Abstract

  The word is strung into the verses of the Koran is a divine sentence a similar level of fluency and beauty of literature between one verse with other verses. Although the Koran uses mutashâbih al-lafz and tikrâr, the choice of words is representative of the context is going on. This means that the choice of words shows the detail of information that occurred and the repetition of words not followed essentially the repetition of meaning, but brings new meaning different from the first words that are complementary and not interchangeable. This rule is brought to Ibn al-Zubayr al-Gharnâtî trough his creation, Milâk al-Ta’wîl al-Qâti’ bi Dhawi al-Ilhâd wa al-Ta’t}îl fî Tawjîh al-Mutashâbih al-Lafz min Ây al-Tanzîl. This creation became a real reflection of insight cleric Granada, which uses the method applied research (al-manhâj al-tatbîqî al-tahlîlî) in every discussion. This article will explain the interpretation of Ibn Zubayr on the causes of differences in editorial verses of the Koran, known as al-lafz mutashâbih.

Abstract

Tulisan ini berusaha untuk mengekplorasi makna jahl (kebodohan) yang dideskripsikan oleh al-Qur’an dengan berbagai bentuk kata dan konteksnya melalui pendekatan tafsir tematik (al-tafsîr al-mawdlû’iy). Perspektif yang digunakan menurut kitab tafsir “Al-Qur’an dan Tafsirnya (Edisi yang Disempurnakan) karya Tim Penulis yang terdiri dari para pakar atas inisiasi Kementrian Agama. Pengungkapan makna jahl dalam al-Qur’an menghasilkan kesimpulan yang relevan untuk diangkat di era kekinian, sebagai sumbangan paradigma pemikiran dalam kehidupan. Keyakinan bahwa sejarah berulang melalui sejumlah peristiwa yang terulang dengan pelaku sejarah yang bebeda, menjadi sebuah pengetahuan awal menuju perubahan. Hebatnya, pola kesalahan yang berulang dari satu umat, masyarakat atau komunitas bermuara pada satu faktor, yaitu kebodohan (jahl). Lafal jahl terulang sebanyak 24 kali yang tersebar dalam 17 surat, 15 Makkiyyah dan sisanya Madaniyah. Keduapuluh empat kata tersebut berkedudukan sebagai mashdar sebanyak 9 kali, fi‘l mudlâri‘ sebanyak 5 kali dan berkedudukan sebagai subjek (fâ‘il) sebanyak 5 kali. Masing-masing turunan kata tersebut mencerminkan karakteristik dan dampak kebodohan yang khas. Pastinya, kebodohan menghasilkan penyakit kronis dalam setiap sendi kehidupan, baik kebodohan karena keterbatasan ilmu mengenai Allah dan ajarannya, ataupun kebodohan karena meyakini sesuatu yang tidak sepatutnya diyakini, seperti musyrik, terlebih kebodohan karena meyakini bahwa dirinya dalam kebenaran, meskipun jelas-jelas dalam kesalahan fatal seperti kaum Luth. Solusi qurani dalam menanggapi kebodohan diantaranya: iman yang benar dan kokoh (faithful) dengan pembuktian nyata berupa amal saleh, menghindari perbuatan zhulm, klarifikasi dan berhati-hati atas setiap informasi yang diterima terlebih di era digital, dan bersegera bertaubat seketika melanggar hukum Allah.

Abstract

The stylistic approach provides a new perspective in the literature studies, especially Qur'anic research. Understanding the Qur'an from a stylistic overview can explain the use of certain words or language structures that distinguish between works. It reveals the characteristics, implied meanings, and beauty of the structure of the Qur'anic text as the primary aspect of the miracles of the Qur'an. The euphemism of the composition of the Qur'an can be seen, for example, in surah al-Qiyāmah. Surah al-Qiyāmah, classified as a makkiyah surah, contains matters relating to the final day, starting from the sacratulmaut stage to the description of the Day of Judgment. Descriptive research with Stylistic analysis in this article, reveals the findings of four aspects of the Stylistics of the Qur'an contained in surah al-Qiyāmah; phonology, morphology, syntax, and imagery. On the phonological aspect, including; fricative, plosive, mukarrarah, and semi-vocal consonants. From the morphological aspect, there are forms of verbs (al-māḍi, al-muḍāri‘ and af‘al al-majhul) which have various meanings. Aspects of syntax contribute to the style of language such as; al-taqdm wa al-ta'khīr, repetition, imperative sentences, and interrogative sentences. Meanwhile, in the imagery aspect, alliteration, assonance, polysindenton, erotic, tautology, ellipsis, synecdoche, and hypalase styles are found.

