Abstract

AbstrakJumlah penduduk Kota Bandung yang diperkirakan akan mencapai 4,1 juta jiwa dengan laju pertumbuhan penduduk 0.8 % pada tahun 2031 telah melampaui daya dukung Kota Bandung sekitar 3,1 juta jiwa sehingga hadirnya hunian vertikal seperti apartemen dapat menampung populasi penduduk. Kegiatan sanitasi dalam gedung harus ditunjang dengan pemenuhan akan kebutuhan air bersih bagi semua penghuni, maka dari itu dibutuhkan perencanaan sistem plambing air bersih .Metode yang menjadi acuan adalah SNI 7065-2005 untuk perhitungan kebutuhan air bersih dan SNI 8153-2015 untuk penentuan dimensi pipa air bersih. Hasil perhitungan jumlah populasi menunjukan 744 jiwa. Total kebutuhan air bersih : 146,6 m³/hari, Kapasitas tangki bawah : 175,9 m³, kapasitas tangki atas : 26,1 m³. Berdasarkan hasil perencanaan dimensi pipa horizontal air bersih berkisar antara rentang 15 - 32 mm, dimensi pipa vertikal 40 mm, pompa yang dipasang adalah pompa sentrifugal dengan daya : 3,9 kW. Pompa booster dipasang untuk membantu tekanan di lantai 8 karena tidak memenuhi tekanan standar. Pipa yang digunakan untuk distribusi air bersih adalah jenis pipa PPR (Polypropylene Random).Kata kunci: Apartemen Royal Paradise, Air bersih, Diameter pipa.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and self-efficacy on employee performance, with work motivation serving as an intervening variable. The research was conducted at the Public Works and Public Housing Office (PUPR) of Bogor City, which plays a strategic role in implementing public infrastructure development and service programs. The study adopts a quantitative explanatory approach using survey methods with a sample of PUPR employees selected through proportional sampling techniques. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire based on a five-point Likert scale and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to test both direct and indirect effects. The results reveal that organizational culture and self-efficacy have significant positive effects on work motivation and employee performance. Moreover, work motivation partially mediates the relationship between the two independent variables and employee performance. These findings indicate that a strong organizational culture characterized by collaboration, integrity, and innovation combined with high employee self-efficacy enhances motivation and leads to improved work outcomes. The study contributes theoretically by integrating motivational and behavioral frameworks in the public sector context and provides managerial implications for strengthening organizational culture and empowerment programs to optimize civil servant performance in regional government institutions.

Abstract

This research to determine the effect of interest rates, exchange rates, GDP growth on ROA and the effect of interest rates, exchange rates, GDP growth, ROA on stock prices of the consumer goods industry sector that listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX)). The population in this study are the stock prices index in the consumer goods industry sector on the IDX during period 2010-2020. The sampling technique in this research is using a purposive sampling technique to produce 24 annual panel data samples during period 2010-2020. The analytical technique is using the panel data regression analysis. The results of this research are: 1) Interest rates do not have a significant effect on the profitability of companies in the consumer goods industry sector. 2) The exchange rate has a significant negative effect on the profitability of companies in the consumer goods industry sector. 3) GDP growth has no significant effect on the profitability of companies in the consumer goods industry sector. 4) Interest rates do not have a significant effect on the stock prices of companies in the consumer goods industry sector. 5) The exchange rate has a significant negative effect on the stock prices of companies in the consumer goods industry sector. 6) GDP growth has no significant effect on company stock prices in the consumer goods industry sector. 7) Profitability has a significant positive effect on company stock prices in the consumer goods industry sector. Based on the Adjusted R Square (R2) value in this research, the composite stock price index (IHSG) can be explained by the effect of variations in the independent variables of interest rates, exchange rates, GDP growth and profitability (ROA) of 84% meanwhile 16% is explained by other variables besides the variables in this research.

