Abstract

Learning is a profound activity in human life, fostering lifelong knowledge growth. Formal education in schools serves as the primary arena for this learning activity. The curriculum, as a guide for learning, is directed by the Ministry of Education and Culture in Indonesia. This research aims to explore the impact of the Merdeka Belajar curriculum on school culture and climate. Using a qualitative approach and descriptive method, the study analyzes relevant scholarly literature. The findings highlight significant changes in school culture toward a holistic and inclusive approach, accommodating diverse talents and interests of students. The Merdeka Belajar curriculum also influences the school climate by introducing flexibility in subject selection, altering behavioral patterns within it. This research contributes to understanding the impact of the Merdeka Belajar curriculum in transforming the dynamics of school culture and climate in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research discusses the concept of a constructive paradigm in Islamic education management, with a focus on opportunities and challenges in the global era. It emphasizes the importance of innovation, developing teaching quality, and effective management in facing global dynamics. The aim of this research is to identify and analyze the implications of globalization for Islamic education. The research method uses a qualitative approach and a literature review to explore the impact of globalization on Islamic educational institutions. The research results show that there are positive opportunities, such as technological advances, as a basis for positive change, but also identify social and cultural challenges that require a holistic approach. Therefore, it can be concluded that this research emphasizes the need to develop quality and globally relevant Islamic educational institutions. In facing global challenges, there is a need to focus on innovation, improving the quality of teaching, and effective management to ensure the sustainability of Islamic education that makes a positive contribution to the global scope.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Store Atmosphere terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan pada December Coffee Gading Serpong baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dengan tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan objek penelitian, ataupun hasil penelitian. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dengan rumus Slovin di dapat sebanyak 100 responden. Dalam mengumpulkan data peneliti menggunakan penyebaran angket kuesioner dan pengolahan data menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 26. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, analisis koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas pelayanan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 4,457 + 0,505X1 dengan kontribusi pengaruhnya sebesar 51,1% dan uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai t hitung > t tabel atau (3,617 > 1,9847). Store atmosphere secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan persamaan regresi Y = 1,913 + 0,715X2 dengan kontribusi pengaruhnya sebesar 56% dan uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai t hitung > t tabel atau (5,053 > 1,9847). Kualitas pelayanan dan store atmosphere secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan persamaan regresi Y = 0,186 + 0,246X1 + 0,464X2 dengan kontribusi pengaruhnya sebesar 61,3% dan uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel atau (76,718 > 3,090), dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Dengan demikian kualitas pelayanan dan store atmosphere berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada December Coffee Gading Serpong.

Abstract

Dalam era digital sekarang ini, pengguna internet untuk perdagangan yang semakin bertambah, sehingga mendorong munculnya bisnis baru sebagai start up bisnis. Semua bisnis tersebut bergerak dalam bidang perdagangan dan jasa yang memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari, mayoritas dari mereka bergerak di bidang online. Pemanfaatan perkembangan teknologi pada bidang pemasaran yang mengubah cara pengerjaan suatu pekerjaan dari cara konvensional mengarah kepada teknologi digital dengan memanfaatkan e-commerce. Namun karena keterbatasan latar belakang pendidikan dan pengetahuan yang dimiliki oleh sebagian penduduk, membuat para Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) ini mengalami kesulitan dalam memasarkan produk-produk hasil karya mereka. Pemasaran akan produk- produk hasil kerajinan tangan dan olahan kebun, selama ini hanya diperdagangkan melalui pasar tradisional atau dengan cara menitipkan ke warung-warung atau dengan promosi dari mulut ke mulut. Cara pemasaran yang konvensional ini membuat penghasilan mereka kurang meningkat, mengingat perkembangan teknologi saat ini makin berkembang. Tentu saja Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) ini akan tergerus oleh perkembangan zaman yang sudah menggunakan teknologi informasi. Melihat situasi seperti itu, maka kami mencoba untuk mengarahkan dalam membantu perekonomian Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) agar dapat meningkatkan penghasilan melalui pemanfaatan e- commerce sebagai solusi alternatif dalam melakukan inovasi pada strategi pemasaran dengan tujuan untuk menjaring potensi pasar yang lebih besar.

Abstract

In today’s digital era, social media has become an essential tool for marketing, offering vast opportunities for young entrepreneurs to expand their businesses. However, many small business owners in rural areas still face challenges in effectively utilizing these platforms. This community service program aimed to empower young entrepreneurs in Situgadung Village, Tangerang Regency, by enhancing their knowledge and skills in social media marketing. The program took place in April 2025 at Situgadung Village and was facilitated by 12 lecturers from Universitas Pamulang. It involved 25 local MSME entrepreneurs as participants. The activities were carried out through a combination of lectures, practical simulations, interactive discussions, and question-and-answer sessions to maximize learning outcomes. Findings indicate that the participants improved their ability to use social media for promoting their products, engaging customers, and building their brand image. Many expressed greater confidence in managing digital marketing strategies and maintaining social media presence. This initiative contributed to raising awareness about modern marketing methods and is expected to support the growth and sustainability of the local businesses. Overall, the program demonstrates the critical role of social media as a marketing tool for young entrepreneurs in rural communities and offers a valuable framework for similar community empowerment efforts.

