Abstract

This study states that the implementation of the squid sea fish supply chain in the Nelayan Indah Village, Medan Labuhan District, Medan City, is still controlled by collectors, the demand for squid fish in the Nelayan Indah Village, Medan Labuhan District, Medan City is still very high and the supply of fish squid sea depends on the harvest season, weather, techniques and technology used in fishing vessels, and pricing of squid fish in the Nelayan Indah Village Medan Labuhan District Medan City based on the demand and supply.

Abstract

Berhasil tidaknya seseorang mengelola keuangan dalam rumah tangga pada prinsipnya sangat ditentukan dari sejauh mana mereka dapat mengatur segala bentuk pengeluaran dengan baik dan benar, oleh sebab itu kekuatan kontrol setiap pengeluaran biasanya lebih besar dari daya kontrol terhadap penghasilan. Sehingga dibutuhkan tingkat kedisiplinan didalam setiap kontrol pengeluaran. Kegiatan pengabdian yang dilaksanakan oleh tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat di RA. Raudhatul Jannah dengan peserta orang tua murid adalah melalui ceramah dan diskusi tentang pentingnya investasi pendidikan semenjak dini. Tujuan dilaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yaitu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran tentang pentingnya investasi pendidikan serta meningkatkan jumlah tabungan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah dengan ceramah, motivasi, dan diskusi kepada orang tua murid serta layanan konsultasi jika terjadi hambatan yang ada sehingga orang tua/wali murid dapat menyisihkan pendapatannya untuk menabung agar meningkatkan jumlah tabungan dari hari ke hari sehingga investasi pendidikan yang direncanakan bagi anak-anak mereka untuk melanjutkan pendidikan kejenjang berikutnya dapat diterapkan dan berjalan dengan baik. Hasil Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di RA. Raudhatul Jannah menunjukkan bahwa adanya kenaikan tingkat partisipasi orang tua murid dalam menabung, dan juga peningkatan jumlah tabungan dari hari ke hari

Abstract

Watak dan sikap wirausaha menjadi dasar kemampuan seseorang untuk sukses berwirausaha. Kemampuan seseorang dapat diiperoleh melalui proses pembelajaran. Kegiatan PkM ini untuk memberikan gambaran dan pembentukan watak dan sikap atau yang lebih dikenal dengan sebutan karakter di Desa Galang Suka. Salah satu model proses pembelajaran yang sesuai bagi generasi muda adalah melalui seminar. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilaksanakan dalam bentuk seminar online bersama mitra. Kegiatan PkM dalam bentuk seminar online menjadi inovasi dan solusi dalam penyebarluasan IPTEK di masa pandemik. Seminar dilaksanakan dengan memberikan materi, diskusi, tanya jawab dan pemberian angket sebagai dasar evaluasi hasil pelaksanaan. Materi yang diberikan pada kegiatan seminar ini adalah motivasi, peluang usaha, komunikasi, kepemimpinan, kreativitas dan inovasi. Berdasarkan hasil angket diperoleh hasil yang sangat memuaskan dimana seminar online PkM Karakter Wirausaha Sukses mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan peserta untuk berwirausaha

Abstract

Objectives: In this study, capital structure is used as an intermediary variable to examine how liquidity, profitability, and company size affect firm value. This study is anticipated to serve as a resource for future research as well as help businesses and investors make a variety of decisions.Methodology: This study uses secondary data and is quantitative. These facts were gathered via documentation methods. All of the firms in the food and beverage sectors that are listed on the IDX 2020–2021 make up the study's population. Purposive sampling was used to collect samples from 158 observations.Finding: According to the study's findings, liquidity, profitability, firm size, and capital structure had an impact on share value while only partially having an impact on capital structure. The outcomes of the path analysis demonstrate that while profitability has an impact on share value mediated by capital structure, liquidity, and company size do not have an impact on share value.Conclusion: Future researchers are urged by the findings of this study to include other variables, including external variables like inflation, interest rates, and taxes which may have an impact on business value

