Eventhough the material or the message that will be delivered is the great one, if it is not followed by the suitable method, it will be useless. Method is the important one. The message can be refused by the receiver, even also can make the aim of the material that will be delivered unclear. Expert call it by ‘the method is message’. Therefore, the accurateness of the messenger in deciding and considering the method that will be used in delivering the message is very influencial for the success of implementing ‘Islam’ in society.

This research entitles attitude as the base for family and society happiness which aims to express Islam concept in positioning the attitude and its implication. They are wife attitude, husband, neighbor, and society and also their duties. Referring to Al-Quran and Hadist, attitude gives implication to reach happiness to the family and becomes the guidelines to human activities, individually or in groups. Having a good attitude is an effortto reachteh happiness for family and societies.

The understanding of religion and media literacy is becoming very important nowadays. The pattern is both textual and contextual which means it should be comprehensive and go in line with the norms lead to the kindness to all the people. The bombing of information need the literacy skill to filter the information. This field research aims to know the influence of the religious understanding and media literacy to the spread of hoax to the students. Data used is quantitative and the result shows that variable X1 (Religious understanding) has 5 dimensions, they are ideology, ritualistic, consequence, experiential, and intellectual. Variable X2 (media literacy) has 4 dimensions, they are Cognitive, Emotional, Aesthetic, and Moral. While, variable Y (the spread of hoax to the students) has 3 dimensions, they are hoax information, hoax source and hoax spreading pattern. The result shows that there are siginificant influence between the religious understanding and media lioteracy to the spread of hoax to the students.

Sedekah sangat penting dilakukan untuk dapat membantu orang-orang yang membutuhkan. Minat bersedekah sangat penting agar manusia mendapatkan ganjaran yang luar biasa oleh Allah swt. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi komunikasi persuasif komunitas Jum’at Sedekah Indonesia dalam meningkatkan minat bersedekah masyarakat Sukajaya Kota Palembang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Sukajaya Kota Palembang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan Model Miles & Huberman, yakni dengan tiga tahap: reduksi data, penyajian data serta penarikan dan mengambil kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yang didapat bahwa Strategi komunikasi persuasif Komunitas Jum’at Sedekah Indonesia dalam meningkatkan minat bersedekah pada masyarakat Sukajaya Kota Palembang dengan melakukan (1) Publikasi kegiatan sedekah dan memberikan informasi hadits tentang keutamaan bersedekah, (2) Diskusi atau obrolan santai dengan masyarakat untuk mengetahui kadar berpikir dan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang sedekah agar pesan komunikasi persuasif yang dilakukan dapat diterima dengan baik dan (3) Rapat, menyiapkan target, metode dan media yang digunakan serta menyiapkan amunisi dalam menyampaikan pesan komunikasi persuasif pada masyarakat. Setelah strategi komunikasi persuasif diberikan minat bersedekah masyarakat Sukajaya Kota Palembang meningkat. Hal-hal tersebut dapat meningkatkan minat bersedekah yang meliputi: senang saat bersedekah, rasa ingin tahu yang tinggi, sukarela saat bersedekah dan bersemangat saat bersedekah.

The development of media in the digital era is currently growing rapidly, one of which is the development of online media at this time. Online media that is currently in great demand, one of which is Suara.com. News is a journalistic product, journalist or journalism comes from the word journal, which means diary, or notes about daily events, or it could also mean newspapers. To attract the public's interest in reading the news, headlines must be made as good as possible. The headline is the big title of a work, the headline is located at the very top, and is the first thing the reader sees. Headlines are measured based on the following indicators: Duration, Frequency and Attention. Meanwhile, reading interest is measured by the following indicators: attention, interest, desire, and action.The approach used is quantitative with survey methods. The population in this study were 117 students in the Journalism Study Program, Faculty of Da'wah and Communication, UIN Raden Fatah Class of 2018, with a research sample of 12 students. Data collection techniques used in this study are questionnaires, documentation, and observation. The data analysis technique used in this study is the correlation regression test. Before the correlation regression test was carried out, validity and reliability tests were carried out first, as well as the classical assumption test. From the results of data analysis, the results show that there is a significant influence between the two variables, namely headlines on interest in reading news on Suara.com, it can be seen from the results t = 5.207 > t table and the significance is 0.000, so H0 is rejected H1 is accepted. And Headlines of 45.1% affect interest in reading news on Suara.com. This is evidenced by a correlation value of 0.451.

