Abstract

Proses pelayanan embarkasi debarkasi harus dikembangkan sebagai bentuk pelayanan kepada penumpang kapal. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Proses Pelayanan Embarkasi dan Debarkasi Penumpang KM. Bukit Siguntang di Pelabuhan Tenau Cabang Kupang pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif deskriptft dengan wawancara dan diteliti menggunakan triagulasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui proses pelayanan embarkasi dan debarkasi KM. Bukit siguntang, dan kendala yang dihadapi.

Abstract

Koperasi simpan pinjam merupakan lembaga keuangan non-bank yang berperan penting dalam memperluas akses pembiayaan bagi pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Namun dalam praktiknya, masih ditemukan sejumlah kendala dalam pengelolaan kredit, seperti ketidaklengkapan dokumen, keterlambatan survei lapangan, serta kelemahan dalam pengisian formulir dan keterlibatan penjamin. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan tata kelola koperasi melalui pelatihan, pendampingan teknis, dan evaluasi internal. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif dan berbasis kebutuhan, dengan melibatkan koperasi secara aktif dalam seluruh tahapan kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pemahaman dan kesadaran terhadap pentingnya pengelolaan kredit yang tertib dan profesional. Rekomendasi sistem verifikasi berkas, penjadwalan survei, pelibatan penjamin, serta penyempurnaan formulir dan pengendalian internal disampaikan untuk mendukung tata kelola koperasi yang lebih efektif. Kegiatan ini diharapkan mampu memperkuat kapasitas kelembagaan dan memberikan dampak jangka panjang bagi peningkatan kualitas layanan koperasi terhadap anggotanya.Kata kunci: koperasi simpan pinjam, pengelolaan kredit, tata kelola, pengabdian masyarakat

Abstract

The achievement of competitive advantage will be realized through superior products, namely products that are the choice of consumers. Solo Raya formerly known as Subosukawonosraten (Surakarta, Boyolali, Sukoharjo, Wonogiri, Sragen and Klaten) has a variety of tourism products that are quite unique. Each region has its own characteristics that are difficult for other regions to follow.Based on the regression analysis that the satisfaction of tourist visitors is positively and significantly influenced by the service quality dimension variables, either jointly or partially. Variables in the service quality dimension determine the effect of satisfaction, while variables outside the service quality dimension do not significantly affect the level of satisfaction.Tourist visitors in general, from the aspect of attractiveness, it can be seen that tourist visitors are interested in aspects of the natural environment and socio-cultural environment, from the aspect of advice, tourist visitors prefer a clean, tidy From the aspect of the frequency of visits, most of them visit repeatedly, from the aspect of superior products, most of them are culinary and handicraft products

Abstract

Business Model Canvas (BMC) memiliki sembilan elemen yang meliputi Pelanggan yang mencakup Segmen Pelanggan, Proposisi Nilai, Saluran, Hubungan Pelanggan, Aliran Pendapatan, Sumber Daya Utama, Aktivitas Utama, Kemitraan Utama, dan Struktur Biaya. Dengan BMC, Anda bisa mengetahui cara apa saja yang digunakan UMKM OMAH COWBOY untuk mengembangkan usahanya. Omah Cowboy merupakan salah satu usaha UMKM di desa Banyuanyaar yang bergerak di bidang produksi olahan susu. Produk olahannya berupa yoghurt dan SSY masih terus dikembangkan menjadi keju dan produk susu lainnya. Hasil produksinya dapat dinikmati oleh orang tua, anak-anak, remaja, balita, dewasa, baik perempuan maupun laki-laki. Tempat produksinya masih di pedesaan asri dan jauh dari keramaian. Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the cooperative development strategy steps in carrying out digital transformation and the results obtained by cooperatives in developing digital transformation. Researchers will use a qualitative descriptive approach that studies existing problems and applicable work procedures. Qualitative research type. The research results obtained are that the digitalization of cooperatives offers various potential benefits that can increase efficiency, effectiveness and transparency, however, to realize this fundamental change, cooperatives must be ready to adapt and develop their technological capabilities and change organizational culture to be in line with the digital era. The digitalization of cooperatives brings many benefits to employees, from increasing efficiency and productivity to increasing welfare and career development, this not only benefits individual employees, but also supports the performance and growth of the cooperative as a whole. Abstract

Pacitan Regency is a small regency that has various tourism potentials in it, ranging from natural tourism to cultural tourism. This study aims to determine the effect of the number of tourist visits, the number of hotel rooms and the number of tourist attractions on the original regional income of the tourism sector of Pacitan Regency for the period 2019-2024. The object of this study is income in the tourism sector of Pacitan Regency. The data used in this study are secondary data taken from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and the Pacitan Regency Tourism Office. This study uses multiple linear regression data analysis.Based on the analysis that has been carried out, the results obtained show that together the three variables have a significant effect with the results of the Adjusted R square test of 90.1% on the original regional income of the tourism sector, while the remaining 9.9% is influenced by variables outside those studied. Partially, only the variable number of tourist visits shows a positive and significant effect on the original regional income of the tourism sector of Pacitan Regency, while the variables number of hotel rooms and number of tourist attractions have a positive but not significant effect on the original regional income of the tourism sector of Pacitan Regency.
