Abstract

Abstrct: Gas Consumption of Household and Industrial Sectors and Oil Fuels As Assets of the Transportation Sector Viewed from Its Characteristics in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The characteristics of gas consumption in the household and industrial sectors as well as the fuel oil of the transportation sector in the Province of Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY) have been carried out. This research uses data from field surveys in January 2016. Average gas consumption in DIY for household sector is 90 kg/year and industrial sector is 395.98 kg/year. The fuel consumption of the transportation sector for motorcycles is 208 liters/year and the car is 956 liters/year. 73.65% respondents of transportation sector willing to be converted to gas fuel and the remaining 26.35% not willing. Abstrak: Konsumsi Gas Sektor Rumah Tangga Dan Industri Serta Bahan Bakar Minyak Sebagai Aset Sektor Transportasi Ditinjau Dari Karakteristiknya Di Daerah Isitmewa Yogyakarta.  Telah dilakukan karakteristik konsumsi gas sektor rumah tangga dan industri serta BBM sektor transportasi di Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY). Penelitian ini menggunakan data survei lapangan pada bulan Januari 2016. Rata-rata konsumsi gas di DIY untuk sektor rumah tangga sebesar 90 kg/tahun dan sektor industri 395,98 kg/tahun. Konsumsi BBM sektor transportasi untuk motor sebesar 208 liter/tahun dan mobil 956 liter/tahun. 73,65% responden sektor transportasi bersedia dikonversikan ke bahan bakar gas dan sisanya 26,35% tidak bersedia.             Kata kunci: gas, bbm, rumah tangga, industri, transportasi, aset

Abstract

Non-formal education is essentially organized based on the educational needs within the community itself. This study aims to describe the "Role of Tutors in Enhancing Learning Motivation in the Equivalent Package C Program at Class II A Correctional Facility in PKBM Mahakam Jaya, Samarinda City." The research subjects were obtained from data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation. This study uses a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique in this study uses data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that: 1) The role of tutors as informants in the implementation of the equivalent education program package C at PKBM Mahakam Jaya for inmates has fulfilled the role as informants in providing information. 2) The role of tutors as motivators in the implementation of the equivalent education program package C at PKBM Mahakam Jaya for inmates has fulfilled the role as motivators in providing motivation. 3) The role of tutors as evaluators in the implementation of the equivalent education program package C at PKBM Mahakam Jaya for inmates has fulfilled the role as evaluators in providing evaluation. 4) The role of tutors as facilitators in the implementation of the equivalent education program package C at PKBM Mahakam Jaya for inmates has fulfilled the role as facilitators in providing comfortable facilities. Pendidikan nonformal adalah sejatinya terselenggara atas dasar kebutuhan pendidikan yang ada pada masyarakat itu sendiri,Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan “Peran Tutor dalam Meningkatkan Motivasi Pembelajaran Program Kesetaraan Paket C di Lembaga Permasyarakatan Kelas II A Di PKBM Mahakam Jaya Kota Samarinda . Subjek Penelitian ini didapat dari hasil pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriftif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sedangkan teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Peran tutor sebagai informator dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran program pendidikan kesetaraan paket C di PKBM Mahakam Jaya bagi Warga Binaan telah memenuhi peran sebagai informator dalam memberikan informasi. 2) Peran tutor sebagai motivator dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran program Pendidikan kesetaraan paket C di PKBM Mahakam Jaya bagi Warga Binaan telah memenuhi peran sebagai motivator dalam memberikan motivasi. 3). Peran tutor sebagai evaluator dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran program Pendidikan kesetaraan paket C di PKBM Mahakam Jaya bagi Warga Binaan telah memenuhi peran sebagai evaluator dalam memberikan evaluasi. 4) ) Peran tutor sebagai fasilitator dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran program pendidikan kesetaraan paket C di PKBM Mahakam Jaya bagi Warga Binaan telah memenuhi peran sebagai fasilitator dalam memberikan fasilitas yang nyaman. Abstract

