Abstract

 Salah satu bisnis ritel modern yang berkembang pesat di Indonesia adalah bisnis yang menyediakan keperluan bayi dan anak. Banyaknya gerai yang menyediakan perlengkapan bayi dan anak membuat persaingan bisnis baby shop semakin meningkat. Oleh karena itu, Momuni Baby Shop harus memahami perilaku konsumen dalam upaya memperoleh, menggunakan, dan menentukan suatu produk atau jasa termasuk proses pengambilan keputusan yang mendahului dan mengikuti tindakan tersebut. Promosi, brand image dan kualitas pelayanan diketahui merupakan variabel yang dapat mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial maupun simultan antara promosi, brand image dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada Momuni Baby Shop. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Maximum Likehood Estimation (MLE) dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu metode Probability Sampling menggunakan simple random sampling pada 85 responden yaitu para konsumen yang membeli maupun hanya sekedar berkunjung di toko Momuni Baby Shop. Data dianalisis dengan mempergunakan uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi liner berganda, analisis determinasi, uji signifikansi parsial (t-test) dan uji signifikansi simultan (F-test). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan antara promosi, brand image dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada Momuni Baby Shop. Kata Kunci : Promosi, Brand Image, Kualitas Pelayanan, Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

Researchers have developed various factors, such as job dedication, motivation, and discipline, that affect employee performance. Work motivation, commitment, and discipline are a few factors that can impact employee success in the Gianyar Regency Cultural Office. This study attempts to determine if staff performance at the Cultural Office of the Gianyar Regency is significantly impacted both simultaneously and in part by job motivation, dedication, and discipline. This study includes a proportionate random sample of 58 staff members from the Gianyar Regency's Cultural Office. The findings demonstrate how employee performance is influenced by job motivation, dedication, and discipline.

Abstract

Kinerja yang maksimal tidak dicapai dengan diam saja tetapi harus ada usaha dari diri sendiri maupun dari faktor luar diri, setiap pegawai harus bisa memposisikan diri dalam bekerja dan harus fokus terhadap pekerjaan dan tanggung jawab yang diberikan untuk mendapatkan hasil yang sempurna lokus kendali (locus of control) merupakan cerminan dari faktor lingkungan dan komitmen seorang pegawai dalam bekerja. Mencapai kinerja yang diharapkan tidak mudah, harus berusaha dan harus mempunyai kompetensi dalam bekerja karena kemampuan dalam bekerja sangat mempengaruhi hasil kerja pegawai guna mencapai kinerja yang diharapkan dimana kompetensi merupakan cerminan dari pengetahuan dan merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja. Seorang pegawai bisa mencapai kinerja yang baik jika posisi penempatannya sesuai dengan kemampuan dan kompetensi yang dimiliki karena jika salah penempatan maka akan mempengaruhi kinerja dan berdampak pada kinerja pegawai. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pengaruh Lokus Kendali (Locus Of Control) Kompetensi Dan Penempatan Pegawai Terhadap Kinerja Pegwai Pada Dinas Kependudukan Dan Pencatatan Sipil di Kabupaten Gianyar. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) pada Dinas Kependudukan Dan Pencatatan Sipil di Kabupaten Gianyar. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis koefisien regresi linier berganda, analisis determinasi, uji t-test dan uji F-test, dengan menggunakan bantuan komputer program (SPSS) Version 26.00 for Windows. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa 1) Lokus kendali (locus of control), kompetensi, dan penempatan pegawai secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. 2) Lokus kendali (locus of control), kompetensi, dan penematan pegawai secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai

Abstract

Bali Province is one of the tourist destinations that is in demand by many tourists, both domestic and foreign. In addition to having a variety of interesting tourist and cultural objects, Bali also has many hotels with the best facilities in them. Hotel as one of the industries in the tourism sector is very dependent on the performance of human resources. The importance of human resources makes the company must have a strategy to improve employee performance. The high performance of employees can facilitate the company in achieving its goals. The purpose of this study was to analyze the Effect of Competence and Compensation in the Covid-19 Pandemic Period on Employee Performance at Puri Wulandari Hotel Ubud. This study used a sample of 120 respondents with a total sampling method. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression technique. The software used is SPSS 23. The results of this study indicate that competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The higher the competence possessed, the higher the employee's performance. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The higher the compensation provided by the company, the higher the employee's performance. Competence and compensation have a positive and significant effect on competence and compensation together have a positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the antecedents of satisfaction that impact customer loyalty. Using a purposive sampling method to determine a sample of 100 customers. This research uses quantitative methods. Data were analyzed using Smart PLS: outer model analysis, inner model, and hypothesis testing. The results show that there is no influence of service quality on satisfaction, there is an influence of complaint handling on satisfaction, there is no influence of satisfaction on customer loyalty, there is an influence of Service Quality on Loyalty, there is no influence of complaint handling on customer loyalty, there is no influence of satisfaction on customer loyalty. In this research, satisfaction cannot mediate the relationship between service quality and customer loyalty and there is no indirect influence of the complaint handling variable on customer loyalty through satisfaction. In this research, satisfaction cannot mediate the relationship between complaint handling and customer loyalty.

