Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui perancangan aplikasi untuk mempermudah penentuan rute tercepat dengan biaya pendistribusian yang optimal. Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem (CVRP) merupakan permasalahan pendistribusian barang yang digunakan dalam penentuan rute terpendek dengan mempertimbangkan kapasitas kendaraan yang digunakan dan biaya pendistribusian yang harus dikeluarkan. Dalam pemecahan permasalahan tersebut, terdapat beberapa solusi dengan metode transportasi yaitu menyelesaikan dengan metode Saving Matrix dan Nearest Insertion. Pendistribusian barang merupakan salah satu proses dalam supply chain management. Dalam melakukan pendistribusian biasanya terdapat beberapa permasalahan seperti penentuan rute yang tidak tepat, kemacetan, kapasitas kendaraan, dan biaya operasional kendaraan yang tidak optimal yang dikenal dengan Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem (CVRP). Jika dalam suatu perusahaan memerlukan pengambilan keputusan yang cepat dan tepat, maka perusahaan tersebut akan kesulitan karena harus memperhitungkan metode tersebut secara manual dengan tidak menggunakan sistem yang sudah otomatis dan hanya melakukannya dengan manual (perhitungan oleh manusia) maka akan rawan terjadinya human error sehingga akan mempengaruhi hasil yang ada dan akan mengakibatkan kesalahan dalam mengambil keputusan untuk perusahaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah suatu perancangan sistem aplikasi yang dapat mempermudah pengguna untuk menentukan rute pendistribusian barang dengan optimal dan dapat menghitung akumulasi jarak tempuh, waktu tempuh, dan biaya operasional yang harus dikeluarkan oleh perusahaan untuk melakukan proses pendistribusian barang. Perancangan sistem aplikasi pada penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Saving Matrix dan Metode Nearest Insertion dengan berbasis Visual Basic for Application. Penelitian ini dapat melakukan perhitungan dan pengolahan data lebih cepat dan lebih akurat dengan menggunakan aplikasi.

Abstract

Pengelolaan persediaan kemasan yang dilakukan Kantor Cabang Utama PT Pos Indonesia Kota Bandung terdapat adanya nilai berlebih yang dapat mengakibatkan penumpukan persediaan kemasan pada gudang dan bagian pendistribusian paket kiriman. Dengan menggunakan metode Economic Order Quantitiy (EOQ) probabilistik dan deterministik peneliti mengetahui berapa nilai ekonomis yang dapat dilakukan KCU Bandung untuk menekan biaya persediaan. Setelah melakukan perhitungan menggunakan EOQ Deterministik didapatkan hasil paling ekonomis dalam pemesanan adalah sebanyak 5.126 yang dibulatkan menjadi 5.127. Dengan ini maka didapatkan selisih yaitu 873 unit kemasan dalam sekali melakukan pemesanan kemasan. Karena dalam satu periode atau satu tahun terjadi dua kali pemesanan kemasan maka hasil awal tersebut dikali dua menjadi 10.252,804 dibulatkan menjadi 10.253. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka didapatkan selisih sebesar 1.747 unit kemasan. Hasil 10.253 unit tersebut didapatkan biaya pemesanan kemasan sebesar Rp.14.510.281 yang lebih murah dari biaya pemesanan yang dilakukan sebelumnya yaitu sebesar Rp.16.000.000 dengan selisih sebesar Rp.1.489.719. Setelah mendapatkan jumlah pemesanan persediaan kemasan paling ekonomis maka selanjutnya dilakukan uji coba untuk mendapatkan berapa biaya total, biaya pemesanan, biaya penyimpanan dan total biayanya. Didapatkan hasil dengan jumlah kemasan sebanyak 5126 unit maka didapatkan biaya total sebesar Rp.43.534.361, biaya pemesanan sebesar Rp.1.859.638.500, kemudian biaya penyimpanan sebesar Rp.43.527.429 dan total biaya adalah sebesar Rp.87.061.690.. Perhitungan menggunakan metode Economic Order Quantitiy lebih efektif dan efisien dalam segi biaya dengan biaya sebesar Rp.87.061.690. dengan selisih sebesar Rp.269.156.051 dari nilai hasil yang didapat menggunakan dari metode Distribution Requirment Planning sebesar Rp.356.217.741