Skripsi yang berjudul “ Analisis Semiotika Moderasi Beragama Dalam Film Animasi Upin & Ipin “.Membahas tentang salah satu film animasi yang menarik yang dibuat dan dikemas semenarik mungkin sehingga bisa memikat bagi yang menonton terutama untuk kalangan anak – anak yaitu film Upin & Ipin ini. Film buatan Les Copaque ini kerap menceritakan bagaimana kehidupan sehari – hari dua anak kecil yang bernama Upin & Ipin, sering kali memuat pesan-pesan moderasi beragama didalam setiap episode nya. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis melakukan pendekatan dengan metode kualitatif. Menggunakan tekhnik analisis semiotika Roland Barthes, kemudian menganalisis isi gambar dan percakapan berdasarkan teori Roland Barthes yang berisi makna denotasi, konotasi, dan mitos. Hasil penelitian yang di peroleh dalam film Upin & Ipin di episode Gong Xi Fa Cai, Pesta Cahaya, Alkisah di Hari Raya, dan Berkurban di Aidil Adha, diantara nya sikap toleransi, tolong menolong, adil, serta berimbang. Dalam film animasi Upin & Ipin disetiap episode menggambarkan untuk menerapkan sikap moderasi beragama, karena dalam ajaran Islam tidak melarang untuk bersikap moderat, dalam berkehidupan antar umat beragama. Penelitian ini berjudul “Peran Wartawan dalam Mempromosikan Wisata Melalui Bentuk Berita Pada Media Sosial Instagram @Bisniscom.sumbagsel”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran wartawan dalam mempromosikan wisata melalui bentuk berita yang dilihat dari media sosial Instagram instansi berita Bisnis Indonesia Sumbagsel yaitu @Bisniscom.sumbagsel. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mewawancarai empat orang jurnalis Bisnis Indonesia Sumbagsel secara langsung sebagai informan, studi kepustakaan, observasi dan dokumentasi. Setelah data terkumpul akan dianalisis melalui tiga tahap yaitu, mereduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan yang disajikan dalam bentuk deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori peran wartawan dari berbagai ahli dan teori promosi Basu Swastha dan Irawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mempromosikan wisata termasuk peran wartawan dalam melakukan tugasnya. Bisnis Indonesia Sumbagsel sangat berperan sebagai media informasi dengan mempromosikan informasi wisata melalui berita yang mereka buat dan dapat dijadikan sebagai referensi masyarakat yang hendak plesiran. Tidak hanya sebagai bahan referensi, tetapi juga berita wisata dapat menjadi media hiburan dan memiliki peran penting sebagai kontrol sosial bagi khalayak ramai. Dengan keberadaan sosial media Instagram sangat mempermudah instansi berita seperti Bisnis Indonesia Sumbagsel dalam mempublikasikan berita melalui Instagramnya yaitu @bisniscom.sumbagsel. Bisnis Indonesia juga melakukan metode promosi agar berita wisata yang dibuat mendapatkan banyak pengunjung yaitu dengan menggunakan metode memberitahu dan membujuk. Bisnis Indonesia Sumbagsel diharapkan tetap selalu update berita mengenai informasi wisata secara up to date, akurat berdasarkan realita yang sebenarnya, dan terus meningkatkan kualitas berita wisata dengan selalu update video konten wisata di Instagram maupun sosial media lainnya agar bisa membantu pemerintah dalam hal meningkatan kunjungan wisata di Sumatera Selatan.