Alat Analisis yang digunakan adalah ujimvaliditas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, manalisis regresi linier berganda, muji F dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh positifqvariabel pelatihan (Diklat) dan karakteristikmindividu secaramsimultan terhadapmkinerja karyawan pada PT. BPR ArunamNirmala Duta. Uji signifikansi korelasi berganda dengan menggunakan F-test menunjukkan memang benar ada pengaruh positif dan signifikanmantara pelatihan (Diklat) dan karakteristikmindividu secara simultan terhadapmkinerja karyawanmpada PT. BPR Aruna NirmalamDuta dan diperoleh bukanmsecara kebetulan. Abstract

Tujuan. Sasaran yang di di capai dalam penelitian guna mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan dan servicescape terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pengguna Jasa GYM di Kota Denpasar. Metode. Pendekatan Kuantitatif digunakan dalam Metodologi penelitian. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pelanggan pengguna jasa sebanyak 141 orang dengan sampel diambil sebanyak 58 orang menggunakan pendekatan rumus slovin dengan teknik pengambilan sampel merujuk pada purposive sampling. Memastikan kevalidan data diuji dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas sebelum di lakukan analisi data regresi berganda, determinasi, uji F dan Uji t sebagai pengujian hipotesis. Hasil. Terdapat pengaruh yang kuat kualitas pelayanan dan servicescape secara bersama terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Kualitas layanan dan servicescape secara mandiri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna jasa GYM. Implikasi. Meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna jasa GYM diperlukan adanya perhatian dan keseriusan dalam memberikan layanan yang berkualitas, kepuasan pelanggan terbukti dapat di bangun dengan adanya kualitas pelayanan yang baik dari industri. Keberadaan dan hadirnya lingkung layanan servicescape memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap harapan pelanggan, petunjuk lingkungan industri dapat membantu pelanggan dalam meningkatkan kepuasan terhadap industry khususnya GYM.

Abstract

Employee performance is one that determines the success of achieving organizational goals. The performance of employees of UMKM Sarining Serati in Gianyar Regency found a phenomenon of lack of accuracy from employees which resulted in customer complaints against UMKM Sarining Serati in Gianyar Regency. Factors that cause employee performance to decline due to work life balance work stress and work environment. The formulation of the problem in this study is how is the partial and simultaneous influence between work life balance, work stress and work environment on employee performance at UMKM Sarining Serati in Gianyar Regency? The purpose of the study was to determine the partial and simultaneous influence between work life balance work stress and work environment on employee performance at UMKM Sarining Serati in Gianyar Regency. This study has a population of 38 and a sample of 38 employees. Furthermore, quantitative analysis consists of classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, determination analysis, t-test statistical analysis and F-test statistical analysis. The results showed that partially work life balance has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. partially work stress has no negative and insignificant effect on employee performance. Partially work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. work life balance work stress and work environment have a significant effect simultaneously on employee performance. Abstract

Companies or organizations need to pay attention to risk management and job satisfaction in improving employee performance. Good risk management and high job satisfaction will result in good performance. There were several problems found related to risk management and job satisfaction in an effort to improve employee performance at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk Unit Pujungan. This study aims to identify the influence of risk management on employee performance, the influence of risk management on job satisfaction, the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance, and the role of job satisfaction in mediating the influence of risk management on employee performance, with a focus on PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk Unit Pujungan. The research method uses quantitative data with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. This study uses a saturated sample method where the entire population is used as a sample, namely 62 employees. The data were analyzed using Smart PLS, including three stages: outer model analysis, inner model analysis, and hypothesis testing. This study demonstrates that risk management at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk Unit Pujungan positively influences employee performance and their job satisfaction. Additionally, job satisfaction also contributes positively to employee performance as a partial mediator. Keywords : Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction, Risk Management.

Abstract

The sustainability of MSME businesses can be measured from the level of purchasing power of the products produced. High consumer buying interest reflects the success of a product that can be accepted by consumers and indirectly has an impact on the resilience of MSMEs in the business sphere. High buying interest can occur if the taste and quality of the products produced can meet consumer expectations. MSMEs Kacang Merah Wira Bajing Klungkung has product taste and product quality that still needs to be improved in creating consumer buying interest in the products produced. This study, the main purpose of analyzing the influence of taste and product quality on consumer buying interest. Accidental sampling became a reference for the selection of research samples with a total of 96 consumers, data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires with validity tests. Test the hypothesis using multiple regression tests, determination, F test and t test. The first hypothesis can be proven by the results of racial aspirations and product quality has a significant influence on buying interest, as well as the second and third hypotheses can be proven by the results of taste and product quality have a positive and significant influence on buying interest. The results of this study provide reinforcement that the taste and quality of products can increase consumer buying interest, especially MSME products.