Abstract

Organisasi kepemudaan karang taruna merupakan wadah yang dapat membantu pemerintah dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan sosial yang ada di masyarakat. Kabupaten Bogor yang terdiri dari 40 kecamatan merupakan salah satu contoh wilayah yang menjadikan karang taruna sebagai wadah untuk memajukan daerahnya. Salah satunya adalah Kelurahan Cibinong yang berada dibawah Kecamatan Cibinong Kabupaten Bogor memiliki karang taruna yang bernama Karang Taruna Kelurahan Cibinong. Karang taruna kelurahan Cibinong saat ini menjadi wadah tempat berkumpulnya para pemuda dengan berbagai latar pendidikan mulai dari sekolah menengah sampai perguruan tinggi. Salah satu program kerja yang dimiliki oleh karang taruna Kelurahan Cibinong adalah pemberian pelatihan softskill. Hal ini dilatar belakangi oleh banyaknya pemuda dan pemudi yang belum bekerja atau menganggur. Banyaknya pemuda yang mengganggur disebabkan karena rendahnya keterampilan diluar kompetensi, ketidaksesuaian bidang kerja dengan peluang kerja yang ada, dan pemahaman yang minim dalam persiapan test dan seleksi kerja. Oleh karena itu kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini ditujukan untuk membekali para pemuda karang taruna Kelurahan Cibinong softskill dalam memasuki dunia kerja melalui pola rumah karir sederhana mulai dari mencari lowongan pekerjaan hingga persiapan test untuk seleksi kerja. Pemberian pembekalan kepada para angkatan muda siap kerja karang taruna kelurahan cibinong melalui pola rumah karir sederhana ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan dan membuka wawasan mereka sehingga lebih siap dalam memasuki dunia kerja dan dapat mengurangi jumlah pemuda yang menganggur di Kelurahan Cibinong.Keywords : Karang_Taruna, Kelurahan_Cibinong, Pemuda, Rumah_Karir_Sederhana, Softskill.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh pemasaran digital dan persepsi harga terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui citra merek. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa aktif Program Studi Manajemen Pascasarjana Universitas IPWIJA. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan cluster sampling dengan jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 112 responden. Analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemasaran digital dan persepsi harga berpengaruh terhadap citra merek, pemasaran digital tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, persepsi harga dan citra merek berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, pemasaran digital dan citra merek bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, pemasaran digital, persepsi harga dan citra merek secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, pemasaran digital berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui citra merek, persepsi harga berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui citra merek. Dengan demikian, Universitas IPWIJA untuk selalu dapat menjaga citra merek perguruan tinggi, mengingat indikator identitas merek memiliki nilai tertinggi dibandingkan indikator yang lain.ABSTRACTResearch was conducted to examine the influence of digital marketing and price perceptions on purchasing decisions through brand image. The population used in this research were active students of the IPWIJA University Postgraduate Management Study Program. The sampling technique used cluster sampling with a total research sample of 112 respondents. Data analysis uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of this research show that digital marketing and price perception influence brand image, digital marketing has no influence on purchasing decisions, price perception and brand image influence purchasing decisions, digital marketing and brand image together influence purchasing decisions, digital marketing, perception price and brand image together influence purchasing decisions, digital marketing influences purchasing decisions through brand image, price perception influences purchasing decisions through brand image. Thus, IPWIJA University can always maintain the university's brand image, considering that the brand identity indicator has the highest value compared to other indicators.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung kepribadian, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja serta pengaruh tidak langsung kepribadian terhadap kinerja melalui OCB maupun motivasi kerja. Populasi penelitian 133 perawat PNS di RSUD X dengan sampel 100 orang yang dipilih dengan metode simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert dan skala rating. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan teknik analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepribadian, OCB dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja. Kepribadian berpengaruh langsung positif baik terhadap OCB maupun motivasi kerja. Kepribadian juga memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kinerja baik melalui OCB maupun motivasi kerja tetapi tidak signifikan. Rumah sakit dapat meningkatkan kinerja perawat melalui penguatan kepribadian, OCB dan motivasi kerja.ABSTRACTThe aim of this research is to determine the direct influence of personality, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), and work motivation on performance as well as the indirect influence of personality on performance through OCB and work motivation. The research results show that personality, OCB, and work motivation have a direct positive effect on performance. Personality has a direct positive effect on both OCB and work motivation. Personality also has an indirect influence on performance, both through OCB and work motivation, but it is not significant. Hospitals can improve nurse performance by strengthening personality, OCB, and work motivation.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to determine the differences in the financial performance of conventional commercial banks and Sharia commercial banks by using 5 bank financial ratios, namely Loan to loan-to-deposit ratio (LDR), Non-Performing Loan (NPL), Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Operating Expenses to Operating Income (BOPO) and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). This research method is descriptive and comparative. The population taken for this research was 74 conventional commercial banks and 12 sharia commercial banks. Samples were taken using nonprobability sampling with a purposive sampling approach. The research results show that there are significant differences between conventional commercial banks and sharia commercial banks when viewed from ROA, ROE, and BOPO. Meanwhile, if we look at LDR/FDR, NPL/NPF, and CAR, there are no significant differences between conventional commercial banks and Sharia commercial banks. This implies that Islamic banks should be able to maximize income from each product and also optimize their operational costs.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kinerja keuangan bank umum konvensional dan bank umum syariah dengan menggunakan 5 rasio keuangan bank, yaitu Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Return on Asset (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Beban Operasional terhadap Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO) dan Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan komparatif. Populasi yang diambil untuk penelitian ini adalah 74 bank umum konvensional dan 12 bank umum syariah. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan non probability sampling dengan pendekatan purvosive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara bank umum konvensional dan bank umum syariah jika dilihat dari ROA, ROE dan BOPO. Sedangkan jika dilihat dari LDR/FDR, NPL/NPF dan CAR tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara bank umum kovensional dan bank umum syariah. Hal ini mengimplikasikan bank syariah sebaiknya dapat memaksimalkan pendapatan dari setiap produk dan juga mengoptimalkan biaya operasionalnya.

