Abstract

Instilling character education is one of the characteristics of the independent curriculum. Instilling character education is carried out through P5 which is an extension of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project. P5 takes the form of observing and solving environmental problems through cross-disciplinary learning. P5 uses project-based learning or PjBL as its approach. However, the P5 approach is different from projects that are integrated into school subjects as usual. Therefore, This research seeks to explore the implementation process and identify the challenges faced in applying P5 at SDN 1 Sukun Malang. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, namely in the form of research that describes words in written form obtained or the results of observations in the field. Qualitative methods are used, because the problem is not yet clear, complex and meaningful. Thus, qualitative research will describe a research object that is not yet clear and systematically meaningful. Data collection can be carried out in a scientific setting (natural setting) or in natural conditions using observation, interviews and documentation methods. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used is source triangulation. The research results state that the school ecosystem supports the implementation of P5. The design of the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students adapts to the conditions of the school environment. Meanwhile, the management and evaluation results adjust the project guidebook for strengthening the profile of Pancasila students. The following are several obstacles in implementing P5. First, it is difficult to find a suitable project theme. Second, difficulties in collaborating across sectors. P5 activities involve other stakeholders. Unfortunately, when it comes to collaborating with cross-school stakeholders, teachers and schools usually experience obstacles. Third, the rapid flow of globalization. The close interaction that students carry out with social media often has the effect of conveying values ​​beyond national characteristics. Based on the results of this research, it was concluded that the implementation of P5 at SDN 1 Sukun was going well. Penanaman pendidikan karakter merupakan salah satu ciri khas dari kurikulum merdeka. Penanaman pendidikan karakter dilakukan melalui P5 yang merupakan kepanjangan dari Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila. P5 berbentuk pengamatan dan pemecahan masalah lingkungan sekitar melalui pembelajaran lintas disiplin. P5 menggunakan pembelajaran berbasis proyek atau PjBL sebagai pendekatannya. Akan tetapi, pendekatan P5 berbeda dengan proyek yang diintegrasikan pada mata pelajaran di sekolah seperti biasanya. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi serta kendala pelaksanaan P5 di SDN 1 Sukun Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu berupa sebuah penelitian yang bersifat mendeskripsikan sebuah kata-kata dalam bentuk tulisan yang diperoleh atau hasil pengamatan di lapangan. Metode kualitatif digunakan, karena masalah yang belum jelas, kompleks dan bermakna. Dengan demikian penelitian kualitatif akan menggambarkan suatu objek penelitian yang belum jelas dan bermakna secara sistematis. Pengumpulan data dapat dilakukan dengan latar ilmiah (natural setting) atau sebuah kondisi yang alami dengan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa ekosistem sekolah menunjang pengimplementasian P5. Desain proyek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila menyesuaikan keadaan lingkungan sekolah. Sedangkan pengelolaan dan hasil evaluasi menyesuaikan buku panduan proyek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila. Berikut adalah beberapa kendala dalam pengimplementasian P5. Pertama, kesulitan mencari tema proyek yang sesuai. Kedua, kesulitan bekerjasama lintas sektor. Kegiatan P5 melibatkan stakeholder lainnya. Sayangnya pada saat harus bekerjasama dengan stakeholder lintas sekolah, biasanya guru dan sekolah mengalami kendala Ketiga, pesatnya arus globalisasi. Interaksi erat yang dilakukan oleh siswa terhadap sosial media kerap kali berdampak terbawanya nilai di luar karakteristik bangsa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, maka diperoleh kesimpulan yakni pengimplementasian P5 di SDN 1 Sukun berjalan dengan baik.

Abstract

Tujuan penelian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kegiatan literasi pojok baca terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis data deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis data kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kegiatan literasi pojok baca terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Pengaruh ini dinyatakan menenuhi kriteria: Uji Validitas dengan hasil 0,381 menunjukkan valid. Uji Reliabilitas dengan nilai Cronbach’s Alpha sebesar 0,951 menyatakan instrumen yang digunakan reliabel. Hasil pre-test dengan nilai rata-rata di kelas eksperimen 30,6667 sedangkan di kelas kontrol 30,8333. Hasil post-test nilai rata-rata di kelas eksperimen sebesar 53,5667 sedangkan kelas kontrol sebesar 40,1667. Hasil signifikansi dibandingkan dengan 0,05 maka semua data pre-test dan post-test telah berdistribusi normal karena signifikansi melebihi 0,05. Hasil data yang diperoleh Sig. 0,053 sehingga data lebih dari 0,05. Hasil uji-T diperoleh signifikansi 0,000. Berdasarkan data yang telah diperoleh dari penelitian ini dapat dinyatakan ada pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kegiatan literasi pojok baca terhadap motivasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

