Abstract

Listening is one of the receptive skills in English. Therefore, the problem is concerned with the lack of students’ listening skills. Thus, this research is aimed to prove that creative methods can help students to build their ability in listening. This research is conducted to the second semester of English Language Education Study Program Faculty of Teacher Training and Education Sciences, Pakuan University. In choosing the sample, the technique of total sampling is used. the quasi-experimental research design is applied in this research. The design of the research was pre-test and post-test that were given to the experimental and control group. The result of the data analysis showed a significant difference. By applying 0,05 level of significance and the degree of freedom (df) is 44, it showed that the t-counted 1,11 was lower than t-table 2,02. In conclusion, the use of authentic materials is not affected to improve the students’ listening comprehension.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse: (1) the relationship between the role of the principal of religious school in Malang County and teachers' performance in MD as agreed by teachers respectively; machine translation teachers in Malang County relationship; (3) there is a relationship between the ability and performance of national machine translation teachers in Malang City; and the performance of machine translation teachers in the social network of Malang County. This study used various descriptive and correlational analysis methods to determine the relationship between the variables. The results of this research show that: (1) The role of religious school has a positive relationship with the achievement of teachers and sig scores. If equal to 0.000 < 0.05, the calculated r value is 0.323 > r table is 0.146; If equal to 0.000 < 0.05, the calculated r value is 0.713 > r table is 0.146; If equal to 0.000 < 0.05, the calculated r value is 0.812> r table is 0.146; (4) The role of the religious school principal, support work and ability are related to the success of teachers and SIG scores. 0.000 < 0.05, the strength of the relationship is 0.829, which means the relationship is in the excellent category

Abstract

Mengurangi risiko infeksi akibat perawatan kesehatan menjadi salah satu sasaran keselamatan pasien dalam standar akreditasi rumah sakit. Rumah sakit (RS) merupakan sumber infeksi bagi petugas kesehatan, pasien dan juga pengunjung. Diperkirakan sekitar 1 dari 10 orang yang mengunjungi rumah sakit akan tertular infeksi tertentu. Mojosongo merupakan kelurahan dengan jumlah penduduk terbesar di Kota Solo, yakni mencapai 54.156 orang. Sehingga dengan potensi demografi sebesar itu maka risiko tertular infeksi ketika Masyarakat berkunjung ke fasilitas Kesehatan seperti rumah sakit juga akan semakin meningkat. Oleh karena itu kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan Masyarakat terkait pengurangan risiko infeksi ketika mengunjungi fasilitas Kesehatan seperti rumah sakit. Edukasi untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat terkait risiko infeksi di rumah sakit dilakukan dengan media video pembelajaran dan dilanjutkan dengan diskusi dengan masyarakat. Hasil uji statistik diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan edukasi dengan p value 0,032 < 0, 05. Adanya peningkatan pengetahuan ini merupakan indikator keberhasilan pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini.

Abstract

A positive learning culture creates an environment where each individual feels supported, inspired, and motivated to learn. This culture encourages appreciation for hard work, perseverance, and the desire to grow in knowledge and skills. The nature of positive learning as a deep understanding of the value of learning as a journey filled with opportunities for growth and discovery. This includes an awareness of the importance of persistence, curiosity, and the ability to overcome obstacles. This article describes the main components of a positive learning culture, including the nature of positive learning, intrinsic motivation, positive rewards and reinforcement, and the learning environment. This study uses a literature study research type with library data collection, reading, recording, and managing research materials. The purpose of this study is to understand the role of learning culture, analyze the influence of the educational environment, and support improvements in the education system. It is important for educators and educational institutions to prioritize the formation of a positive learning culture in order to achieve optimal learning outcomes.

Abstract

Akreditasi menunjukkan komitmen nyata sebuah rumah sakit untuk meningkatkan keselamatan dan kualitas asuhan pasien, memastikan bahwa lingkungan pelayanannya aman dan rumah sakit senantiasa berupaya mengurangi risiko bagi para pasien dan staf rumah sakit. Tujuan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pasien dalam pelayanan rehabilitatif fisioterapi dalam mendukung upaya akreditasi rumah sakit di masyarakat. Pengabdian ini dilakukan secara offline dan sasaran pada pasien serta masyarakat pengguna rumah sakit. Dari hasil uji tersebut, didapatkan nilai hasil 7,818182 (t hitung) > 2,048 (t table) dan dari perbandingan t hitung > t table maka dapat disimpulkan maka data signifikan untuk taraf signifikansi 0,05%. Dari uji signifikansi dapat diketahui sosialisasi kepuasan pasien dalam pelayanan rehabilitatif fisioterapi dalam mendukung upaya akreditasi rumah sakit di masyarakat menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil dan menunjukkan bahwa sosialisasi kepuasan pasien dalam pelayanan rehabilitatif fisioterapi dalam mendukung upaya akreditasi rumah sakit di masyarakat meningkatkan pengetahuan peserta. Kontribusi: Pengabdian ini dapat meningkatkan sosialisasi kepuasan pasien dalam pelayanan rehabilitatif fisioterapi dalam mendukung upaya akreditasi rumah sakit di masyarakat. Sasaran: Pasien dan keluarga pasien dimasyararkat yang menggunakan pelayanan rehabilitatif dirumah sakit.