The development of science teaching materials based on android mobile is based on the need for teaching materials that are suitable for 21st-century learning which is synonymous with the use of technology, information, and communication. This research aims to know the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of science teaching materials based on android mobile in improving students' critical thinking skills. The manufacture of teaching materials also aims to improve the low critical thinking skills of junior high school students. The research conducted is development research with the ADDIE development model. The subject of the study was a grade 7A student of SMPN 2 Maesan, Bondowoso. This study used instruments in the form of validation sheets, practicality sheets, and critical thinking skill tests. Data analysis techniques used in research consist of validity test analysis, practicality test analysis, and effectiveness test analysis. The results showed that (1) the percentage of validity of science teaching materials based on android mobile is 92% of the average of three validators, (2) the percentage of the practicality of science teaching materials based on android mobile is 86%, (3) the effectiveness score of science teaching materials based on android mobile 86%, (4) the effectiveness score of science teaching materials based on android mobile is 0.69 obtained from the N-gain test and 75% from the student response questionnaire so that it can be concluded that science teaching materials based on android mobile are valid, practical and effective for improving the critical thinking skills of junior high school students.

Abstract

This paper discusses the position of guardian for women in marriage by making a comparison between positive law – in this case the Marriage Law – and the discourse on marriage guardians in fiqh as well as referring to the arguments and legal differences of opinion among the scholars of the schools of fiqh. In positive law in Indonesia - the Marriage Law - guardians or parents only play a role in being asked for approval when their children want to marry. Based specifically on this Marriage Law, the marriage contract does not have to be pronounced by the guardian. Thus, women can carry out their own marriage contract, with the approval of their guardian, because women are legal subjects who have perfect legal skills. Meanwhile, in fiqh, there are differences of opinion, namely that Hanafiyah scholars allow women to marry without the consent of their guardians, and women may marry themselves, because women who have reached puberty are considered to have perfect legal skills. Another opinion is that put forward by Jumhur Ulama that guardians can marry girls without their permission and guardians can marry widows with their permission. However, the marriage contract – for both girls and widows – still has to be pronounced by the guardian. The marriage contract pronounced by the woman herself is considered invalid.

Abstract

Bencana banjir pada Daerah Aliran Sungai (DAS) Kedunggaleng terjadi karena adanya luapan pada aliran sungai. Upaya mitigasi banjir memerlukan data masukan hujan yang akurat dari aspek panjang data hujan dan sebaran kejadian hujan (spatial) yang di DAS Kedunggaleng. Keberadaan data hujan satelit menjadi alternatif untuk memperkirakan data hujan pada bagian DAS yang tidak terukur. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan perkiraan peta spasial hujan rancangan berbagai kala ulang dengan teknik interpolasi spasial Inverse Distance Weight (IDW) dengan memanfaatkan data hujan satelit CHIRPS dan data hujan pengamatan. Kalibrasi data hujan satelit dengan pengamatan dilakukan untuk mencari persamaan hubungan keduanya. Kala ulang hujan rancangan yang digunakan meliputi 2, 5, 10, 25, 50 dan 100 tahun. Distribusi frekuensi Gumbel dan Log Pearson III digunakan untuk menghitung hujan rancangan, yang selanjutnya digunakan sebagai data masukan pembuatan peta sebaran hujan dengan interpolasi IDW. Peta hujan rancangan hasil interpolasi IDW dibandingkan dengan hujan rancangan hasil analisis frekuensi dan dari peta hujan rancangan Kementerian PUPR dimana penilaian dilakukan dengan kriteria Root Mean Standard Ratio (RSR) dan Nash Sutcliffe Efficiency (NSE). Hasil validasi hujan rancangan dari interpolasi IDW menunjukkan performa yang baik dimana hasil perbandingan dengan peta hujan rancangan Kementerian PU menunjukkan nilai Kesalahan relatif (KR) sebesar 5,94%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the crisis in the story of Prophet Nuh AS and apply it to context management crisis in modern business. The bibliographic method is used as the base methodology and involves the selection sources and literature Trusted For understanding implications of management crisis from the perspective various discipline knowledge. Approach bibliography possible analysis comprehensive and systematic to the story of Prophet Nuh AS. Identification crisis in modern business includes crisis financial, reputational, operational, and legal. The impact involves loss of capital, damage image, and sanctions law. Comparison with the story of Prophet Nuh AS shows similarity signs initial, impact potential, and action initial taken. Research result describe that crisis in second context test patience, mental resilience, and need strong leadership.
