Abstract

Abstract: Currently criminality condition has been greatly improved. This is due to lack of employment and the high prices of daily necessities that impact on increasing crime rate. Crime is not just happening on the streets, but also in housing. Many homes are visited by people who are not responsible, who then takes the valuables. This situation requires us to be more careful so as reduce the level of crime that occurs in housing projects. The solution is that we can create a tool that can detect the presence of people who do not want. How the tool works based microcontroller are as follows: 1) If there is a presence of people, then the sensor the presence of people going to work, 2) the sensor will send writing (text) to mobile phones via Bluetooth, 3) the sensor will also enable the system alarms. Abstract

The role of service quality in shaping customer satisfaction and loyalty is a research model built to determine the contribution of each factor in explaining other factors. To get a good research model using SEM-Covariance data analysis with the Linear Structural Relationship (LISREL) program. Sample data collection using purposive techniques and quota sampling conducted at Pengandaran, Karakatau, Dieng and Pahawang tourist destinations with 162 tourists. The findings of the research model that were built, that to realize sustainability and maintain the existence of travel agents in the future is to carry out aspects of service quality with excellence. Because it is known that service quality is an important factor for travel agents in shaping positive attitudes and behaviors of consumers that match expectations of being committed and being the first choice.

Abstract

Previous research or relevant research is very important in a research or scientific article. Previous research or relevant research serves to strengthen the theory and phenomenon of the relationship or influence between variables. This article reviews the factors that influence organizational commitment, namely: Individual Characteristics, Compensation, and Job Satisfaction, A Study of Human Resource Management Literature. The results of this research library are that: 1) individual characteristics have an effect on job satisfaction; 2) compensation affects job satisfaction; 3) individual characteristics affect organizational commitment; 4) compensation affects organizational commitment; and 5) job satisfaction affects organizational commitment.

Abstract

The purpose of writing a Literature Review Papers is to determine the effect of brand image and price variables on trust and purchase decisions. With qualitative methods and Library Research. The results show that brand image affects on trust, brand image affects on purchasing decision, price affects on trust, price affects on purchasing decision and trust affects on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of writing a Literature Review is to determine the effect of service quality and product quality variables on purchasing decision variables and customer satisfaction. With qualitative methods and Library Research. The results showed that service quality had an effect on purchasing decisions, service quality had an effect on customer satisfaction, product quality had an effect on purchasing decisions, product quality had an effect on customer satisfaction and purchasing decisions had an effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

In this study, researchers discussed software, efficiency, and evaluation of company performance. Software is an essential component in a hardware company used to carry out business activities and communicate. Then efficiency is an activity carried out by the company to minimize costs incurred to save cash. Then an evaluation is an activity carried out after implementing planning, organization, actuating, and controlling to solve problems or obstacles that occur. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods and library research by collecting data from Google Scholar and using Mendeley as a reference. The results of this study are 1) Software related to company performance, 2) company efficiency related to company performance, and 3) evaluation related to company performance.

Abstract

In a company, employees are one of the most important elements to achieve company goals. The performance of an employee is certainly influenced by several factors that a manager needs to know. Managers must know the strengths and weaknesses of each manager in order to maximize the potential and minimize the shortcomings of employees. Factors that affect the performance of an employee are motivation, compensation, and competence. Motivation is needed by an individual because basically humans need encouragement or encouragement in order to work better. Motivation is given as a way to improve employee performance to carry out their responsibilities. The different competencies of each employee are also a factor in the good or bad performance of an employee. Competence in each employee must be improved in order to achieve company goals. Compensation also affects an employee's performance. Compensation can be in the form of money or other facilities. Compensation is given as remuneration by the company to employees who have carried out their duties and responsibilities.

Abstract

Salah satu tenun songket yang ada saat ini didesa Ibul Besar 1 Kecamatan Pemulutan Kabupaten Ogan Ilir Sumatera Selatan. Usaha tenun songket ini dikelola oleh Ibu Neni yang merupakan Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). UMKM Ibu Neni memilik permasalahan untuk pemasaran tenun songket yaitu masih kesulitan dalam meningkatkan penjualan dan pemasarannya. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat akan memberikan pelatihan dalam penggunaan media digital kepada karyawan tenun songket sebagai media promosi dan penjualan. Hasil kegiatan pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat pada UMKM Tenun Songket Ibu Neni di Desa Ibul Besar 1 Kecamatan Pemulutan Kabupaten Ogan Ilir Sumatera Selatan yaitu terlaksananya Pelatihan Penggunaan Sosial Media Digital Instagram, Facebook dan E-Commerce sebagai media promosi dan pemasaran tenun songket.

Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Nyata Tematik (KKNT) merupakan salah satu bentuk pengabdian mahasiswa kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan oleh perguruan tinggi sebagai wujud implementasi Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Program KKNT ini dimaksudkan agar mahasiswa dapat mengaplikasikan ilmu pengetahuan yang didapatnya di perguruan tinggi, mengembangkan soft skills, serta rasa percaya diri dalam mempersiapkan diri menghadapi realitas kehidupan sosial kemasyarakatan, dan turut memberdayakan masyarakat di lokasi kegiatan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Pendekatan Partisipatif yaitu melibatkan masyarakat dalam setiap tahap kegiatan, dari perencanaan hingga implementasi, sehingga tercipta rasa memiliki terhadap program yang dilakukan. Dan dilanjutkan dengan Diskusi yaitu untuk Mengadakan sesi diskusi untuk menyampaikan informasi atau pengetahuan terkait dengan masalah yang dihadapi dan cara mengatasinya. Dan terakhir yaitu Aksi (Action Research) Melakukan penelitian yang tidak hanya menghasilkan pengetahuan, tetapi juga mengaplikasikan pengetahuan tersebut untuk memecahkan masalah konkret di masyarakat. Hasil Program Kerja yang telah dilaksanakan berjalan dengan lancar sesuai dengan yang telah dirancang dan mendapatkan hasil positif dari masyarakat yang terlibat.
