Abstract

Kata Kunci: pembelajaran sejarah, sejarah isu-isu kontroversial, SMAThis research has a purpose to, explain and implementation learning performing plannings controversial issue issue histories that is at SMA Negeri 1 Banyumas. Abstract

This study was aimed to evaluate the effect of complete rations containing soybean pod and soybean by-products (soybean meal and tofu waste) on rumen microbial population, fermentation characteristics, nutrient digestibility, and nitrogen retention of Madura cattle. Twelve Madura cattle of 1.5 years of age were given 4 feeding treatments in triplicates in randomized block design experiment. The treatments included T0 (100% native grass) as a negative control, T1 (concentrate: grass (60:40) as a positive control, T2 (complete ration containing 15% soybean pods), and T3 (complete ration containing 30% soybean pods). The treatments were based on feeding practices commonly applied by farmers in the village. The results showed that the use of concentrate rations or complete rations containing soybean pod and by-product did not affect protozoa population, ammonia concentration, and total VFA production compared to cattle fed 100% native grass. In contrast, the use of concentrate rations or complete rations containing soybean pod and by-products reduced acetate and increased butyrate proportion compared to native grass. The use of a concentrate ration resulted the highest propionate proportion. Methane estimation increased with the use of concentrate ration or complete ration containing 15% soybean pod, but it decreased when the level of soybean pod was increased to 30%. It can be concluded that soybean pod has a potential to be used as a fiber source in beef cattle ration to substitute native grass.

Setelah eksekusi berlangsung, Presiden Soeharto menetapkan Janatin sebagai Pahlawan Nasional dengan SK Presiden RI No. 050/TK/1968 tertanggal 17 Oktober 1968.The research objective includes several research questions that must be answered, namely explaining the brief biography of Usman Janatin (2) confrontation between Indonesia-Malaysia; (3) and agreed to Usman Janatin in the confrontation. Abstract

This study is intended to examine the formulation of the results of the 2019 Plenary Meeting of The Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia relating to the nafkah madhiyah for children. This formulation is important, because previously the Supreme Court through its decision number 608K/AG/2003 stated that a child's nafkah madhiyah cannot be prosecuted after a husband and wife divorce, so this Supreme Court decision is often used as jurisprudence by judges to reject lawsuits about nafkah madhiyah for child. However, by issuing the formulation of the results of the plenary meeting, The Supreme Court opened up the opportunity for a lawsuit regarding the nafkah madhiyah for child. This study is a normative legal study by relying on library data, then providing an ushul fiqh approach, especially mashlahah analysis. This study shows that the plenary meeting of the Supreme Court chambers in 2019 not only provided a different formulation from the previous decision, but also showed a different paradigm in viewing the livelihood of children. If the previous The Supreme Court decision views the nafkah madhiyah for child as li al-intifa', that is, living as the fulfillment of benefits only and cannot be prosecuted if the benefits have been fulfilled even though the material is not provided, then the formulation of the Plenary Meeting of the Supreme Court positions the nafkah madhiyah for child as li al-tamlik, namely maintenance as a child's property that can be sued if the material is not fulfilled. This formula contains useful values, in accordance with Islamic law, and is relevant to laws and regulations related to children's rights, human rights, and the elimination of domestic violence.

Abstract

Rural economic development requires quick and appropriate action to maximise existing resources in the village through an entrepreneurial movement. One solution is to build a Tourism Village, which will increase the role of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) around the area. Therefore, it is very important for MSMEs to have good financial management in order to improve their business performance. This study aims to identify and evaluate the level of effectiveness of financial management in MSMEs in Kampung Ketupat, Jalan Mangkupalas, Kelurahan Mesjid, Samarinda Seberang, Samarinda City, East Kalimantan. The method used in this research is qualitative through observation and interviews with key informants in Kampung Ketupat. The results showed that the financial management of MSMEs in Kampung Ketupat is based on a system of capital assistance, joint venture and profit sharing through PKK. This system is said to be effective because it fulfils the Empowerment index, which is an index that assesses the level of empowerment of MSMEs. The Empowerment Index provides a broad view of the effectiveness of MSME empowerment and can be used as a reference to determine steps to strengthen MSME performance, especially in terms of financial planning, implementation, and control. Therefore, good financial management in MSMEs will provide great benefits for the performance and sustainability of MSMEs in Kampung Ketupat. This research contributes to the scientific world, especially regarding the study of financial management of MSMEs in Kampung Ketupat on Jalan Mangkupalas, Mesjid Village, Samarinda Seberang, Samarinda City, East Kalimantan.

Abstract

Domyak art is an art that has two functions, namely, as a means of ritual and as a means of entertainment. This study aims to examine the inherited local wisdom values contained in domyak art. An Ethno pedagogy-based qualitative research method was used to describe the series of implementations. Ethno pedagogy is an educational approach that focuses on local wisdom and the importance of human relations through an educational perspective. This research focuses on Domyak art in Pasirangin Village, Darangdan, Purwakarta Regency, West Java. In Domyak art, some codes contain the use of signs which are then analyzed through Bloom's taxonomy theory to see the educational values contained therein. The results of this research find pedagogical values contained in Bloom's theory, namely cognitive, a mindset; effective, an attitude; and psychomotor, an action. Domyak itself means (ngadogdog and rampayak) playing dogdog music with dance to ask for rain in the dry season. There are values of sauyunan, silih asah silih asih slih asuh, sarendeuk saigel, ulah pahiri-hiri ulah pa aing-aing, and other attitudes that can be applied in socialising with the community. This research contributes to raising the pedagogical values in Domyak art connected with Bloom's taxonomy theory.

Abstract

The idea of a smart village encompasses various aspects of rural life in the modern digital era, with a key focus on information technology infrastructure. The aim of this study is to explore the hopes and requirements of rural residents and assess the level of preparedness of village authorities to leverage technological advancements towards creating smart villages. The research method used is the qualitative research method. The research was conducted in Melikan Village, Klaten Regency, Central Java. The research used several main data sources: village officials and the Melikan Village community. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and FGD. The results show that information and communication technology is vital for the Melikan Village community, but the village government is not yet sufficiently prepared to fulfil the community's expectations. The village government is encouraged to collaborate and be creative with parties that can develop digital services. Community empowerment can technically be done by using application software or websites to open up opportunities for information channelling and support overall rural development. However, the successful implementation of smart villages is highly dependent on the motivation of village leaders, active community participation, and potential village resources. The implication of this research is that the Melikan Village government needs to immediately overcome the obstacles that hinder the adoption of innovations in government services towards smart villages.