Abstract

The importance of the performance of the PKK cadre team can make it easier to achieve organizational goals. If these resources can be mobilized quickly, so that they can be used and the organization can run effectively and efficiently, it can be said that an organization's ability to fulfill its stated goals depends on teamwork in building a climate of collaboration.  This service aims to inspire the PKK women's group in Payageli Village to be able to manage their group more effectively and efficiently. The service was carried out by providing team performance training to the PKK women's group in Payageli Village.  The process includes observation, socialization, training, as well as monitoring and assessment as the final stage. The material offered is information regarding basic human resource management concepts, member recruitment and selection processes, human resource development, motivation and leadership and effective communication within teams. To help the PKK women's group in Payageli Village in managing the organization, creating a management structure, and developing the talents of PKK cadres, it is hoped that this can be carried out through this service activity. Based on the results of this activity, PKM participants gained knowledge and knowledge about how to improve the performance of the PKK team to be even better.

Abstract

Cash and inventory turnover reflect whether a company's operations are running smoothly or not, ultimately affecting its ability to generate profits. The faster a company's cash and inventory turnover, the more likely it is to increase its profits. This study aims to determine the effect of cash and inventory turnover on profitability at PT. Mitra Adiperkasa Store New Era in Medan. This study uses cash and inventory turnover as independent variables and profitability as the dependent variable.This study is a quantitative study using financial statement data for the 2019-2023 period. Sampling was conducted using a saturated sampling technique. Data processing was carried out using descriptive statistics and classical tests (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation). Furthermore, multiple linear regression analysis (T-test, F-test, and determination test) was conducted using SPSS version 25.The results of this study indicate that, based on the t-test, cash and inventory turnover have a partial positive and significant effect on profitability. Meanwhile, the F-test results suggest that both cash and inventory turnover have a positive and significant impact on company profitability simultaneously. Furthermore, the determination test results indicate that cash turnover and control variables can influence profitability by 62.1%, with the remaining 37.9% influencing other variables not yet examined.Furthermore, the discussion reveals a decline in cash turnover related to suboptimal inventory management, with the increase in cash exceeding the increase in sales. Moreover, the company's inventory turnover slowed, and inventory was held in the warehouse for relatively long periods, resulting in declining sales and profitability levels, as well as failure to meet company targets, and inefficient management costs.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a fundamental model that links digital stimulus to consumer purchasing decisions, with AI-based marketing strategies as a moderator variable. The development of digital technology has revolutionized consumer behavior in the purchase decision-making process. Digital stimuli, such as personalized advertising, artificial intelligence-based interactions (including chatbots and virtual assistants), automated product recommendations, and interactive UI/UX designs, are increasingly influencing consumer preferences. However, research that comprehensively examines the relationship between digital stimulus, AI-based marketing strategies, and purchasing decisions is still limited, especially in Indonesia. The novelty of this research lies in the integration of consumer behavior analysis with machine learning approaches to validate prediction models of purchase decisions. The method employed was a survey of 420 active digital consumers, followed by Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis and algorithmic validation using Random Forest and Gradient Boosting. The results show that personalized advertising and UI/UX design have a significant positive effect on purchase intent, which is further the primary determinant of purchase decisions. Machine learning-based pricing strategies have been demonstrated to enhance the effectiveness of personalized advertising. At the same time, AI interactions, product recommendations, sentiment analysis, and customer engagement moderation are not significant. Algorithmic validation confirms a very high prediction accuracy (96.9%–98.3%), indicating that the model reliably maps the behavior patterns of digital consumers. Theoretically, this study enriches the literature on digital consumer behavior while providing practical recommendations for e-commerce to optimize ad personalization, enhance UI/UX design, and leverage AI-based pricing strategies. The implications of this research are also relevant for regulators in strengthening ethical policies and developing the national digital economy ecosystem
