Abstract

Abstract. This research is Classroom Action Research (CAR), which is done to improve science learning outcomes graders Jayamukti VA SDN 022 East Dumai by applying Cooperative learning model type two stay two stray. This research was conducted in April 2014 with 2 cycles executed. The subjects were 022 students of class VA SDN Jayamukti East Dumai totaling 32 students were used as the data source. Data collection instruments in this thesis is the observation sheet activities of teachers and students as well as student achievement test. Average student learning outcomes before the 67.19 of 32 students who completed only 14 students with classical completeness and 43.75% of students who did not complete 18 students with classical completeness 56.25%. In this study presented improving student learning outcomes, achievement of mastery of learning outcomes as well as increased activity of the teacher and the student. Average student learning outcomes in the first cycle increased by 4.53 points, ie from 67.19 into 71.72. While the average student learning outcomes in second cycle increased by 5.94 points, ie from 71.72 into 77.66. The percentage of completeness student learning outcomes in the first cycle increased by 25%, from 32 students, who completed 22 students with a percentage of 68.75% and an incomplete 10 students with a percentage of 31.25% while the percentage of completeness student learning outcomes second cycle increased by 21 , ie 88% of the 32 students, who completed 29 percent of students with 90.63% and 3 students who did not complete the 9.37% percentage. Percentage of teacher activity in cycle I and II were 75% increased to 80%. The percentage of student activity in the first cycle and the second is a 85% increase to 90%. Abstract

Derasnya arus digital telah masuk ke semua dimensi kehidupan manusia. Tidak terkecuali dunia anak-anak yang mulai dicandu oleh permainan game. Di sisi lain, masa pandemi Covid-19 telah mengurangi kegiatan pembelajaran di Sekolah/Madrasah kemudian diganti dengan pendekatan e-learning. Kesemua ini memiliki pengaruh terhadap mood anak-anak belajar dan beralih ke hobi baru yaitu permainan game dengan dalih pembelajaran e-learning. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengembalikan iklim pembelajaran anak-anak yaitu minat membaca mereka atau menumbuh- kembangkan kembali minta baca mereka melalui program “pondok literacy” di Dusun Tanak Betian. Fokus kegiatan adalah penyedian referensi anak-anak, melakukan sosialisasi dan bimbingan membaca. Hasilnya adalah melalui pondok literacy bisa mengurangi perhatian anak-anak dari candu game. Ketertarikan anak-anak dalam kegiatan membaca mulai tumbuh dan bisa mengurangi beban mereka dalam memahami materi pelajaran sekolah/Madrasah selama masa pandemi Copid-19 ini.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to assess the implementation of tax corner and e-filing services in the reporting of individual annual tax returns at KPP Pratama Majalaya. A qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytic method was applied. The results revealed that the tax corner service was relatively effective in assisting the filing of Annual Tax Returns, as demonstrated by 10 tax volunteers who helped 1,272 taxpayers. In contrast, the implementation of e-filing at KPP Pratama Majalaya was found to be suboptimal, as the number of taxpayers using e-filing was still far lower than the total number of taxpayers filing returns. This was partly due to a lack of understanding among taxpayers regarding the technical aspects of e-filing, coupled with concerns about making errors when submitting their returns independently, leading them to prefer visiting KPP Pratama Majalaya in person. Keywords: Tax Corner Services, Individual Annual Tax Return, E-filing Abstrak Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan layanan pojok pajak dan e-filing dalam proses pelaporan SPT Tahunan Orang Pribadi di KPP Pratama Majalaya. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif analitis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa layanan pojok pajak telah diimplementasikan dengan cukup baik dalam mendukung pelaporan SPT Tahunan, terbukti dengan 10 relawan pajak yang berhasil membantu 1.272 wajib pajak. Namun, implementasi e-filing di KPP Pratama Majalaya belum optimal, hal ini terlihat dari jumlah wajib pajak yang menggunakan e-filing masih jauh lebih sedikit dibandingkan dengan jumlah total wajib pajak yang melapor. Selain itu, hal ini dipengaruhi oleh kurangnya pemahaman wajib pajak mengenai prosedur pelaporan SPT Tahunan dan adanya kekhawatiran terkait kesalahan dalam pelaporan mandiri menggunakan e-filing, yang menyebabkan sebagian wajib pajak lebih memilih mendatangi langsung ke KPP Pratama Majalaya. Abstract

The use of a single Emergency Call Number 112 which is used as a call center method to report emergencies that occur in the city of Bandung is still less effective. This is based on the fact that there are still many prank calls and ghost calls coming to NTPD 112. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the Bandung Command Center NTPD 112 service program in emergency calls in Bandung City. Where this research applies effectiveness theory based on the views of M Ricard Steers (1985: 8) who believes that measuring effectiveness can be done through 4 (four) barometers: organizational characteristics, environmental characteristics, worker characteristics, policy characteristics and management practices. The method applied in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the Bandung Command Center NTPD 112 service program which is linked to four criteria, namely organizational characteristics, environment, workers and characteristics of management policies and practices, is considered not fully effective. The main problems include double jobs in the Dispatcher division, poor coordination with agencies, low performance ties, the lack of achievement of strategic goals and a lack of innovation which resulted in the number of invalid calls in 2024 for the January-July period being 12,129 incoming calls.
