Abstract

Kejadian korban mengancam nyawa yang terjadi diluar rumah sakit yang mendasari pentingnya memahami bantuan hidup dasar, tidak hanya oleh tenaga medis dan perawat tetapi juga penolong awam secara luas. Petugas kebersihan merupakan salah satu dari golongan orang awam yang sangat berpotensi menemukan korban gawat darurat dilingkungan kampus dan sekitarnya. Dengan pengetahuan yang dimiliki akan meningkatkan angka keberhasilan dan survival rate pada pasien henti jantung. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengeruh Pendidikan Kesehatan tentang Bantuan Hidup Dasar terhadap pengetahuan Petugas Kebersihan di STIKes Dharma Husada Bandung. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan ialah Pre-Eksperimen dengan menggunakan one grup pretest-posttest design. Sampel sebanyak 14 responden dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh.Menggunakan uji statistik t berpasangan didapat nilai p value= 0.000 < 0.05.Menunjukan adanya pengaruh antara pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah diberikan pendidikan kesehatan. Perlunya pendidikan kesehatan tentang bantuan hidup dasar pada masyarakat awam agar dapat diterapkan di lingkungan masyarakat.

Abstract

Mathematics education in Indonesia faces challenges in statistics and probability, often taught procedurally, leading to low student motivation and limited critical thinking. Teachers also struggle with scarce resources and outdated methods. Research-Based Learning (RBL) is proposed as an urgent solution, aligning with the Merdeka Curriculum, encouraging students to engage in the scientific process for deeper understanding. This community engagement initiative implemented RBL in statistics and probability for mathematics teachers in Garut Regency through a participatory teacher professional development approach. The workshop, based on the PPDAC framework, involved 30 teachers, training them to design contextual inquiry projects and analyze data using spreadsheets. A pre-assessment identified a competency gap, but post-assessment showed a 21% increase in teachers' understanding of RBL and statistics, along with improved confidence in project design. The program successfully enhanced teachers' technical competencies in teaching statistics innovatively, directly impacting the quality of learning in schools.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has led to a significant increase in data volume, thus requiring information systems to perform data search processes quickly and efficiently. Search algorithms are a crucial component in determining system performance. This study aims to analyze and compare the efficiency of Linear Search and Binary Search algorithms in the data search process. The method used is a literature study with a descriptive and comparative approach to several relevant national journals. The results of the analysis show that Linear Search has the advantage in terms of flexibility because it does not require sorted data, but has a time complexity of O(n) making it less efficient for large datasets. In contrast, Binary Search has a time complexity of O(log n) and has proven to be more efficient on large, sorted datasets. Therefore, the selection of a search algorithm must be adjusted to the characteristics and conditions of the data so that the system can work optimally.
