Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are a sector of the national economy. The world of the homeland had faced the Covid-19 Pandemic which resulted in several sectors being affected, and one of them was UD. Bintang Timur Weaving, which experienced a decline in sales volume. UD. Pertenunan Bintang Timur is a business that produces woven fabrics, by applying an accurate marketing strategy using SWOT analysis and BCG matrix. Increase sales volume of woven fabrics in the case study at UD. East Star Gathering in Klungkung Regency? The purpose of this research is to analyze the marketing mix strategy to increase the sales volume of woven fabrics in the case study at UD. East Star Weaving in Klungkung Regency. This research uses purposive sampling technique by giving questionnaires to 8 informants consisting of Owners, Employees, and Consumers. Data were analyzed using SWOT analysis and BCG matrix, to find out the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats that exist, and the position of a business. The results of the SWOT analysis and the BCG matrix are known to be the position of UD. The East Star weaving for the last 2 years is in the star position, which indicates that the position of UD. Bintang Timur weaving is in high growth and high market share, and based on the weight of the value of the SWOT analysis above, Bintang Timur weaving is in Quadrant I (Growth) position where in this case UD. Bintang Timur Pertenunan has implemented a SWOT analysis, but not entirely.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran perilaku inovasi dalam memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pendekatan kuantitatif yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk meneliti data yang bersifat statistik serta menguji suatu hipotesis. Data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang berisi daftar pertanyaan kepada calon responden. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai pada PT. BPR Desa Sanur yang berjumlah 42orang. Teknik penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh, dimana semua populasi dijadikan sampel. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu model persamaan structural (Structural Equation Modeling-SEM) berbasis variance yang dikenal dengan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku inovasi, perilaku inovasi berpengaruh posiif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Perilaku inovasi mampu memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja.

Pendekatan kuantitatif yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk meneliti data yang bersifat statistik serta menguji suatu hipotesis. Data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang berisi daftar pertanyaan kepada calon responden. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai pada PT. Yuda Pratama Sejati yang berjumlah 36orang. Teknik penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh, dimana semua populasi dijadikan sampel. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu model persamaan structural (Structural Equation Modeling-SEM) berbasis variance yang dikenal dengan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap stress kerja, stress kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Stress kerja tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja.

Abstract

ABSTRACThis study aims to examine the influence of promotions, service features, and ease of use on people's decisions to use Gopay e-wallets, both partially and simultaneously. These three variables are assumed to play a role in shaping user decisions. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory design, involving 96 respondents who are active users of Gopay in Gianyar Regency, Indonesia. Sample selection was conducted purposively, and data was collected through a five-point Likert scale questionnaire. The analysis was carried out through classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, determination coefficients, and t and F tests. The results showed that the promotion and ease of use of the application had a positive and significant influence on the decision to use, while the service features showed a positive but not statistically significant influence. These findings emphasize the importance of communicative promotional strategies and easy-to-use interface design in increasing the adoption of e-wallet services. Instead, the service features need to be further customized to align with the user's needs and preferences. The practical implications of these results provide input for digital financial service providers to prioritize user experience and the effectiveness of marketing communications. The study also recommends exploring additional variables such as trust, security perception, and social influence in future studies to build a more comprehensive understanding of e-wallet usage behavior.
