Abstract

Virgin Coconut Oil BUMDes Bumi Lestari has supply chain and demand chain activities. There was an imbalance in oil production which reached 1,000 liters per month with a relatively low sales volume. The aim of this research is to apply demand chain management performance assessment on a Virgin Coconut Oil BUMDes Bumi Lestari, Desa Selemadeg, Kec. Selemadeg, Kab. Tabanan. The method used in this research is performance appraisal with the demand chain operation reference model approach, AHP weighting, OMAX, traffic light system, and SWOT analysis. The results showed that the demand chain management  performance in the BUMDes Bumi Lestari Virgin Coconut Oil business was 6,388 which was in the range of 3.01 ≤ 6,388 ≤ 8.00 (quite good). The results of the SWOT analysis recommend improvements in performance such as maintaining cooperation with suppliers, maintaining cooperation with farmer groups, maintaining the quality of Virgin Coconut Oil, improving customer service, adding workers to manage marketing, improving promotional strategies, optimizing village transportation, differentiating target of fill rates , response time, and average days per schedule change based on customer type, cooperating with the Virgin Coconut Oil derivative product industries, evaluation of customer satisfactions, and cooperating with competitors

Abstract

Penguasaan guru terhadap suatu metode pengajaran di kelas menjadi penentu penyerapan materi oleh murid-murid SMU. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi di SMU 2 Garut adalah penguasaaan mengenai metoe pengajaran yang dialakukan masih bersifat klasikal sehingga dibutuhkan metode pengajaran yang baru. Salah satu metode pembelajaran yang menekankan pada studen learning center adalah metode Problem Based Learning (PBL). Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini akan melakukan sosialisasi dan pengarahan mengenai problem package PBL. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat dilakukan dengan metode ceramah dan workshop pembuatan problem package yang berupa perumusan problem, expert judgement, dan penilaian. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini terlihat bahwa peningkatan pengetahuan dan minat guru-guru di SMU 2 Garut meningkat setelah kegiatan sosialisasi ini. Diharapkan penggunaan metode PBL dikelas akan meningkat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh bahan kemasan, fungsi kemasan, warna kemasan, dan bentuk kemasan produk ARS Studio terhadap minat beli konsumen. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 66 konsumen yang pernah melakukan pembelian terhadap produk ARS Studio di Surakarta. Metode yang digunakan pana penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan melakukan survei dan data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik Non Probability Sampling dengan menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling. Analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis data dan pengujian hipotesis menunjukan bahwa bahan kemasan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen, sedangkan fungsi, warna, dan benrtuk kemasan tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat beli konsumen. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk menambah variabel lain, seperti kualitas produk dan desain produk agar hasilnya lebih akurat.

Abstract

Sistem Point of Sales (POS) adalah sebuah sistem yang digunakan dalam bisnis retail untuk mengelola dan memfasilitasi proses penjualan barang/jasa kepada customer. Sistem ini berfungsi untuk merekam, menghitung, dan melacak transaksi penjualan secara real-time. Sistem Point of Sales (POS) telah menjadi elemen penting dalam pengelolaan toko retail modern. Dalam upaya meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi proses penjualan, penggunaan teknologi telah menjadi keharusan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang dan mengimplementasikan sebuah sistem point of sales dengan menggunakan VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) Macro Excel sebagai bahasa pemrograman di Toko Samiaji. Perancangan sistem point of sales ini menggunakan metode SDLC model waterfall. Hasil yang didapatkan dari perancangan sistem point of sales ini adalah kemudahan dalam pencatatan dan pemantauan stok barang, membuat laporan transaksi penjualan dan pembelian, serta menghasilkan nota cetak sebagai bukti pembayaran customer.

Abstract

Pempek Aisyah is a micro, small and medium enterprise (MSME) that focuses on the production and sale of frozen pempek. This MSME was established in 2018 and is located on Jl. DR Sutomo, Baturaja Lama, South Sumatra. Pempek Aisyah MSMEs have the advantage of packaging materials that are obtained at low prices, thick materials and are not easily torn. However, Pempek Aisyah MSMEs also have a drawback in pempek wrapping, namely using ordinary vacuum plastic without a ziplock feature on the packaging, making consumers feel less effective in restoring the frozen pempek. In addition, the packaging design is less attractive and there is a lack of information on the packaging. The purpose of this research is to overcome the shortcomings in packaging to match consumer desires. If the goal has been achieved, Pempek Aisyah MSMEs will get an even wider market reach. The method used to solve the problem in this study is using the Theory U approach and the SCAMPER method. Theory U is a concept developed by Otto Scharmer, which the company uses to develop a new product and everything is purely based on what the user needs and how the user feels right now. SCAMPER is a technique of thinking with creativity with a team in terms of developing and improving products with techniques for answering seven questions from each SCAMPER letter. Based on research, it was obtained that to overcome these problems, Pempek Aisyah MSMEs design packaging according to customer wishes, namely frozen pempek packaging which has an attractive design, is environmentally friendly, has complete information and makes it easier for customers to use and store products