The Student Worksheets (LKPD) available so far only contain black and white writing. In addition, the pictures and questions presented did not attract students' interest in learning. Therefore, it is necessary to develop LKPD that can attract students' learning interests. This study aims to develop Electronic LKPD (E-LKPD) thematic learning based on Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). This research is a type of development research (RnD). The development model uses the ADDIE model which consists of the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation stages. The E-LKPD product that has been developed is then tested on validators, teachers, and students to determine the effectiveness of its use. Data analysis techniques were carried out descriptively, qualitatively, and quantitatively. Validation is carried out by three validators, namely content, material, and language validators. The research instrument is a teacher response questionnaire for practicality and a student response questionnaire for attractiveness. The average validation result of media experts is 3.6 with the "very valid" category, while the material expert is 3.83 with the "very valid" category and the linguist is 2.83 in the "valid" category with revisions. The results of the analysis of the practicality of the E-LKPD can be assessed from the results of the teacher's questionnaire score obtained a score of 3.43 in the "very practical" category while the results of the analysis of the attractiveness of the E-LKPD obtained from the results of the student questionnaire score with a score of 3.19 in the "good" category. Based on the trial, it was concluded that the results of developing the E-LKPD product for HOTS-based thematic learning were valid, practical, and interesting to use in learning in grade IV elementary schools.

Abstract

The lack of use of learning media, especially in thematic learning, causes students to experience difficulties in learning. The need for learning media development in thematic learning to facilitate students in learning. This study aims to develop Pop-Up Book media and find the location and practicality of Pop-Up Book learning media based on integrative thematic learning on Theme 8 Safety at Home and Travel. This type of research is development. The research method used is the ADDIE model. This study consisted of expert validators of learning media, content expert validators, class teachers, and students. The data collection instruments used in this study were questionnaires and expert judgment. The data used in this study is a feasibility analysis and practicality analysis. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis. The study results indicate that this learning media has gone through systematic stages of development research. Based on the validation of material experts, media experts, practitioners, and students, the Pop-Up Book's quality was very good. The Pop-Up Book learning media development is feasible, practical, and attractive to be used as a learning medium in Class 2 thematic learning. The Pop-Up Book media can facilitate students in learning so that it impacts increasing student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research illustrated the church’s involvement in children’s moral education through Sunday school in Tidar, Malang, in order to support the implementation of good citizenship since early age. This study used a qualitative approach with case study research. Data were collected by interview, observation, and documentation methods. Data were analysed by reduction, display, and verification in the form of coding, categories; and were verified by triangulation. The result shows that the church is involved in the children’s moral development through activities of faith development, mental development, and encouragement to care for others. By being engaged in the Sunday school, the children are becoming more sensitive to what others went through, to their surrounding, such as throwing trashes in the bins and becoming a better person than before. Church’s involvement in improving children's morals through Sunday school is a form of church participation in supporting the improvement of good citizens. Keywords: church involvement, moral development, Sunday school ABSTRAK Penelitian ini menggambarkan keterlibatan gereja dalam pembinaan moral anak-anak melalui sekolah minggu di Tidar, Malang, dengan tujuan untuk mendukung terwujudnya warga negara yang baik sejak dini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan reduksi, tampilan (display), dan verifikasi dalam bentuk koding, kategori, dan tema. Sedangkan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukan keterlibatan gereja dalam pembinaan moral anak-anak melalui sekolah minggu dilakukan dengan kegiatan pembinaan iman, pembinaan mental, dan penguatan untuk peduli terhadap sesama. Dengan adanya keterlibatan gereja melalui sekolah minggu dalam pembinaan moral anak-anak, mereka menjadi peka terhadap apa yang dialami oleh orang lain, menjadi peka terhadap lingkungan di sekitarnya, seperti membuang sampah pada tempatnya dan menjadi pribadi yang lebih baik dari sebelumnya. Keterlibatan gereja dalam pembinaan moral anak-anak melalui sekolah minggu merupakan wujud partisipasi gereja dalam mendukung terbentuknya warga negara yang baik.