Abstract

This study aims to improve employee engagement at a private hospital in Bogor Regency through organizational culture and servant leadership with commitment to the organization as an intervening variable. The study population was 141 permanent employees at the staff level and the number of samples used was 105 employees. Data collection to measure employee engagement variables, organizational culture, servant leadership and commitment to the organization was in the form of a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used descriptive statistics and path analysis. The results of the study showed: (a) There is a positive direct effect of organizational culture on commitment to the organization (b) There is a positive direct effect of servant leadership on commitment to the organization. (c) There is a positive direct effect of organizational culture on employee engagement. (d) There is a positive direct effect of servant leadership on employee engagement. (e) There is a positive direct effect of commitment to the organization on employee engagement (f) There is a positive indirect effect of organizational culture on employee engagement through commitment to the organization. (g) There is a positive indirect effect of servant leadership on employee engagement through commitment to the organization.

Abstract

This study found a solution to improve Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in Non-ASN School Administrative Staff in Public Junior High Schools within the Bogor City Education Office. The results showed that: (a) Organizational culture has a significant positive direct effect on OCB (β = 0.367, p < 0.05), which means strengthening organizational culture can improve OCB. (b) Transformational leadership has a significant positive direct effect on OCB (β = 0.275, p < 0.05), which shows that strengthening transformational leadership can improve OCB. (c) Job satisfaction has a significant positive direct effect on OCB (β = 0.328, p < 0.05), which shows that increasing job satisfaction can improve OCB. (d) Organizational culture has a significant positive direct effect on job satisfaction (β = 0.765, p < 0.05), which shows that strengthening organizational culture can improve job satisfaction. (e) Transformational leadership has a significant positive direct effect on job satisfaction (β = 0.221, p < 0.05), which indicates that strengthening transformational leadership can increase job satisfaction. (f) Organizational culture has a significant positive indirect effect on OCB through job satisfaction (β = 0.250, p < 0.05), although job satisfaction is not effective as an intervening variable. (g) Transformational leadership has a positive indirect effect on OCB through job satisfaction (β = 0.072, p < 0.05), but job satisfaction is also not effective as an intervening variable.

Abstract

Financial performance for bank financial institutions demonstrates how management is focused on managing the business and balancing the interests of shareholders, consumers, monetary authorities, and the general public whose activities are tied to banking. This study aims to provide a rationale for the relationship between Non-Performing Loans (NPL), Operating Costs on Operating Income (BOPO), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) in Conventional Banks listed on the IDX for 2016–2021. 35 conventional commercial banks in Indonesia that will still be in operation by 2021 make up the population of this study. Purposive sampling was used in the sampling process, and 7 banks financial institutions were chosen as samples. The study's findings show that: (1) NPL has no significant impact on ROA; (2) BOPO has a substantial impact; (3) LDR has a significant impact; and (4) CAR factors have a large positive impact on ROA. The findings of this study show that the higher the CAR, the higher the ROA attained by the bank since the capital of the bank is better able to maintain the potential of the danger of losing its business, which also improves performance.