Abstract

Indonesia, as a tropical country with a significant agricultural sector, is supported by abundant natural resources. Salak fruit is a major commodity in the supply chain involving farmers, small collectors, large collectors, and retailers. Farmers' incomes are low due to various factors. This research aims to increase the income of actors in the salak supply chain in Sumberejo District, Lampung. The analysis methods used include value chain, added value (Hayami), and financial evaluation (NPV, Net B/C Ratio, Gross B/C Ratio, IRR, and Payback Period). In the value chain analysis in Sumberejo District, the main role of actors was identified, with farmers as the key in cultivation. Small collectors collect and deliver fruit, large collectors are responsible for collection, cleaning, and delivery to retailers. This reflects the specific role of each actor in the salak fruit production value chain. The added value varies in the supply chain, where farmers provide the highest value of Rp 20,947/kg with a profit of Rp 5,216/kg, while retailers provide the lowest value of Rp 580/kg with a profit of Rp 480/kg. This difference reflects the economic contribution of each actor. Processing salak fruit into chips, dodol, and sweets provides additional benefits, with salak dodol rated as the most profitable alternative based on financial evaluation. Dodol Salak's investment shows a satisfactory rate of return (IRR 92%), NPV of IDR 13,696,413, Net B/C of 3.97, Gross B/C of 1.23, and Payback Period of 2 years. Abstract

Kabupaten Subang, terletak di Provinsi Jawa Barat dan masih berbatasan langsung dengan wilayah Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Jumlah fasilitas Pendidikan tingkat Menengah Umum yang bisa diakses oleh warga Kabupaten Subang hanyalah sebanyak 50 SMA dan 110 SMK baik negeri maupun swasta. Berdasarkan hasil data BPS, Kabupaten Subang memiliki skor Indeks Pendidikan paling kecil dari 28 kota dan kabupaten di Jawa Barat. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan adalah dengan cara melakukan inovasi dalam pembelajaran. Salah satu metode inovasi dalam pembelajaran yang dapat diterapakan dalam kelas adalah melalui pengajaran dengan cara game based learning. Pada pengabdian masyarakat ini telah dilakukan workshop pembelajaran menggunakan demo game board D.Seru untuk mata pelajaran marketing di SMKS Al-Husna. Pemilihan Game D.Seru diharapkan dapat menginspirasi para guru untuk dapat meningkatkan inovasi dalam pembelajaran dan juga meningkatkan kemampuan literasi dan numerik pada siswa melalui mata pelajaran ekonomi. Dari hasil workshop yang telah dilakukan, metode game based learning dirasakan lebih menyenangkan dibandingkan dengan metode pengajaran secara ceramah klasikal. Hasil survey menunjukkan sebanyak 45% guru yang mengikuti workshop bersedia untuk menerapkan pembelajaran menggunakan game based learning di kelasnya.

Abstract

Green strategy practices have become a major concern for many companies seeking to achieve competitive advantage. This study aims to explore the influence of green strategy on social innovation and green innovation and its impact on competitive advantage in pharmaceutical companies. A sample of 53 respondents consisting of the private sector and state-owned enterprises were selected in this study and then analyzed using a structural equation model (SEM-PLS). The results showed that the implementation of green strategy as a whole positively affects social innovation, green innovation, and competitive advantage. In addition, the role of mediation of social innovation and green innovation can strengthen the influence of green strategy on competitive advantage by increasing the company’s ability to innovate sustainably, as well as responding to increasingly environmentally conscious needs. The findings of the present study contribute to the literature, especially in strategic management, by offering notions of how to achieve competitive advantage. It also provides practical implications for companies to enable them to implement steps in environmentally friendly business practices.

Abstract

This research addresses the challenges faced by UMKM Rumah Roti, a small bakery in Ciracas, Indonesia, regarding declining profits due to suboptimal use of e-commerce, promotional strategies, and production capacity. By employing system dynamics simulation, the study analyzes the impact of various business strategies on profitability. Seven business scenarios were modeled to identify the most effective combination of strategies. Simulation results indicate that integrating e-commerce, effective promotions, and investments in production capacity (such as additional ovens) significantly increase income and profits. The study recommends implementing a comprehensive, data-driven strategy based on simulation outcomes to optimize business performance, highlighting the importance of systematic planning and data-driven decision-making in navigating a competitive market environment.

Abstract

The Bandung City Hub Branch expedition service company is currently facing a decrease in the number of shipments and weight of goods sent for the Jakarta - Bandung shipping route, which automatically affects the income received. This decline phenomenon can undoubtedly impact the company's financial condition and profitability. This study aims to create and simulate tariff scenarios with a system dynamics model. The scenarios created are adjusted to existing conditions and scenarios based on consumer demand. The results of the existing scenario obtained an average amount of income in the ten iterations of the existing model output of Rp 293,789,065.095 with an average profit of Rp 77,397,734.026. In the scenario based on consumer demand, the average amount of income in the ten iterations of the first scenario model output was Rp 277,636,482.287, with an average profit of Rp 61,245,151.218. These results show that the existing model conditions are still better at providing income, so the company can still use them. This model allows companies to understand the interactions of various elements of the company's business because it models cause-and-effect relationships, and companies can analyze factors such as cash flow, costs, and revenues that influence each other and help companies make long-term decisions.