Abstract

Keberhasilan pendidikan tidak hanya terjadi melalui tatanan pendidikan, tetapi juga diperlukan peningkatan kinerja lembaga pendidikan dalam melakukan pelaksanaan pendidikan. Sumber daya manusia merupakan proses yang dilakukan oleh seorang pimpinan (kepala sekolah) kepada bawahan (tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan) untuk mencapai tujuan lembaga pendidikan. Metode penelitian menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan pengumpulan data yang dilakukan menggunakan teknik observasi dan wawancara. Untuk analisis data melalui tiga tahapan, yaitu reduksi data, sajian data, penarikan simpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi pengembangan sumber daya manusia dalam meningkatkan kualitas kinerja institusi berdasarkan tinjauan terkini dan implikasi praktis ialah pentingnya kolaborasi antara staf pengajar, staf manajemen, dan pihak berkepentingan eksternal juga ditemukan sebagai kunci keberhasilan. Rekrutmen yang cermat, pengembangan karyawan yang terfokus, kepemimpinan yang visioner, sistem manajemen kinerja yang terstruktur, dan integrasi teknologi membentuk suatu kesatuan strategis. Kolaborasi antara berbagai pemangku kepentingan juga menjadi kunci untuk keberlanjutan dan keberhasilan kualitas kinerja lembaga pendidikan. Dengan melakukan hal tersebut sehingga dapat mengelola sumber daya manusia yang lebih efisien, merespon perubahan dengan cepat, dan menciptakan budaya organisasi yang dinamis.Success in education is not only achieved through the educational system but also requires the improved performance of educational institutions in implementing education. Human resource development is a process carried out by a leader (school principal) towards subordinates (educators and education staff) to achieve the goals of the educational institution. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection conducted using observation and interview techniques. Data analysis involves three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and verification. The research results show that human resource development innovation in improving the quality of institutional performance, based on recent reviews and practical implications, highlights the importance of collaboration among teaching staff, management staff, and external stakeholders as a key to success. Careful recruitment, focused employee development, visionary leadership, structured performance management systems, and technology integration form a strategic unity. Collaboration among various stakeholders is also crucial for the sustainability and success of the educational institution's performance quality. By doing so, it can manage human resources more efficiently, respond quickly to changes, and create a dynamic organizational culture.

Abstract

Tujuan  penelitian  ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Promosi, dan  kualitas pelayanan secara simultan  terhadap keputusan Pembelian Pada agen ikan UD Langgeng Pondok Aren. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah 100 responden. Teknik analisis data dengan analisis regresi linier. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian dengan t hitung > t tabel atau (11,181 > 1,98397). Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian dengan thitung > ttabel (12,694 > 3,058). Promosi dan Kualitas Pelayanan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian nilai Fhitung > Ftabel atau (123,353 > 3,09).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of brand image and price on purchasing decisions for Mitsubishi passenger cars at PT Lautan Berlian Utama Motor West Jakarta Branch, both partially and simultaneously. This research is descriptive quantitative with an associative approach. Sampling was taken using purposive sampling technique. The population in this study are people who have purchased Mitsubishi passenger cars in residential areas in West Jakarta and its surroundings, including the Depok, Bogor, Bekasi, Tangerang areas. The ancient Rao sample used in this research was 96 respondents. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires, data analysis techniques using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, linear regression tests, correlation coefficient tests, coefficient of determination tests, hypothesis tests, t tests and f tests with the help of SPSS Version 26 software. The research results show that (1) Brand Image influences purchasing decisions with the regression equation Y=7.081=0.789X1. The correlation coefficient value is 0.837, the coefficient of determination value is 0.700, which has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a calculated t result of 14.824 > t table 1.986. with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. (2) Price influences purchasing decisions with the regression equation Y = 3.524+1.073 .05. (3) Brand Image and Price influence purchasing decisions with the regression equation Y = 1.055+0.420X1+0.694X2, correlation coefficient value of 0.931, determination coefficient value of 0.867, significant influence on purchasing decisions with the result Fcount 302,881 > Ftable 3.094 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, then in this study Ha is acceptable.

Abstract

This thesis discusses "Self efficacy with decision making of students of the Islamic Psychology Study Program at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang Class of 2017". The research subjects totaled 106 students of class 2017 majoring in Islamic Psychology, Faculty of Psychology UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. the data collection method used is a psychological scale using a Likert scale, namely the self-efficacy scale with a decision-making scale. The Self-efficacy scale consists of 40 items (0.898) while the decision-making scale consists of 35 items (0.920). The data analysis method used to test the hypothesis is Product Moment analysis. All calculations were performed with the help of the SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Scient) version 20 for windows. Based on the results of statistical calculations that have been carried out, it shows that there is a significant relationship between self-efficacy and decision making for students of the Islamic Psychology study program at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang class of 2017. The results of this study are evidenced by the correlation coefficient value which shows the number 0.562 with a sig. 0.000 where p < 0.01, so from these results it can be seen that there is a very significant relationship between self-efficacy and decision making in students of the Islamic Psychology study program at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang class of 2017.