Abstract

Strawberries, which are closely associated with the Ciwidey District in West Java, pass through a supply chain that includes numerous stakeholders, from farmers to retailers. This complex chain results in significant price disparities and lowers farmers' profits. This study aims to analyse the value chain and price disparity of strawberry commodities in Ciwidey District, Bandung Regency, West Java. The value chain analysis method is used to understand and improve the way a product or service generates value, and Hayami's analysis is used to calculate the added value for each actor in this supply chain. Based on the results of the analysis, the value chain of strawberry commodities in Ciwidey District obtained parties/actors that play a role in this supply chain, such as farmers, who act as producers of the strawberry cultivation process. Small collectors who collect the strawberry harvest directly from the farmers do the sorting and grading and sell it to large collectors. Large collectors act as traders who collect the strawberry harvest and distribute the sales more widely. Retailers act as traders who sell strawberries to consumers. The added value obtained by farmers is Rp 300.01/kg, small collectors Rp 6,345.67/kg, large collectors Rp 14,799.29/kg, and retailers Rp 18,224.8/kg. In this strawberry commodity value chain, the disparity value from the farmer to the consumer level is Rp 63,550/kg. The implications of this study provide insight into market dynamics and offer a basis for improvements and interventions that can help all parties, especially in improving the economic conditions of farmers. The strawberry supply chain's complexity impacts various actors differently. Farmers suffer reduced profits due to price disparities, while retailers gain from price markups. Consumers experience price variability. This study highlights the need for interventions to streamline the supply chain, reduce intermediaries, and improve farmers' economic conditions.

Abstract

AbstrakPT X pemasok kelapa tua yang berasal dari Kabupaten Tasikmalaya Propinsi Jawa Barat, setiap tahunnya PT.X mengalami peningkatan permintaan kelapa tua untuk konsumen yang berada di kota Bandung dan sekitarnya, Saat ini PT X hanya memiliki 2 moda angkutan dengan kapasitas setiap moda angkutnya adalah sebanyak 2100 butir kepala tua. Saat ini PT X sedang menghitung kemungkinan pengaturan kapasitas dan kelayakan pembelian investasi yaitu moda angkut baru dengan alternatif keputusan terbaik antara membeli atau menyewa. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini meliputi Metode Forecasting (Peramalan) dengan 3 metode berbeda yaitu Freehand’s Method, Metode Semi Rata-Rata dan Least Squares Method. Selanjutnya metode yang digunakan adalah Metode Kapasitas Angkut dan Capital Budgeting yang meliputi Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate Return (IRR), serta Payback Period. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa PT X harus sudah memiliki angkutan baru pada Tahun 2023 bulan September berdasarkan peramalan permintaan dengan menggunakan metode Least Square Method dan dilanjutkan menghitung kapasitas angkut menggunakan hasil ramalan hasil dari Least Square Method, serta total membeli moda selama lima tahun dengan menghitung biaya operasional pertahun serta harga kendaraan adalah Rp. 1,232,283,784 dan total menyewa moda selama lima tahun dengan biaya Rp.650.000/hari dan kenaikan pertahun sebesar 5% adalah Rp. 1,311,672,640. Artinya investasi yang akan dilakukan oleh PT X adalah membeli moda baru karena biaya yang dikeluarkan lebih sedikit daripada menyewa.Kata Kunci: Capital Budgedting, Forecasting, Kapasitas Angkut, Kelapa AbstractPT X is an old coconut supplier from Tasikmalaya Regency, West Java Province, every year PT. X experienced an increase in demand for old coconuts for consumers in the city of Bandung and its surroundings, currently PT X only has 2 modes of transportation with the capacity of each mode of transportation is as many as 2100 old heads. Currently, PT X is calculating the possibility of capacity arrangements and the feasibility of purchasing investments, namely new modes of transportation with the best alternative decision between buying or renting. The methods used in this study include the Forecasting Method (Forecasting) with 3 different methods, namely the Freehand's Method, the Semi-Average Method and the Least Squares Method. Furthermore, the method used is the Carrying Capacity Method and Capital Budgeting which includes Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate Return (IRR), and Payback Period. From the results of the research that has been carried out, the results were obtained that PT X must already have new transportation by 2023 in September based on demand forecasting using the Least Square Method and continue to calculate the transportation capacity using the results of the estimated results of the Least Square Method, as well as a total of buying modes for five years by calculating the operating costs per year and vehicle prices are Rp. 1,232,283,784 and a total of renting modes for five years with  costs Rp.650,000/day and an annual increase of 5% is Rp. 1,311,672,640. This means that the investment to be made by PT X is to buy a new mode because the costs incurred are less than renting.Keywords: Capital Budgedting, Forecasting, Carrying Capacity, Coconut

