Abstract

Running text is a short news report running continuously underneath of television screen during a certain programme. The function of running text is to make the audience get easier understanding from the information of some events happened, without directly seeing from the news programme or the stage. The rersearch ontends to describe and explain the use of diction, sentence pattern, and productivity of the sentence pattern of running text in Kabar Pagi news on tvOne channel. The result shows that there are four kinds of disctions within running text, those are origin verb, derived verbs which are separated from prefiks, abbreviation, and acronym. There are five kinds of sentence pattern used within running text, those are simple sentence, complex sentence, direct speech, invitation sentence, and special short sentence for sports. According to amount of sentence can be concluded that the most productive sentence pattern is the simple sentence. Key words: diction, sentence pattern, productivity of sentence pattern. ABSTRAK Running text adalah berita singkat yang berjalan pada tampilan bawah layar televisi secara berulang- ulang dalam suatu acara tertentu. Running text berfungsi untuk memudahkan pemirsa televisi memahami informasi dari beberapa peristiwa yang terjadi, tanpa menyaksikan langsung dari tempat kejadian atau dari tayangan acara berita televisi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan penggunaan diksi, pola kalimat, dan keproduktivan pola kalimat running text pada acara Kabar Pagi di channel tvOne. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dalam running text ada empat jenis diksi, yaitu verba asal, verba turunan yang mengalami pelepasan prefiks, singkatan, dan akronim. Pola kalimat yang digunakan dalam running text ada lima jenis, yaitu kalimat tunggal, kalimat majemuk, kalimat langsung, kalimat ajakan, dan kalimat singkat khusus bidang olahraga. Berdasarkan jumlah kalimat dapat disimpulkan pola kalimat yang paling produktif digunakan adalah kalimat tunggal. Kata kunci: diksi, pola kalimat, keproduktivan pola kalimat.

Abstract

This study aims to improve employee engagement at a private hospital in Bogor Regency through organizational culture and servant leadership with commitment to the organization as an intervening variable. The study population was 141 permanent employees at the staff level and the number of samples used was 105 employees. Data collection to measure employee engagement variables, organizational culture, servant leadership and commitment to the organization was in the form of a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used descriptive statistics and path analysis. The results of the study showed: (a) There is a positive direct effect of organizational culture on commitment to the organization (b) There is a positive direct effect of servant leadership on commitment to the organization. (c) There is a positive direct effect of organizational culture on employee engagement. (d) There is a positive direct effect of servant leadership on employee engagement. (e) There is a positive direct effect of commitment to the organization on employee engagement (f) There is a positive indirect effect of organizational culture on employee engagement through commitment to the organization. (g) There is a positive indirect effect of servant leadership on employee engagement through commitment to the organization.

Abstract

The emergence of Industry 4.0 and Society 5.0 has had a major impact on the world of education, including on the formation of student character. This research aims to find out why students are reluctant to follow the habits that have been implemented at school, such as dhuha prayers in congregation, reading the Koran before learning and other religious habits. Apart from that, this research also aims to identify the causes and impacts of ethics shown by students in their interactions with teachers and peers. The approach used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. This research involved PAI teachers and class IX students as the main respondents. The research results show that character education strategies are implemented through routine activities, role modeling and character cultivation. Routine activities are carried out through religious activities such as reading the Koran before learning and praying Dhuha together. The teacher's example plays an important role in forming students' attitudes of discipline and responsibility. Meanwhile, character cultivation helps students. This activity aims to make students aware of religious values, especially in training to be able to give alms. However, this research also found challenges in character education, especially in maintaining consistent student behavior outside of school and the minimal use of technology in character learning. The conclusion of this research confirms that the implementation of PAI in forming students' Islamic personalities in the industrial era 5.0 requires an innovative approach that integrates religious values with technology. Therefore, adaptive strategies are needed, including the use of digital media to support more effective and sustainable character learning

Abstract

Kondisi terpenuhinya pangan bagi rumah tangga yang diukur dari ketersediaan pangan, akses terhadap pangan, dan pemanfaatan pangan yang memadai untuk hidup sehat. Program Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Kolaboratif 193 di Desa Lembengan telah menginisiasi sebuah program bernama "Telaga" atau Tebar Lele untuk Generasi Mendatang sebagai upaya pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam mewujudkan ketahanan pangan lokal. Program ini bertujuan untuk memanfaatkan kolam yang belum digunakan sebagai lahan budidaya ikan lele, sehingga dapat meningkatkan produksi pangan lokal sekaligus memberikan alternatif sumber protein bagi masyarakat desa. Selain itu, program ini juga melibatkan kegiatan sosialisasi mengenai pengolahan dan pemanfaatan produk olahan berbahan baku ikan lele, seperti nugget lele, yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan nilai tambah dan variasi konsumsi produk pangan berbasis ikan lele. Melalui kegiatan ini, diharapkan masyarakat Desa Lembengan dapat memperoleh pengetahuan dan keterampilan baru dalam budidaya ikan lele serta pengolahan produk turunannya. Dengan demikian, program "Telaga" tidak hanya berkontribusi terhadap ketahanan pangan desa, tetapi juga membuka peluang usaha baru yang dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat setempat. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan antusiasme masyarakat yang tinggi dalam mengikuti setiap rangkaian kegiatan, serta adanya peningkatan pemahaman mereka terhadap pentingnya pemanfaatan kolam sebagai sumber pangan dan pengolahan ikan lele sebagai produk bernilai ekonomi.

Abstract

Dengan demikian, program "Telaga" tidak hanya berkontribusi terhadap ketahanan pangan desa, tetapi juga membuka peluang usaha baru yang dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat setempat. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan antusiasme masyarakat yang tinggi dalam mengikuti setiap rangkaian kegiatan, serta adanya peningkatan pemahaman mereka terhadap pentingnya pemanfaatan kolam sebagai sumber pangan dan pengolahan ikan lele sebagai produk bernilai ekonomi.
