan positif variabel Kualitas Layanan yang dirasakan terhadap variabel Pembelian Ulang. Secara parsial terdapat pengaruh tidak signifikan positif variabel Nilai Pelanggan terhadap variabel Pembelian Ulang. Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh variabel Kualitas Layanan yang dirasakan dan variabel Nilai Pelanggan terhadap variabel Pembelian Ulang karena dalam analisis F-hitung > F-tabel. Berdasarkan jenis kelamin kecenderungan penumpang adalah perempuan. Status perkawinan kecenderungan berstatus single. Usia didominasi berusia antara 20 sampai dengan 30 tahun. Tingkat pendidikan sebagian besar SMU. Pekerjaan paling dominan karyawan swasta dan rata-rata penumpang menggunakan Transjakarta untuk bekerja. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif asosiatif bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of compensation, work environment and work discipline on employee performance at Port Corporation. It is important to make decisions for managers in managing the company, especially human resources. The population of this research is all employees of the human resources division. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling, where data is collected using a survey method with a questionnaire instrument. The results showed that all variables had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The results of this study confirm that port companies must pay attention to compensation, work environment and work discipline if it expect superior performance of its employees.

Abstrak- Penelitian bertujuan memudahkan pegawai Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Cabang Karawaci dalam mencari bukti dalam arsip maploeg yang dibutuhkan. Sistem register Maploeg di BTN masih bersifat konvensional yang tidak tersusun dengan baik sehingga rentan kehilangan arsip terutama sulit dalam pencarian sehingga memerlukan waktu yang lama. Penelitian dilakukan di Kampung Wisata Bisnis Tegal Waru Bogor pada Ibu Rumah Tangga yang Bekerja atau Membuka Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). Tujuan penelitian menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh Dukungan sosial dan Work-Family Conflict terhadap Subjective Wel-Being. Sampel sebanyak 73 responden dangan dengan purposive sampling. Analisis menggunakan SPSS V 23 Hasil penelitan secara parsial terdapat pengaruh signifikan positif Dukungan Sosial terhadap Subjective Well Being. Hasil uji t yang diperoleh t-hitung > t-tabel (6.068 > 1.994). Secara parsial terdapat pengaruh signifikan negatif Work-Family Conflict terhadap Subjective Well-Being Wel-Being. Nilai t-hiung < t-tabel (-5.407) < -1.994). Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh Dukungan sosial dan Work-family conflict terhadap Subjective Wel-Being, F-hitung > F-tabel. Nilai F-hitung 26.304 sedangkan nilai F-tabel sebesar 2.736. Secara bersama-sama Dukungan Sosial dan Work-family conflict berpengaruh dan signifikan positif terhadap Subjective Wel-Being.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is influence between work discipline, organizational culture on employee performance either partially or jointly in PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk, Branch Jagorawi. Results of analysis that Work Discipline positive effect on employee performance, with a very strong degree of correlation values. influence the value of the (R) of 0.871, the contribution of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.759 or 75.9%. Organizational culture has a positive effect on employee performance, with a very strong degree of correlation values. influence the value of the (R) of 0.915, the contribution of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.838 or 83.8%. And Discipline of Work and Organisational Culture jointly have a positive influence on employee performance, with a very strong degree of correlation values. influence the value of the (R) of 0.920, the contribution of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.847 or 84.7% indicates the significance of the effect given by the Discipline of Work and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance. ANOVA analysis showed that the obtained value obtained Fvalue of 283.961 greater value to Ftable 3.940 at alpha (α) 5% = (267.551> 3.940) means there is a rejection of H0. It means that the variable labor discipline and organizational culture together significantly affect employee performance variables, and there is a very strong influence of the value stated.

This study aims to build a decision support dashboard for new student selection candidates at Mts 4 Tangerang. To get students who are good criteria, the school holds a rigorous selection and sets the test threshold value. Selection of prospective new students is still manual, causing the selection process to be subjective. The method is used in the design of a Weighted Product system with a multi-criteria system. Functional modeling uses use case diagrams. This research produces a decision support application for the selection of new students. Assessment is carried out more objectively and relevant especially students who have good achievements in academic and non-academic fields. This application can accelerate the selection committee to do all the processes related to student acceptance.

The purpose of this study was to examine the factors of green purchase intention and green customer behaviour by using attitude, subjective norms, behavioral control, and religiosity to use tumblr starbucks on millennials generation. Based on a literature review, this research hypothesis states that attitudes, behavioural control, and religiosity affect green purchase intention. This study uses survey data from questionnaires to 195 respondents. Hypothesis testing techniques are done by using SEM analysis with Smart PLS software. The results of data processing indicate that the Attitude Variable, Behavioural Control, and Religiosity have a significant influence on the green purchase intention to use tumblr of starbucks. Green purchase intention variable has a significant effect on behaviour using electronic money with a t value of 3.152. Religiousity variables and attitude have a greater influence on the green purchase intention to use tumblr than other variables.

This research examines the influence of price fairness and product quality on satisfaction and repurchase on Tokopedia. This is a quantitative research that used Structural Equation Model (SEM) with SPSS and Lisrel software for data analysis. Purposive sampling is used to select samples, though it is limited to certain respondents. The minimum sampling size is 10 times the number of research indicators, with a total 149 respondents analyzed. Findings. The results showed that Price Fairness and Product Quality had significant and positive impacts on satisfaction. Furthermore, Product Quality and Satisfaction have significant and positive effect on repurchase, while Satisfaction mediates price fairness to Repurchase and Product Quality.