Abstract

Human trafficking is one of the world's problems that almost every country, including Indonesia, experiences or faces. Human trafficking is not a new issue in Indonesia, as this practise has never ceased to exist throughout the years. Humans are viewed as commodities that can be easily exploited, whereas, according to Islam, humans must be protected and granted freedom in accordance with their nature. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive analysis of human trafficking in the Qur'an so that it can be implemented in practise. This research asks how the ma'nā-cum-maghzā study in Q. Yūsuf [12]: 19-20 relates to human trafficking. As a result, this paper employs the analytical-critical method and Sahiron Syamsuddin's ma'nā-cum-maghzā theory as its methodology and focuses solely on Q. 12: 19-20. Human trafficking is not explicitly forbidden in the Qur'an, but it is described in the form of the story of the past. In the story of the Prophet Yūsuf (peace be upon him), he was a victim of human trafficking. This practise violates the right to liberty of every human being, so it is imperative that countries abandon it.

Abstract

Religious moderation is a conflict resolution over religious issues. The mention of non-Muslims as infidels is a sensitive matter because it is one of the causes of the breakdown of religious moderation. The Qur'an is always stated as a reference source that solves every problem throughout the ages. This is no exception to the problem of religious moderation. To realize the function of the Qur'an, the Qur'an needs to be understood contextually. This research is a type of literature research, namely research whose data sources are taken from various literatures. This research includes letter thematic research, namely research on certain letters in the Qur'an, in this study the focus is on QS. al-Kāfirun. The approach used is Fazlur Rahman's double movement hermeneutics because by using double movement hermeneutics it will be known how the historicity of the verse is and how it is contextualized in the present. The results of this study are that there are three principles that can be taken from QS. al-Kāfirūn in addressing religious diversity. The first is tolerance, the second is mutual respect and the third is dialogue between religious adherents. By adhering to these principles, adherents of religions will not act arbitrarily towards adherents of other religions. So that relations between humans or between religious adherents do not deny the values ​​of humanity itself. As he hoped, between humans and between religious adherents can live in harmony, peace and quiet in practicing their respective religions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini disajikan dalam bentuk artikel dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif kepustakaan dengan metode tematik maudu’iy. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk dapat menjabarkan manejemen mutu dalam perspektif Al-Qur’an. Semua hal terkait mutu sudah terdapat dalam susunan suatu Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan Nasional No. 63 tahun 2009, yang berisi mengenai tingkatan mutu, batasan mutu, serta tujuan penjaminan mutu. Penjaminan mutu pendidikan memiliki tujuan untuk mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa sebagaimana yang tertuang dalam pasal 1945. Manajemen mutu perspektif Al-Qur’an menghasilkan hasil berupa tafsir Qur’an yang membahas terkait mutu pendidikan melalui upaya yang dapat dilakukan seperti dapat membentuk suasana belajar yang nyaman dan kondusif, banyaknya prestasi yang diraih,adanya diklat bagi pendidik maupun tenaga kependidikan,sistem pengelolaan yang baik baik dari segi manajemen sarana prasaran, segi administrasi, manajemen pendidik dan tenaga kependikan, serta terlaksananya pendidikan yang terlaksana sesuai standar operasional pendidikan. Maka apabila beberapa upaya tersebut dapat dilaksanakan akan mendorong terciptanya pendidikan yang bermutu serta dapat membangun karakter bangsa yang cerdas.

