Employees are the core of any successful business, and their skills are critical to achievingcompany goals. This research focuses on improving performance management in the salesand marketing department of Hotel BC. By carefully examining the core competencies ofthe sales and marketing team, this research aims to develop a performance evaluationsystem that accurately reflects employee contributions. This system will utilize thestrengths of human resource information systems and data analysis. Our research usedan analytical descriptive approach to understand the current performance evaluationprocess and identify areas for improvement. Preliminary findings indicate that work ethic,sales achievement, and company loyalty are important factors in assessing theperformance of marketing staff. While these factors may evolve as the hotel develops, it isimperative to maintain a rigorous and systematic approach to performance evaluation.

This research aims to analyze the influence of the environment on student character formation. The approach used is a quantitative method with an instrument in the form of a questionnaire which includes an assessment of the family, school and community environment. The research results showed that all indicators in the questionnaire were valid and reliable, with Cronbach's Alpha values above 0.90. The regression model shows a very strong relationship between the independent variables (family and school environment) and the dependent variable (student character), with an R of 0.976 and an R Square of 0.952. These findings confirm that the environment has a significant role in shaping students' character, so that interventions in the family, school and community environments are very important to support the development of students' positive character.

The era of globalization causes business to develop rapidly. Business development leads to higher competition. The occurrence of globalization is accompanied by the development of technology. Currently, many companies are implementing ERP systems in their company's SCM. The implementation of ERP systems provides so many benefits for companies specialized in SCM. This research uses qualitative methods with a type of case study research. PT Latinusa Tbk is one of the companies engaged in processing and trading. PT Latinusa Tbk realizes the importance of implementing SCM in its business. Not only that, PT Latinusa Tbk also realizes the importance of implementing technology. Therefore, PT Latinusa Tbk implements an ERP system. The implementation of ERP system at PT Latinusa Tbk turns out to provide many benefits, especially to improve the performance of supply chain management. The improvement, effectiveness, and efficiency of the company's SCM are proof that the ERP system at PT Latinusa Tbk has been successfully implemented

Kerja praktik ini bertujuan untuk implementasi strategi digital marketing untuk meningkatkan customer engagement dan penjualan di HW Laundry. Langkah-langkah yang dilakukan mencakup pembuatan dan pengelolaan konten di Instagram, pendaftaran bisnis di Google Maps, serta pemanfaatan WhatsApp Business sebagai sarana komunikasi dan promosi. Strategi ini dioptimalkan melalui penggunaan hashtag yang relevan, unggahan testimoni pelanggan, serta konten interaktif untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan audiens. Selain itu, Google Maps dimanfaatkan untuk membangun kredibilitas bisnis melalui ulasan pelanggan dan pembaruan informasi bisnis secara berkala. WhatsApp Business digunakan secara efektif dengan fitur katalog layanan dan pesan otomatis untuk respons cepat. Ke depannya, disarankan agar HW Laundry terus mengembangkan strategi digital marketing melalui platform tambahan seperti TikTok dan Facebook, serta mempertimbangkan penggunaan iklan berbayar untuk memperluas jangkauan. Dengan penerapan strategi yang konsisten dan inovatif, HW Laundry dapat memperkuat posisinya di pasar dan meningkatkan jumlah pelanggan.

The Indonesian Bottled Drinking Water (AMDK) industry faces complex and multidimensional challenges, especially those related to consumer satisfaction and environmental sustainability. One of the main issues highlighted is consumer dissatisfaction with the current AMDK packaging, which is often considered impractical, environmentally unfriendly, and raises concerns about the safety and cleanliness of the water content. These concerns significantly influence consumer preferences and purchasing behavior in a highly competitive market. The main objective of this study is to identify the influence of consumer perceptions of the quality, safety, and added value of AMDK products on overall consumption satisfaction. The research method consists of several stages, including problem identification, literature study focusing on the application of the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method in developing Bottled Drinking Water products, formulation of survey questions regarding factors that influence purchasing decisions, and identification of critical attributes through QFD analysis. The research findings show a strong positive response from respondents at the questionnaire validation stage. Consumers highly value aspects such as innovative product design, use of high-quality and environmentally friendly materials, appropriate capacity, increased bottle thickness, and the potential for large-scale production of the product. These results suggest that integrating consumer input into the product development process can significantly improve satisfaction and market acceptance.

Tindak pidana pemalsuan surat diatur dalam Pasal 263 KUHP sebagai kejahatan yang diancam dengan pidana penjara enam tahun. Pada praktek penanganan tindak pidana pemalsuan surat, penyidik sering mengalami kendala dalam pelaksanaan penyelesaian berkas perkara yang dikirimkan kepada Penuntut Umum karena seringkali berkas perkara dikembalikan untuk dilengkapi karena penilaian alat bukti yang dianggap belum lengkap pada tahap prapenuntutan yang merupakanpenghubungantara prosespenyidikan yang dilakukan oleh polisi dengan proses penuntutan yang dilakukanoleh penuntut umum, sebagaimana yang dilakukan oleh Penyidik Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Umum Kepolisian daerah Sumatera Barat yang memperbaiki berkas perkara pemalsuan buku surat nikah sampai enam kali harus diperbaiki sebelum dinyatakan lengkap oleh Penuntut Umum Kejksaan Tinggi Sumatera Barat.

SDS Kristen Tabqha is an elementary school in Batam city. Tabqha Christian Elementary School is located at Center Park Complex, Baloi Park, Batam City Sub-District, Batam City Prov. Riau Islands. Tabqha Christian Elementary School currently does not have a website, so information about academic and non-academic activities carried out by ordinary schools can only be obtained directly at the school. Therefore, the search for school information is not well organized and the accessibility of information is very difficult. The author aims to provide solutions to the problems that occur at Tabqha Christian Elementary School. The research methodology used to study this research includes the use of the V-Shape SDLC method and data collection through observation and interviews. This school website is built on the front-end using XAMPP, PHP programming language, Java Script, and Visual Studio Code as a code editor. With this school website, the general public can get online information about Tabqha Christian Elementary School which can be accessed anytime and anywhere.