This study discusses the values â€‹â€‹of da'wah in niha'ie activities at the Nurul-Qomar Islamic Boarding School, Palembang. The aims of this research are to find out (1) What are the essential values â€‹â€‹of da'wah in niha'ie activities at the Integrated Modern Islamic Boarding School Nurul - Qomar Palembang. (2) find out what are the Supporting and Inhibiting Factors in the Implementation of Niha'ie Activities at the Integrated Modern Islamic Boarding School Nurul - Qomar Palembang. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation and recording. Data analysis used in this study is through data reduction, presentation and inference. This is shown from the results of this study, 1) The role in the formation of Islamic boarding school morale representing Ustad and Ustazza with students is going well. This includes activities such as: Prayers in Congregation of Imamah, Kitoba, Lectures, Amalia Tadris, Caring for Dead Body, Book Review, Autobiography, P2K (Public Service Practice), Nephew Nihaye's Final Examination. All male and female students of the Nurul Komal Islamic Boarding School participated in the activity. 2) Based on research conducted by researchers, researchers can conclude that: The role of Islamic boarding schools in building the spirit of students is good, and the activities of Ustaz and Ustaza have a positive impact on the spirit of students. can be improved from before. Even if there is support and disincentives for its implementation, there are supporting factors in student morale, namely the availability of proper facilities and infrastructure to facilitate activities and activities at Pompes, parents and their surroundings. Community support, and passion and enthusiasm is important. The cooperation between Ustaz and Ustaza in building good student enthusiasm can be reduced, but the inhibiting factor is the weather factor, which sometimes makes students lazy to go there, and students still lack confidence and stability in participating. This creates a certain feeling of laziness among students. students participating in activities at Islamic boarding schools.

The thesis entitled "The Influence of Competence, Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Palembang City Religious Education and Training Center". The problems are first, does work discipline have a partial effect on employee performance?, Second, does competence have a partial effect on employee performance?. Third, do competence and work discipline influence simultaneously on the performance of employees of the Palembang City Religious Education and Training Center? This type of research used is quantitative research. Data collection techniques include observation, questionnaires and documentation with data analysis techniques including validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heterocadesity, multiple linear and hypothesis testing. Research results 1) There is a positive and significant influence that competence has a partial effect on employee performance at the City Religious Education and Training Center, namely the tcount value is greater than ttable (4.577 > 0.68024) and the significance value of t variable X1 (sig t) is sig t (0.006) < α(0.05). 2) There is a positive and significant effect of work discipline partially on employee performance at the Palembang City Religious Education and Training Center with a variable value X2 = 0.008<0.05. The value of 0.317 is an increase from std. error r = 0.113 so that it can be ascertained that there is an influence between variable X2 (work discipline) on variable y (employee performance). 3) F-count value of 10,831; means that the F-count value (10,831) > ftable (2.83), while the sig f value is (0.000) <α (0.05), the decision is to reject Ho and accept Ha, then there is a positive and significant influence on competence, work discipline simultaneously on the Performance of Employees of the Palembang City Religious Education and Training Center.

ABSTRACT: This study examines the editorial team's strategy to improve the production quality of the "Handcuffs" broadcast on iNews TV, a local television broadcasting institution in Palembang. According to a Nielsen survey, the Detak Palembang program has an audience of more than 90% of Palembang people, and images are very important for television broadcasts. Images must be attractive and high quality. The producer is responsible for leading the entire production team to achieve the goals that have been set together in terms of creative and production management in accordance with the agreed themes and topics. Therefore, producers must be creative and have their own strategies so that the resulting images are good and quality broadcasts. Next, the researcher gave the title of the problem: "What is the editorial team's strategy for improving the production quality of handcuff broadcasts at the local television broadcaster iNews TV." In addition, the aim of this research is to determine innovative methods that producers can use to improve image quality in Palembang iNews events. There were two informants for this research, namely the Producer and Chief Editor of the iNews TV handcuff program. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Researchers found that iNews TV producers used strategies to get a good angle when reporting, so they could describe the atmosphere at the scene correctly. Producers also ensure that their images are not shaky. KEYWORDS: Creative Strategy, iNews Handcuffs, Palembang, Image Quality.