Abstract

The expedition service company PT.XYZ Bandung and Jakarta Branches is facing a decrease in the number of shipments and the weight of goods sent for the Jakarta - Bandung shipping route, which automatically affects the income received. This decline phenomenon can certainly have an impact on the financial condition and sustainability of the company. This study will try to conduct a trial by calculating using a system dynamics model. In previous studies, the tariff determination model was completed using the standard costing method, the actual costing method, the activity based costing method, calculating factory overhead costs, the full costing method and variable costing. The results of the study show that the model with system dynamics is better by showing that the model conditions allow the company PT.XYZ to understand the interactions between variables that form the structure of this model. The model shows the causal relationship between various variables to each other in the model, so that the causal relationship between these variables forms a dynamic system model for the operational model of shipping goods at PT. XYZ Branch Hub Bandung City. The company can understand the interactions of various business elements that occur and can analyze what factors form this model including the shipping of goods, the company's income and profit, and the company's operational costs.

Abstract

This decline phenomenon can undoubtedly impact the company's financial condition and profitability. This study aims to create and simulate tariff scenarios with a system dynamics model. The scenarios created are adjusted to existing conditions and scenarios based on consumer demand. The results of the existing scenario obtained an average amount of income in the ten iterations of the existing model output of Rp 293,789,065.095 with an average profit of Rp 77,397,734.026. In the scenario based on consumer demand, the average amount of income in the ten iterations of the first scenario model output was Rp 277,636,482.287, with an average profit of Rp 61,245,151.218. These results show that the existing model conditions are still better at providing income, so the company can still use them. This model allows companies to understand the interactions of various elements of the company's business because it models cause-and-effect relationships, and companies can analyze factors such as cash flow, costs, and revenues that influence each other and help companies make long-term decisions.

Abstract

A Customer satisfaction in delivery services is important. Customer satisfaction is obtained from the quality of service offered by the delivery service. J&T Cargo Sarimanah Branch is a delivery service that offers quality service to customers so that customers have satisfaction when using the service. In this study, J&T Cargo Sarimanah Branch became a research to see whether the quality of service on customer satisfaction. Research on service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction and looks at the variables that are prioritized in meeting customer satisfaction, this study uses the servqual method (service quality) to measure the extent to which the quality of service provided by J&T Cargo Sarimanah Branch and the IPA method (Importance Performance Analysis) to determine the priorities of variables that must be maintained and improved again. The results of this study show a positive value on 18 variables that have been tested and show a value of 2.99. Where the average score shows customer satisfaction with the quality of service J&T Cargo Sarimanah Branch exceeds customer expectations (high satisfaction).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mencari rute terpendek untuk angkutan tersier di Kantor Pos Cabang (KC) Magetan 63300 yang saat ini menggunakan dua rute dengan dua kendaraan, yaitu Gran Max Box untuk wilayah utara dan Gran Max Blind Van untuk wilayah selatan Kabupaten Magetan. KC Magetan belum mengetahui apakah rute yang digunakan sudah optimal karena masih terjadi keterlambatan angkutan saat kembali setelah penjemputan barang di kantor pos kecamatan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem with Heterogeneous Fleets (CVRP-HF) menggunakan metode optimasi dan metaheuristik. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa metode optimasi menghasilkan rute 3 km lebih pendek dengan penghematan waktu tempuh hingga 90 menit, sedangkan metode metaheuristik membentuk rute 2 km lebih pendek dengan penghematan waktu tempuh sebesar 90 menit. Kedua metode ini dapat diusulkan untuk diterapkan KC Magetan guna meminimalisir keterlambatan angkutan tersier serta meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan kecepatan pengiriman.