Abstract

Peran ganda (double burden) perempuan adalah kondisi perempuan dalam dua bagian domestik seperti, ibu rumah dan publik salah satunya dalam bidang politik. Perempuan zaman pra Islam terbelenggu oleh budaya patriaki, adat istiadat yang mengakar pada masyarakat Arab pada waktu itu. Mereka bagaikan barang komoditi yang diperjual-belikan. Ketika Islam datang, kedudukan mereka mulai menjadi mulia, hal ini terbukti dengan tidak ada larangan perempuan untuk bekerja berkiprah dalam ranah publik. Namun salah satu faktor penyebab kaum perempuan mengalami bias (ketimpangan) gender sehingga mereka belum setara adalah interpretasi teks-teks agama yang bias gender. Selama ini penafsiran al-Qur’an didominasi ideologi patriarki sebab kebanyakan mufasir adalah kaum laki-laki, sehingga kurang mengahargai kepentingan kaum perempuan terutama mufassir era klasik. Tulisan ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif metode tinjauan literatur, dengan mengaimat fenomena serta mengumpulkan data dan informasi dari berbagai literature relevan buku, teks dan sumber internet. A-Qur’an tidak secara langsung menyebut ayat-ayat double burden perempuan dalam al-Qur’an, tetapi ada indikasi al-Qur’an yang menyebutkan double burden dalam al-Qur’an itu sendiri seperti surah al-Qashas: 23. Melalui pendekatan hermeneutika Fazlur Rahman hasil dari kajian menyatakan bahwa surah al-Qashas: 23, salah satu surah yang tidak mempunyai asbabun nuzul, sehingga untuk melihat kondisi ayat pada waktu diturunkan harus memahami kondisi arab pada waktu itu. Oleh karena itu, surah al-Qashas: 23 ini merupakan syar’u man qabalana (syariat yag terjadi sebelum Nabi Muhammad), membolehkan perempuan bekerja dn berbaur dengan laki-laki, sehingga berdasarkan teori double movement jika diimpletasikan kepada zaman sekarang perempuan boleh berkarir berbaur denga laki-laki selama itu membawa manfaat, mafsadat dan kemaslahata. Tetapi ada etika yang harus diperhatikan oleh perempuan tersebut yakni izin suami serta menjaga kehormatannya.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the significance of the concept of munāsabah in the interpretation of verses that contain scientific indications. It reviews the interpretation provided by Ministry of Religious Affairs/Department of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia called "Al-Qur’an dan Tafsirnya (Edisi yang Disempurnakan)" and analyzes the application of munāsabah in these verses. The science of munāsabah often receives insufficient attention in studies of scientific tafsir. Many interpretations tend to focus solely on the meanings of the verses in isolation, without considering the relationships and contexts of the verses with those that precede or follow them. This study employs a qualitative method, focusing on the verses of light found in Surah an-Nūr (24:35), Yūnus (10:5), Nūḥ(71:16), al-Furqān (25:61), and an-Nabā’ (78:13). It utilizes the perspective of Badruddīn Muḥammad bin ‘Abdullāh al-Zarkasyi as presented in his book, al-Burhān fī ‘Ulūm al-Qur’ān. The primary data for analysis is derived from the tafsir book published by the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. The results indicate that the Kemenag RI Tafsir team has effectively employed the munāsabah method by considering the context of both preceding and succeeding verses, thereby enhancing the depth and reliability of Qur’anic interpretation. The Tafsir Kemenag RI integrates modern scientific insights with the traditional tafsir method based on munāsabah, resulting in a more holistic and contextual interpretation. The identified patterns of munāsabah include relationships among groups of verses, between surahs, and even between words within a single verse. These patterns largely align with al-Zarkasyi’s theory of munāsabah, although some forms of munāsabah fall outside the scope of his theory. This study underscores the significance of inter-verse and inter-surah relationships in scholarly interpretation and opens avenues for further research that encompasses a broader range of scientific verses and the integration of other relevant theories.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji signifikansi konsep munāsabah dalam penafsiran ayat-ayat yang mengandung isyarat ilmiah, dengan menelaah tafsir Kementerian Agama/Departemen Agama Republik Indonesia yang disebut “Al-Qur’an dan Tafsirnya (Edisi yang Disempurnakan)” serta implementasi munāsabah pada ayat-ayat tersebut. Ilmu munāsabah sering kali kurang mendapat perhatian dalam kajian tafsir-tafsir saintifik. Banyak penafsiran cenderung fokus hanya pada makna ayat yang dikaji secara terpisah, tanpa memperhatikan hubungan dan konteks ayat tersebut dengan ayat-ayat yang mendahului atau mengikutinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan fokus kajiannya pada ayat-ayat cahaya yang terdapat pada surah an-Nūr (24): 35, Yūnus (10): 5, Nūḥ (71): 16, al-Furqān (25): 61, dan an-Nabā’ (78): 13, menggunakan perspektif Badruddīn Muḥammad bin ‘Abdullāh al-Zarkasyi dalam kitab al-Burhān fī ‘Ulūm al-Qur’ān. Data primer yang digunakan sebagai kajian analisis yakni kitab tafsir Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tim penyusun Tafsir Kemenag RI secara efektif telah menerapkan metode munāsabah dengan memperhatikan konteks antar ayat baik sebelum maupun sesudahnya, sehingga meningkatkan kedalaman dan keandalan penafsiran Al-Qur’an. Tafsir Kemenag RI memadukan wawasan ilmiah modern dengan metode tafsir tradisional yang berbasis munāsabah, sehingga menghasilkan interpretasi yang lebih holistik dan kontekstual. Pola-pola munāsabah yang ditemukan mencakup hubungan antar kelompok ayat, antar surah, serta antar lafal dalam satu ayat. Pola ini sebagian besar sesuai dengan teori munasabah al-Zarkasyi, namun di sisi lain masih ada bentuk munāsabah yang tidak tercakup dalam teori tersebut. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya hubungan antar-ayat dan antar-surah dalam penafsiran saintifik dan membuka peluang pengembangan riset dengan cakupan ayat saintifik lebih luas serta integrasi teori lain yang relevan.
